Abstract

This paper aims to influence the taxation system and taxpayer conflict on tax evasion with the probability of tax audit as a moderating variable at KPP Medan Timur. The method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data of this study were obtained from questionnaires with functional auditors at KPP Pratama Medan Timur. The population of this study was the taxation system, taxpayer conflict, tax evasion, and the probability of tax audits. The number of samples used was 35 samples. The results of the study indicate that the variables: the taxation system has a positive and significant effect on increasing tax evasion at KPP Pratama Medan Timur, Thus, the taxpayer's economy has a positive and significant effect on tax evasion at KPP Pratama Medan Timur, and simultaneously, the taxpayer's collection and tax system together have a positive and significant effect on tax evasion at KPP Pratama Medan Timur, the possibility of tax audits is not a moderating variable.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has brought about a fundamental transformation in the healthcare ecosystem, changing the paradigm of interaction between hospitals, medical personnel and patients. This research aims to explore the satisfaction felt by patients through existing health services at hospitals as well as explore the digital dimensions of health services, identify the most influential variables, and provide strategic recommendations for the development of hospital digital platforms. The data in this research was obtained through a questionnaire which was then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The respondents in this study were patients at RSUD Prof. Dr. Soekarjo numbered 97 respondents. The research results show that the E-Marketing Mix variable which includes product, place, price, personalization, privacy, customer service, community and site elements has a significant influence on patient satisfaction at RSUD Prof. Dr. Soekarjo. Meanwhile, the dimensions of promotion, security and sales promotion do not have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at RSUD Prof. Dr. Soekarjo. The research results also show that service quality has a significant influence on patient satisfaction at RSUD Prof. Dr. Soekarjo. The results of this research indicate that the quality of hospital digital services does not just depend on technological aspects, but on the ability to create a personal, safe and meaningful experience for patients. Quality of service remains the main foundation in building satisfaction, where human aspects such as empathy, timeliness and professionalism of medical personnel are still very much taken into account..

Abstract

Industri wisata halal merupakan salah satu sektor yang berpotensi besar dalam meningkatkan perekonomian Indonesia. Namun, pengembangan industri ini masih menghadapi beberapa tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi dan tantangan dalam pengembangan industri wisata halal di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan analisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan industri wisata halal, namun masih perlu meningkatkan kualitas infrastruktur, promosi, dan regulasi untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Adapun potensi industri wisata halal di Indonesia diantaranya: 1) penduduk mayoritas muslim, 2) keindahan alam Indonesia, dan 3) keragaman budaya yang ada di Indonesia. Sedangkan tantangan yang harus dihadapi bagi industri wisata halal di Indonesia adalah 1) penyiapan sumber daya manusia, 2) sertifikasi halal bagi industri wisata, 3) strategi antar pemangku kepentingan industri wisata halal, dan 4) pengembangan infrastruktur yang dapat mendukung industri wisata halal.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development strategies of sharia-based Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era, using a case study of small businesses in Morombuh Village. The research is grounded in the urgency of strengthening MSMEs not only as resilient economic actors but also as entities aligned with Islamic values. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The study focuses on identifying forms of social accommodation, the implementation of sharia principles in business practices, and the challenges and opportunities presented by digital transformation. The findings reveal that the development of sharia-based MSMEs in Morombuh occurs organically through the role of three key social actors: religious leaders and Islamic boarding schools as moral and spiritual guides, families as sources of technical and emotional support, and local communities as facilitators of digital literacy and market access. Despite challenges such as low digital literacy, weak business management, and limited access to sharia-compliant financing, MSME actors demonstrate significant potential for growth through strong values, social solidarity, and gradual technological adaptation. In conclusion, the development of sharia-based MSMEs requires a contextual, collaborative, and value-oriented approach as its foundational strategy.

Abstract

Fenomena antrean panjang dalam layanan perbankan berdampak pada efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengoptimalkan sistem antrean di Bank X Cikarang dengan menggunakan metode Simulasi Kejadian Diskrit/ Discrete Event Simulation (DES)serta Implementasi pendekatan Prinsip5S untuk perbaikan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini menggabungkan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui pemodelan menggunakan software Arena dan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi lapangan serta audit prinsip 5S. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem satu teller menghasilkan waktu tunggu rata-rata 12,59 menit dengan tingkat utilisasi 96%. Skenario usulan dengan dua teller menurunkan waktu tunggu menjadi 7,84 menit dan utilisasi menjadi 72%, menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi. Audit awal terhadap penerapan prinsip 5S mencatat skor 28 dari 85 poin (30,6%), yang mencerminkan rendahnya keteraturan, kebersihan, dan standarisasi di area kerja. Usulan perbaikan mencakup Seiri (pemilahan dokumen), Seiton (penataan peralatan), Seiso (pembersihan berkala), Seiketsu (standarisasi SOP), dan Shitsuke (pelatihan rutin). Kombinasi metode DES dan 5S terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih terstruktur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi dampak pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) terhadap keluwesan strategi pemasaran pada perusahaan e-commerce yang beroperasi di wilayah Surabaya. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner daring kepada 31 responden yang aktif dalam bidang pemasaran digital. Teknik analisis yang diterapkan adalah regresi linier sederhana untuk mengukur hubungan antara dua variabel utama. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan AI secara signifikan mendorong peningkatan kemampuan perusahaan dalam menyesuaikan strategi pemasaran secara adaptif terhadap dinamika pasar yang terus berubah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak penggunaan bahasa slang terhadap kemampuan berbahasa Indonesia mahasiswa di Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara (UINSU). Era digital dan media sosial telah mendorong penyebaran luas kosakata slang seperti “mager”, “gabut”, dan “bucin”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap 50 mahasiswa yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 92% responden aktif menggunakan slang, terutama dalam interaksi dengan teman sebaya. Meskipun menyadari pentingnya bahasa formal dalam konteks akademik, kebiasaan menggunakan slang berdampak negatif pada kemampuan menyusun kalimat baku, memilih diksi formal, dan menyampaikan ide secara terstruktur. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dominasi bahasa slang melemahkan keterampilan berbahasa Indonesia secara akademik serta menurunkan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa dalam situasi formal. Namun demikian, mahasiswa tetap menghargai bahasa formal walau kesulitan membatasi penggunaan slang di konteks yang tidak tepat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di laksanakan di SD Negeri 1 Teluk Betung dengan tujuan untuk membahas atau meneliti tentang peningkatan daya tahan cardiovascular dan prestasi renang gaya bebas 50 meter melalui interval training. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SD Negeri 1 Teluk Betung yang berjumlah 215 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster sampling dan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 30 orang siswa kelas V SD Negeri 8 1 Teluk Betung. Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen. Pengumpulan data menggunkan tes daya tahan cardiovascular dan prestasi renang gaya bebas 50 meter. Untuk menganalisa data digunakan rumus statistik product moment, dengan taraf signifikan 5% menunjukkan hasil sebagai berikut : interval trainning mempengaruhi hasil yang siqnifikan terhadap peningkatan daya tahan cardiovascular dan prestasi renang gaya bebas 50 meter, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh hasil sebagai berikut : Tes Balke nilai 5,207 > 1,699, Tes Renang gaya bebas 50 meter nilai 5,301 > 1,699

Abstract

This study was initiated due to apprehensions about the proficiency of village administrators and the integrity of village financial reports. Preliminary assessments revealed that numerous village authorities possessed inadequate experience in financial management and exhibited a limited comprehension of the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES), resulting in delays in the submission of financial reports. This study sought to accomplish three main objectives: (1) to evaluate the competence of village officials in Tanjungkerta Sub-district, Sumedang Regency; (2) to assess the quality of village financial reports in the region; and (3) to analyze the impact of village officials' competence on the quality of these financial reports. The research utilized a quantitative methodology, gathering data from 60 village official participants. The data underwent analysis by basic linear regression. The analysis indicated that: (1) the proficiency of village officials was rated as high; (2) the caliber of village financial reports was deemed very high; and (3) the proficiency of village officials exerted a positive and significant impact on the quality of village financial reports, with a coefficient of determination of 13.7%. The study concludes that augmenting the proficiency of village officials via training and education can enhance the quality and punctuality of financial reports, hence reinforcing successful local governance.

Abstract

Environmental Impact Analysis (EIA) in the context of Puskesmas is an environmental assessment instrument used to identify, analyze, and evaluate the potential environmental impact of Puskesmas development and operational activities. The EIA acts as a strategic planning document, providing a basis for the government and activity managers to make the right decisions The Gunung Tinggi Health Center located on Jalan Glugur Rimbun is one of the health facilities planned to improve health services for the surrounding community The Environmental Impact Analysis at the Gunung Tinggi Health Center on Jalan Glugur Rimbun is important to identify, predict, evaluate, and mitigate environmental impacts that may arise from the development and operational activities of the Health Center. The method used is a descriptive survey with direct observation techniques using a checklist sheet based on indicators from the Ministry of Health with indicators of assessment of liquid waste, waste, solids, B3 waste, and facilities & infrastructure. The results of the study show that B3 waste management has been carried out in collaboration with third parties, but liquid waste management is not optimal due to the unavailability of Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP). Most solid waste is disposed of directly to the polling station without adequate sorting. Facilities and infrastructure are generally up to standard, but waste management needs to be improved through training, provision of adequate facilities, and a structured monitoring system.
