Abstract

Cultural tourism is a type of tourism that focuses on preserving a place's or region's heritage. This type of tourism is used to recognize a country's or place's history, inheritance items, culture, art, or architecture, to gain an appreciation of the past. One of the natural attractions and has historical value in Enrekang is the Fort Alla site. The fort is often used as an Edu tourism for students from other places to commemorate the traces of the struggle of the heroes in the Dutch colonial era. However, the community and local government in the Fort Alla areas are still underdeveloped as cultural tourism destinations. Villagers’ awareness of cultural tourism is still very low. Through the education program, we aimed to empower Benteng Alla Utara villagers to know about cultural tourism. The activity was carried out in 12-13 March 2022 at the village head office. The methods used in this program are lectures, Q & A, and discussions. The total participants of the program are 30 villagers. All the participants are given pre-test and post-test to measure their knowledge about cultural tourism. Results show that after the education program, all the participants' knowledge about the potential of cultural tourism in Benteng Alla Utara village increased for the "Good” category, from 33.3% to 70%, and decreased in the category of “Less” from 43.3% to 0%. In addition, they made a work plan for the cultural tourism program. Stunting is one of the nutritional problems that have an impact on children's intelligence in the future. Handling stunting requires support from various parties, one of which is community leaders. This community service activity aims to invite community leaders to be actively involved in handling and preventing stunting. Community service activities begin by carrying out the Village Community Deliberation (MMD) which aims to convey existing problems and together find solutions to solve these problems. The method used in MMD activities is discussion and question and answer with community leaders. There are several activities agreed upon in the village community deliberations, namely: training and refreshment of cadres, nutrition counseling, home visits and training to make additional food from local food ingredients. The results of this community service activity show that there is an increase in the knowledge of mothers and cadres about nutrition and health as well as skills in making additional food from local food ingredients.

The leaves of the black fruit tree contain secondary metabolic compounds of tannins (8.34-37.26%), more than flavonoids and alkaloids. For the development of environmentally friendly technological innovations, the Faculty of Agriculture UNIPA continues to develop black fruit tree leaves as liquid and powder botanical pesticides, as well as the biological pesticide from Trichoderma sp with inoculum sources obtained around the cocoa plantation in the Ransiki area. Cocoa plants are managed by indigenous people, immigrants and companies/cooperatives, have produced food products in the form of chocolate bars and cocoa powder, have potential for regional income and sales have reached overseas. Community service activities carried out from October to December 2021, use counseling methods, technical guidance/training, dissemination, and demonstration plot, mentoring. Furthermore, it is expected to provide an increase in regional income, welfare of farmers and companies/cooperatives, and improve the quality of cocoa products from organic farming towards sustainable agricultural development. The application of botanical pesticides in cocoa plantations has proven to be able to control cocoa pod sucking ladybugs (Helopelthis spp), stem borers (Zeuzera coffea), and the dissemination of pesticide products are used as guidelines for preparing work plans for the Department of Agriculture, Cooperatives, Industry and Trade, South Manokwari Regency

Abstract

The development of Science and Technology (IPTEK), especially information technology, has had a positive impact on all aspects of human life, including education aspect. The teaching and learning process is the core of the whole educational process. The quality of teaching and learning is determined by the teacher and the students themselves as subjects or actors in the process. Therefore, a teacher is required to always improve skills through learning activities/seminars/training related to their competence field. This Community Service Program (CSP) used mentoring methods in its implementation, while the approaches used were classical and individual approach. This CSP activity has succeeded in providing debriefing and training for teachers to install computer networks using the GNS3 software. The training participants in this CSP were teachers of SMKN 1 Suliki, Lima Puluh Kota Regency and SMKN 1 Ampek Angkek, Agam Regency, West Sumatra. To find out the effectiveness of this CSP activity, a questionnaire was used as an assessment instrument. Based on the tabulation results, it was found that this CSP activity obtained an average value of 82.71% in the good category. Even though this activity has obtained good results from CSP participants, consistent efforts are needed to increase the effectiveness of CSP implementation for the next period. Efforts to increase the effectiveness of CSP implementation are also based on several suggestions and input submitted by CSP participants through an effectiveness questionnaire. The suggestions and input submitted by several participants became evaluation material for the CSP implementation team of the Computer Engineering Study Program, Payakumbuh State Agricultural Polytechnic in the future.

Abstract

Registration of marriages is important for the creation of orderly administration, especially in the case of marriage certificates, other functions as well as one of the prerequisites for obtaining civil rights so as to avoid prejudice and misperceptions that can lead to legal records. One of the absolute competencies of the Religious Courts is itsbat marriages (nikah itsbat) which has the purpose of requesting marriage legalization so that it has legal force for couples who are married according to religion and do not yet have proof of a marriage certificate. This study has the aim of examining the submission of itsbat marriage in Cidokom Village, Rumpin District, Bogor. This community service uses the PAR method by planning observing then carrying out activities. Based on the results of the first research, Itsbat marriage is an application for marriage legalization that is submitted to the court to declare the marriage valid and has legal force based on Article 7 compilation of Islamic law. In accordance with the provisions above, itsbat marriage can only be filed through the Religious Courts, in the area where the applicant lives, not through the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). Second, the legal consequences of holding foreign marriage constituencies are not much different from the legal consequences arising from marriages in Indonesia, namely the emergence of rights and obligations of husband and wife, rights and obligations of parents and their powers, guardianship rights and legal consequences that arise. others caused by marriage. This legal consequence arises when the registration of marriages on religious marriages is legal in the eyes of Indonesian law, namely by issuing a marriage certificate court decision in the form of a Marriage Certificate for marriages between husband and wife that have been carried out according to religion.
