Abstract

This investment in real wealth must be invested in the long term to make a profit. However, investments in the capital market that are invested in the short term will provide benefits. This phenomenon is an opportunity to provide education to the public in increasing knowledge about investing in the capital market, especially stocks. Shares are certificates that show proof of ownership of a company (Tandelilin; 2010). This is very important because basic investment knowledge will be able to prevent people from entering into irrational investment practices and illegal investments. Therefore, an educational program on capital market investment, especially stocks, is needed. One of the educational programs is capital market training targeting the public as potential investors. This program is in collaboration with the Indonesian Stock Exchange Investment Gallery (GI-BEI) Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Bengkulu. The community in Pasar Kerkap Bengkulu Utara is one of the people who are interested in deepening their knowledge of investing in the capital market, especially stock products. With this capital market training, it is hoped that the community will become active investors in the capital market using technical analysis, so as to improve the welfare of the community.

Abstract

Exchange students can be said to take place in an area that is temporary, moving and living in an unknown place, student concerns when each lifestyle is handled differently from culture shock to the culture of the new environment from the previous environment. Therefore, adjustments are needed to be able to adapt and communicate effectively with the surrounding community. Where cultural and environmental differences that will be faced include speech, behavior, language, food, weather and lifestyle. This research uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach with data collection techniques carried out by interviewing 5 students from outside Lampung Province (Pringsewu). The results of this research show that the participants experienced 2 types of culture shock faced by students. First, language is the first inhibiting factor in communicating, language is important in effective communication, and participants barely understand and are not used to conversations using Javanese. This is because most of the Pringsewu community uses Javanese rather than Lampung. Second, the environment, which is the culture shock factor for PMM students, namely in terms of weather, time of day and the lifestyle of local residents. Adaptation efforts are made by increasing intense interaction, studying and understanding the language and culture of the local community. That way we can interact and relate to other people better, understand how they think and feel, and build better relationships. The ability to communicate effectively and understand an individual's culture and personality greatly influences the results which depend on each individual's competence.

Abstract

Songket, as one of Indonesia's textile cultural heritage, has a long history that reflects the richness of tradition and outstanding craftsmanship. However, in recent decades, songket has faced challenges that threaten its survival, including fashion changes, lack of artisan regeneration, and competition with modern textile products. This article explores the journey of songket from its heyday in the past to the revitalization efforts made to restore that glory in the modern era. Through a qualitative approach, this study explores strategies applied by various stakeholders, including craftsmen, designers, government, and communities, to maintain and promote songket as a relevant cultural product with high economic value. Case studies from various songket-producing regions in Indonesia show that design innovation, education, and cross-sector collaboration play an important role in this process. The results of this study provide insight into how reviving cultural heritage can be a source of pride and economic sustainability for local communities. In conclusion, songket's journey from heritage dreams to real glory is an inspiring example of how traditional cultural richness can be integrated into contemporary contexts to create sustainable benefits.

Abstract

Breastfeeding problems are mostly caused by breast milk not coming out smoothly, which triggers accumulation of breast milk or breast milk dams. This can cause failure to provide exclusive breastfeeding. Nationally, the number of exclusive breastfeeding coverage in 2021 was 69.7%, but in 2022 it decreased to 67.96%. The aim of the activity is to increase breastfeeding mothers' knowledge about how to express breast milk and warm compresses as measures to manage breast milk dams. Method: counseling using a question and answer lecture method and educational videos containing steps for expressing breast milk and warm compresses on the breasts. Knowledge assessment is by interview (questionnaire). Results: The average pretest score was 65.9 and the average posttest score was 78.8. These results indicate an increase in knowledge of breastfeeding mothers after being given education using lecture methods and educational videos on how to express breast milk and warm compresses. It is hoped that all relevant parties will improve the exclusive breastfeeding program by educating the public about managing problems related to the breastfeeding process.

Abstract

Breastfeeding problems are not only related to the amount of breast milk produced. Psychological factors play an important role in the breastfeeding process. Breastfeeding mothers often experience anxiety due to a lack of knowledge about caring for themselves and their babies (Walyani, 2015). The Indonesian Ministry of Health report (2016) stated that 83.4% of breastfeeding mothers experienced severe anxiety and 16.6% of moderate anxiety, while multiparous mothers experienced 7% of severe anxiety, 71.5% of moderate anxiety and 21.5% mild anxiety. .5%. The aim of the activity is to provide relaxation with hypnobreastfeeding therapy so that it can reduce anxiety in breastfeeding mothers. Method: activities are carried out by providing motivation and positive affirmation sentences through hypnobreastfeeding, music therapy and aromatherapy. Anxiety assessment uses the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS 42) anxiety scale questionnaire. Results: The average anxiety score of breastfeeding mothers before hypnobreastfeeding was 40.2 or included in the severe stress category and the average anxiety level after hypnobreastfeeding was 28.9 or included in the mild stress category. These results indicate a reduction in stress levels in breastfeeding mothers by 11.3. It is hoped that breastfeeding mothers will maintain their psychological and physical health during the breastfeeding process.
