Abstract

The problem taken from this research is that it can be seen from the negative impact of students using social media, resulting in a gradual decline in the morals of students who are disrespectful to their parents, teachers, and social environment. Other negative activities that are commonly done include playing online games with friends for too long, YouTube, watching Korean movies, and other forms of entertainment that waste time. One of the activities that can fortify students from the influence of social media is the morning habit at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Surakarta. This is different from schools where there is no implementation of morning habituation. Therefore, this study aims to examine moral learning through morning habituation activities at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Surakarta. In this study, researchers used qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using observation techniques. The results showed that the application of moral learning was carried out in a hide curriculum and fostered good habits in the form of time discipline, the process of reading the Qur'an, dhikr, and dhuha prayers as well as improving reading the Qur'an and procedures for prayer and ablution for students.

Abstract

Pondok Tahfidh Yanbu'ul Qur'an Remaja Bejen Kudus City is one of the institutions that provides formal academic-based tahfidh education. This article will examine specifically the management of qira'at sab'ah education at Pondok Tahfidh Yanbu'ul Qur'an Remaja Bejen, Kudus City because in the world of education, there are not many or even very few educational institutions that teach qira'at sab'ah in learning program. On the other hand, the relationship between qira'at sab'ah and Yanbu'ul Qur'an has an iconic history from its founder, KH. Muhammad Arwani is the only student from KH. Munawwir was the master of qira'at sab'ah at that time and added his work in the form of the book Faidh al-Barakât fî sab' al-Qirâ'ât as a textbook used in education. With a phenomenology approach by taking case study objects, both through direct (participant) and indirect observation. The results obtained by the research are the background to the birth of the concept of qira'at sab'ah education at the Pondok Tahfidh Yanbu'ul Qur'an Remaja which is typical, namely mudarasah, the system built in qira'at sab'ah learning activities is talaqqî and musyâfahah, it has a systematic three stages of learning, namely ifrâd, jama' sughrâ and jama' kubro, the conditions that apply to students who take part in this activity are none other than khatimin students who have strong potential, enthusiasm and attention, and the resulting product is four students who are khatam qira' at sab'ah binnadzar.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the concept of E-Learning in general as a learning medium in the digital era which includes: 1) definition; 2) characteristics and benefits; 3) advantages, disadvantages, constraints and effectiveness of application; 4) analysis and development design; 5) the function of the e-learning system; 6) development of "Search Engines"; and 7) learning sites or e-learning websites. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method through a literature study approach. Data is collected through various relevant literacy sources such as books, articles, journals, and others. This study shows the importance of appropriate learning media to help achieve learning objectives. This study is expected to add insight for readers related to one of the learning media innovations in the digital era, namely e-learning. This study has implications in the field of education, especially in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of learning. Through e-learning one can access a wider range of knowledge that can help in the learning process.

Abstract

Education plays a central role in the advancement of a nation, while technological progress becomes crucial in the context of education and the increasingly significant evaluation of educational quality. This article aims to explore and implement technology, particularly Excel software, in optimizing grade processing. Using qualitative descriptive research methods, this study provides an explanation of the use of Excel as an assessment tool in learning. By utilizing Excel features such as formulas, filters, and formatting, this research demonstrates that this technology can be a powerful tool in creating a structured, easy-to-understand, and adaptable system tailored to individual needs. The results of this study highlight the potential of Excel as an effective tool in simplifying the summative grading process in Islamic Education (PAI), offering educators the opportunity to design more measurable and adaptive assessments according to student needs. Therefore, the implications of this research suggest that the use of Excel technology in the context of Islamic Education can significantly contribute to enhancing the quality of learning and educational evaluation overall.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the views of the philosopher Al-Ghazali regarding human nature. Basically humans are born in a state of nature, it's just that as humans grow from infancy, toddlerhood, children to old age. So sometimes they show behavior that is out of their nature. So in this case it is necessary to know what human nature is, which in this article will outline the views of the philosopher Al-Ghazali regarding human nature. In terms of this library research, researchers take from trusted sources such as books, journal articles and documents that discuss human nature in the views of the philosopher Al-Ghazali. In collecting data, the author collected journals or articles that discussed human nature in the views of the philosopher Al-Ghazali. In this research the author uses a descriptive approach which describes human nature in the view of the philosopher Al-Ghazali. By taking action to analyze the data found. Abstract

Character education is a central topic in developing a child's behavior so that they remain well-mannered, virtuous in socializing with other individuals and groups. This type of research uses qualitative research, with a research method namely literature study. Research sources come from researchers' reading of books, articles and existing research. This research approach uses a descriptive analytical approach which is then discussed in depth, analyzed using content analysis techniques so as to obtain results that can be enjoyed through reading articles. The research results showed that the figure of Imam al-Ghazali as a Muslim philosopher spread his knowledge from various fields, especially education, namely character education. There are character education values ​​according to Imam Al-Ghazali, namely: getting closer to Allah SWT. and obtain happiness in this world and the hereafter, reflection, muhasabah, sincerity, patience, gratitude, fear, and hope, generosity, honesty, gentleness, honesty, patience, and simplicity. These character education values ​​can be applied in everyday life, to children at school and at home so that future generations can have noble morals.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the learning evaluation methods used at the Bali Bina Insani Islamic Boarding School. This research used  qualitative research methods with field research, as well as data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research indicated that the Bali Bina Insani Islamic Boarding School applied several conventional evaluation systems that have been modified based on existing local conditions. First, Evaluation of Bahtsul Kutub (Muwajjahah) for developing critical thinking skills in understanding the book. Second, Evaluation of Amaliyah Worship Practices which emphasizes the element of spirituality in the form of worship practices. Third, oral examinations to evaluate students' memorization of religious and general knowledge. Fourth, written examinations that are relevant to the material previously taught to measure the students' abilities and comprehension. All assessment implementations are supported by a conducive learning environment, adequate facilities, and high integrity of educators, ensuring that the learning assessment process can run effectively and is able to improve the quality of students who are adept in a multicultural Islamic education environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Tajweed learning on the ability to read the Quran among 8th-grade students at Al Karimah Islamic Junior High School in Bogor. The research method used is qualitative, involving 22 students as research subjects. Three chapters of the Quran, namely Al-Bayyinah, Al-Zalzalah, and Al-‘Adiyat, were used as test objects to evaluate reading ability, articulation points (Makharijul Huruf), and tajweed knowledge. The results showed that most students could read the three chapters well, with 16 students for Al-Bayyinah, 19 students for Al-Zalzalah, and 20 students for Al-‘Adiyat. In the aspect of articulation points, most students demonstrated good ability, with 18 students for Al-Bayyinah, 17 students for Al-Zalzalah, and 21 students for Al-‘Adiyat. Meanwhile, in tajweed knowledge, the results showed that the majority of students could answer tajweed questions well, with 18 students for Al-Bayyinah, 19 students for Al-Zalzalah, and 19 students for Al-‘Adiyat. Thus, tajweed learning has a positive impact on the Quran reading ability of 8th-grade students at Al Karimah Islamic Junior High School, showing significant improvement in the tested aspects.

Abstract

This study investigates how the Kuningan Pembangunan Islamic Boarding School effectively developed entrepreneurship among its students in 2022, from May to June. It delves into the background of the school, which houses various business units like food industry and services. Employing qualitative methods, the research engages leaders, entrepreneurship facilitators, educators, and students as subjects. Data collection encompasses observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed meticulous planning as the backbone of entrepreneurial spirit cultivation at the school. Leaders, facilitators, educators, and students collaborate in planning, covering talent screening, class organization, scheduling, certification, and bazaar arrangements. Market Day emerged as a tangible manifestation of the entrepreneurship education program, offering both theoretical learning and practical engagement. Regular evaluations ensure students' active participation in learning and business management. The study emphasized the significance of such programs in nurturing competitive individuals who can contribute to societal and economic development. It also deepens the pivotal role of Islamic Boarding Schools in fostering entrepreneurial skills among students, offering insights valuable for designing effective entrepreneurship education programs in other educational institutions.

Abstract

The Qur'an was revealed to Prophet Muhammad SAW gradually as a guide to the path of the Apostle's da'wah in the cities of Mecca and Medina for 23 years. This article aims to find out the virtues of the Makiyah and Madaniyah verses in living with humans. From this article, researchers are intended to prove the wisdom of learning suras of the Qur'an, especially in the verses of Makiyah and Madaniyah. This research employed library research as the rsearch method. In conclusion, the primacy of the Makiyah and Madaniyya verses explains that the Makiyah verse was revealed in the city of Mecca for the purpose of punishment for the Meccans while the Madaniyya verse was revealed in the city of Medina as a legal explanation for the inhabitants of Medina. Besides that, The characteristics of the Makiyah and Madaniyah verses in Kitab al-Itqan fii ulumir Qur'an explain the geographical aspect based on the location of the verse.
