Abstract

The implementation method and project management are important points in the running of this rehabilitation project. In accordance with the planning document, it is expected that the significance of planning and implementation does not have a much different percentage. The implementation method is the center of the formation of the plan until it becomes a new building after rehabilitation, as well as project management that focuses on time and quality control is also part of the implementation of the project. The results of the observation of engineering practices found that the percentage of building rehabilitation implementation methods that occurred in the field was 97.43%, while the percentage of field rehabilitation was 97.33%. So the total percentage of the overall work carried out against the plan is 97.38%. The results for time and quality management were obtained that from the 19th to the 20th week there was a delay in the work because in that week there was a material delay, this is known from the analysis of the daily report on the project. In completing the work according to the specified time is carried out with quality according to specifications, re-scheduling is carried out on certain work. From these results, it can be said that they are responsible for their profession which reflects the code of ethics of engineers as well as the ability to complete work well which reflects professionalism.

Abstract

Employees are the most vital assets in the success of a company's operations. In efforts to maintain employee retention, compensation plays a crucial role in influencing employee motivation and performance. Compensation, which includes bonuses, allowances, a conducive work environment, and roles that support skill development, significantly enhances employee productivity and performance. This study aims to examine the relationship between compensation and employee retention through a systematic literature review. By employing the Systematic Literature Review method, this research identifies how effective forms of compensation can impact employee retention and offers future directions for further research. The findings indicate a positive correlation between compensation and employee performance, where increased compensation can boost employee motivation and loyalty to the company.

Abstract

This research discusses the application of resource efficiency principles in the context of green economy by culinary Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and their impact on the environment. Green economy is an approach that aims to improve human welfare and social justice while reducing the risk of environmental damage and resource scarcity. In this study, the authors identify the challenges that MSMEs face in implementing green practices. Case examples from several MSMEs show that despite the commitment to implement the principles, there are still difficulties in sustainable management operations. This research aims to provide recommendations for improving the implementation of green economy in the culinary sector, so that MSMEs not only contribute to the economy but also preserve the environment.

Abstract

This study examines digital marketing strategies implemented by businesses in the creative industry and their relationship with customer loyalty. The crucial issue raised was how businesses can leverage social media to increase customer engagement and loyalty in the midst of fierce competition. The problem faced is a lack of understanding of the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies in building long-term relationships with customers. The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze the strategies used and their impact on customer loyalty. The research method used is observation and interviews with business people who are active on social media. The results of the study show that consistent interactions and relevant content contribute significantly to customer loyalty. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of implementing the right digital marketing strategy to support business sustainability in a sustainable e-commerce ecosystem

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial socialization and financial attitude on financial satisfaction through financial behavior among non-local students in Jawa Island. The research involved a sample of 230 active students aged 18–25 years had migrated to Java Island for their studies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the data were processed using the Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) method. The results show that financial socialization has a positive and significant effect on financial satisfaction, while financial attitude has no effect on financial satisfaction. Both financial socialization and financial attitude have a positive and significant effect on financial behavior. Furthermore, financial behavior positively and significantly influences financial satisfaction and mediates the relationship between financial socialization and financial satisfaction, as well as between financial attitude and financial satisfaction.

Abstract

This study encourages the influence of government programs in increasing access to education and job creation in Indonesia during the period 2019 to 2023. Using a mixed method that includes quantitative and qualitative approaches, this study analyzes secondary data and conducts in-depth interviews to understand the social context and community experiences. The results show a significant increase in the number of schools and scholarship programs, which have contributed to increasing graduation rates and reducing dropout rates, especially among students from low-income families. However, challenges such as unequal access to education in remote areas and lack of adequate educational infrastructure still need to be addressed. In addition, there is a positive relationship between education levels and poverty reduction, indicating that better education can increase employment opportunities. Job training programs have also proven to be important in preparing an efficient workforce, but need to be adjusted to the needs of a dynamic labor market. This study emphasizes the need for continuous evaluation of education and job training policies to optimally achieve national development goals and provide real benefits to the wider community.

Abstract

Piscok production in Indonesia is experiencing significant growth, but there are challenges in terms of efficiency. The purpose of this study is to maximize the profit of piscok production through linear programming with the simplex method. This research analyzes data to find the most effective production combination, given issues such as raw materials and production capacity. The analysis results show that by producing four units of Cheese Piscok and ten units of Bluberry Piscok, the maximum profit that can be achieved is Rp38,000. This research adds insight to small and medium industry players about the application of linear programming in the food sector.

Abstract

The expansion of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur through its flagship instant noodle product, Indomie, in the Nigerian market serves as an example of the successful strategy of economic and corporate diplomacy. This study aims to examine the strategic steps implemented by PT Indofood in entering the international market, particularly Nigeria. The method used is a qualitative approach with analysis of secondary data such as journals, reports, and other official sources. The research results show that the success of Indomie in Nigeria is supported by strategic collaboration with Tolaram Group, product adaptation to local tastes, and the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs. In addition to increasing market share, this approach also contributes to local economic development through job creation and diversification of the manufacturing sector. However, PT Indofood faces challenges, including inadequate infrastructure, economic fluctuations, and competition from local products. To ensure business sustainability, continuous adaptation strategies are needed. This study highlights the importance of synergy between economic diplomacy and corporate diplomacy in supporting business expansion into international markets, while also strengthening bilateral relations between Indonesia and Nigeria.

Abstract

Based on its approach, this research is included in the type of cross-sectional research. The research sample was 70 respondents. The purpose of this research is 1) To test and analyze the significant influence of leadership style on the performance of Tampojung Pregi Pamekasan Health Center employees. 2) To test and analyze the significant influence of leadership style on employee motivation at the Tampojung Pregi Pamekasan Community Health Center. 3) To test and analyze whether leadership style has a significant indirect effect on the performance of Tampojung Pregi Pamekasan Health Center employees which is mediated by motivation. The results of the research show that: 1) Leadership style has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at the Tampojung Pregi Public Health Center, Waru District, with an original sample value of 0.225. 2) Leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee motivation at the Tampojung Pregi Public Health Center, Waru District, with an original sample value of 0.390. 3) Indirectly, leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Tampojung Pregi Public Health Center, Waru District, which is mediated by motivation with an original sample value of 0.104.

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach, the research sample is 85 people. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1) To determine and analyze the influence of work ability on the performance of Tuban Police Traffic Unit personnel. 2) To determine and analyze the influence of work ability on the career development of the Tuban Police Traffic Unit.. 3) To determine and analyze the influence of career development on the performance of Tuban Police Traffic Unit personnel. 4) To determine and analyze the indirect influence of work ability on the performance of Tuban Police Traffic Unit personnel which is mediated by career development. The research results show that: 1) Work ability has a positive and significant effect on personnel performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.369 and p-values ​​of 0.000. 2) Work ability has a significant positive effect on career development as proven by the original sample value of 0.373 and p-values ​​of 0.002. 3) Career development has a significant positive effect on personnel performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.378 and p-values ​​of 0.000. 4) Work ability has a positive and significant effect on personnel performance which is mediated by career development as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.141 and p-values ​​of 0.013.
