Abstract

Integrasi konsep ekonomi hijau dalam pendidikan ekonomi di tingkat sekolah menjadi langkah strategis untuk mendukung agenda pembangunan berkelanjutan Indonesia menuju visi Indonesia Emas 2045 dan target Net Zero Emission 2060. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas secara komprehensif tentang pentingnya integrasi ekonomi hijau dalam kurikulum dan pembelajaran ekonomi di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi literatur untuk mengkaji urgensi, tantangan, dan strategi implementasi pendidikan ekonomi hijau dalam konteks kebijakan nasional dan dinamika global terkini. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa standardisasi indikator pembelajaran berbasis keberlanjutan, pengembangan bahan ajar kontekstual, pelatihan guru berkelanjutan, serta penguatan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, dunia usaha, sekolah, dan masyarakat menjadi kunci utama dalam membangun ekosistem pendidikan hijau nasional. Di tengah perubahan kebijakan energi global, seperti kebijakan Amerika Serikat yang mengurangi dukungan terhadap proyek energi terbarukan, Indonesia perlu memperkuat kemandirian ekosistem pendidikan dan industrinya. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan asesmen berbasis kompetensi hijau, pembaruan kurikulum, peningkatan kapasitas pendidik, serta riset longitudinal untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas integrasi ekonomi hijau dalam membentuk generasi berwawasan keberlanjutan dan berdaya saing global.

Abstract

The use of plastic as a packaging material remains the primary choice among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) due to its practicality and affordability. However, growing environmental awareness has encouraged the adoption of sustainable packaging as a more ecologically responsible alternative. This activity aimed to assist Rena Snack in identifying and applying environmentally friendly packaging alternatives suited to the characteristics of its products. The program was implemented in three stages: preparation, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The results showed that sustainable packaging was relatively easy to implement, effectively maintained product quality during distribution, and remained cost-efficient. However, several challenges emerged, including mismatched packaging sizes, limited resistance of paper materials to oil and moisture, and extended processing times when using banana leaves. The sustainability evaluation indicated that the combination of paper and banana leaves held promising potential for broader application, provided there were adjustments to production efficiency and alignment with consumer preferences. This initiative is expected to encourage broader adoption of sustainable packaging practices among MSMEs to enhance competitiveness in the green economy era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas, capital intensity, dan komisaris independen terhadap agresivitas pajak. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah likuiditas, capital intensity, dan komisaris independen. Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah agresivitas pajak yang diukur menggunakan rasio Effective Tax Rate (ETR). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2021–2024. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 79 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang tersedia di situs resmi BEI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel capital intensity berpengaruh terhadap agresivitas pajak, sedangkan likuiditas dan komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap agresivitas pajak. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa struktur aset tetap dalam perusahaan memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan kebijakan pajak yang diterapkan perusahaan, sedangkan tingkat likuiditas dan pengawasan melalui komisaris independen belum memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap praktik penghindaran pajak.

Abstract

Research on the use of word wheel media in improving letter recognition skills is a very important basic skill for primary school students as an early stage in learning to read and write. However, many students experience difficulties in recognising letters optimally, which can have an impact on their literacy development. This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of using Word Wheel media in improving letter recognition skills in primary school students. The research method used was an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design. The research sample consisted of early grade elementary school students who were taught using Word Wheel media. The results showed that the use of Word Wheel media can significantly improve students' ability to recognise letters. This media provides a more interactive and fun learning experience that increases students' motivation in learning. Thus, Word Wheel can be an effective alternative learning media in supporting the development of students' early literacy skills.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to: (1) develop Tpack-oriented audio-visual media in learning cheerful fitness gymnastics that can improve children's motor skills (2) describe the effectiveness of Tpack-oriented audio-visual media in learning cheerful fitness gymnastics that can improve children's motor skills. The subjects of this study are 30 children aged 5-6 years from PAUD Aisyah, Lubuk Unen Village, Merigi Kelindang District, Bengkulu Tengan Regency, Bengkulu Province, the focus of this research is Tpack-oriented audio-visual media in learning cheerful fitness gymnastics that can improve children's motor skills. This research was conducted with a "research and development" approach. The goal of research and development is to discover, develop and validate products, so that research can be sustainable. Research and development is the process of producing new products and testing the effectiveness of those products. Based on the analysis used in this study, the following results were obtained: (1) Tpack-oriented audio-visual media in learning cheerful fitness gymnastics that can improve children's motor skills is considered as a concrete platform and attracts children's attention to improve children's motor skills. (2) Tpack-oriented audio-visual media model in cheerful fitness gymnastics learning that can improve children's motor skills is developed as a good type of media as a learning tool to improve the motor skills of PAUD Aisyah children, Lubuk Unen Village, Merigi Kelindang District, Central Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. Significant improvement in motor ability based on the results of the t-test with a significance level of 0.00 less than 5%. The use of Tpack-oriented audio-visual media in learning cheerful fitness gymnastics that can improve children's motor skills. Raya Tanjung Agung, Tanjung Agung Village, Ulu Musi District, Empat Lawang Regency, the focus of this research is an android-based alphabet box game media to improve letter recognition skills in early childhood. This research was conducted with a "research and development" approach. The goal of research and development is to discover, develop and validate products, so that research can be sustainable. Abstract

Digital transformation has occurred across various fields, as evidenced by the significant market share held by technology companies such as Apple and Microsoft. This also marks the development of educational institutions that have transformed, from the pre-digital era to School 4.0, facilitated by the presence of IoT, data-driven approaches, and the implementation of smart devices. The purpose of this study is to determine the digital transformation implemented by the Bakti Mulya 400 school through Smart School technology. The method used in this study uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. The results of the study show that the implementation of Smart School carried out by Bakti Mulya school can integrate all aspects of the school, including learning, management of school facilities, and infrastructure, to facilitate teaching and learning activities. By combining various interconnected modules, this system not only responds to the needs of the digital era, but also creates an efficient, transparent, and adaptive educational ecosystem for the development of the times. Every aspect of school activities has been digitized through modules that are functionally designed and oriented towards centralized services.

Abstract

Access to clean water is an important indicator of community quality of life. This research aims to analyze budget planning for clean water distribution network systems from Aloha Housing to Jl. Raya S. Parman Sidoarjo in supporting Umbulan Regional SPAM operations. The research methodology uses a descriptive quantitative approach with Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) based on Sidoarjo Regency HSPK and current material price references. Primary data was obtained through field surveys and measurement of existing conditions, while secondary data included planning drawings and technical specifications. The results showed a total Budget Plan (RAB) of IDR 5,022,504,000 for a 2,827 km network length with a cost per meter of IDR 1,614,896. The cost structure is dominated by pipe and accessory procurement (57.20%), preparatory work (8.83%), and earthwork (8.32%). Sensitivity analysis revealed that 300 mm PVC pipes contribute 54.59% to total costs with high sensitivity to material price fluctuations. Benchmarking with PUPR HSPK shows positive deviations of 5-11% which can be explained by local factors. Project cost-effectiveness shows a cost per capita served of IDR 125,563/person with a 20-year projected ROI of 12.5% and a payback period of 8.2 years, indicating good economic feasibility. This research recommends optimization through integrated regional procurement, development of technical guidelines for construction methods, and improved spatial planning coordination to reduce inefficiency. The findings support achieving the 2030 universal clean water access target with a cost-effective and sustainable approach.

Abstract

Kinerja dosen merupakan faktor strategis dalam menentukan kualitas perguruan tinggi, terutama di institusi vokasi yang menuntut kompetensi akademik dan keterampilan praktis sekaligus. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan motivasi berprestasi dan sikap terhadap pekerjaan dengan kinerja dosen di Politeknik Industri Petrokimia Banten, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei korelasional. Sampel berjumlah 38 dosen tetap yang diambil dengan teknik sensus. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert 5 poin, diuji validitas dengan korelasi Pearson Product Moment, dan reliabilitas dengan Cronbach’s Alpha. Analisis data meliputi uji korelasi Pearson, regresi linier berganda, serta uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi berprestasi berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja dosen (r = 0,409; p < 0,05), begitu pula sikap terhadap pekerjaan (r = 0,396; p < 0,05). Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja (F = 5,490; p = 0,008) dengan kontribusi sebesar 23,9%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan motivasi dan pembentukan sikap kerja positif merupakan strategi penting untuk mendorong kinerja dosen pada pendidikan vokasi.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of public services at the Agrarian and Spatial Planning Office of the National Land Agency (ATR BPN) in Landak Regency, West Kalimantan Province. The study employs a qualitative approach using observation and in-depth interviews with employees and service users. The analysis is based on the five service quality dimensions proposed by Parasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The findings indicate that the ATR BPN Landak office provides adequate physical facilities and basic services, such as comfortable waiting rooms, parking areas, children’s play areas, lactation rooms, and digital queue systems. However, significant challenges remain, including limited staff, absence of electronic payment (EDC) systems, unstable internet infrastructure, and limited digital literacy and socialization. These issues result in frequent delays in processing new land certificate applications, difficulty accessing information, and inconsistent service reliability. The study concludes that improving human resource capacity, technological infrastructure, and information communication are critical steps to enhance public service quality at ATR BPN Landak.
