<![CDATA[This research method is a quantitative method using experimental types, while this research approach is a pre-experimental design type one group pretest-postest. The research sample was obtained through a saturated sample technique or total sampling where all populations were sampled, namely all class V students totaling 25 people. Data collection uses essay test questions and questionnaires with statistical data analysis techniques with t-tests. From the final test result data, it shows that the final average score of students in the pretest is 44.6 with a percentage of completeness of 20% and postest which is 86.04 with a percentage of completeness of 88%. the results of student learning motivation scores on the questionnaire test at SDN 06 Andaleh Baruh Bukik were 25 students with a total score of 2206 and an average score of 88.24. It can be concluded that students' learning motivation is in a very high category. In this study, a hypothesis test was also carried out with a posttest pretest t-test with an SPSS application of 0.000<0.005, then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted so that a decision could be made that giving rewards was effective in increasing the learning motivation of grade V students in mathematics subjects at SDN 06 Andaleh Baruh Bukik.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on the understanding of mathematical concepts. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method in the form of one group pre-post design. The sample of this study was class VI SD 5 Gondangmanis, which consisted of 18 students. The data collection technique is a test and non-test, the test technique uses questions of understanding mathematical concepts while the non-test technique uses observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using the normality test and t test. The results of the data analysis concluded that there was an influence of the PBL learning model on the ability to understand mathematical concepts in class VI SD 5 Gondangmanis. This is evident from the results of the paired sample t-test, the results obtained were 0.00 <0.05, meaning that H0 was rejected, meaning that the PBL model had an effect on the understanding of mathematical concepts in class VI students at SD 5 Gondangmanis.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the cultivation of character values through tahfidz activities at SDN 22 Lintau Buo Utara. The research method used in this study is field research, with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Source of research data from the principal and Teacher tahfidz of the Qur'an. The data analysis technique used is an inductive data analysis technique. The validity of the data used is trianggulation. Research Results are 1) The methods used in the implementation of the cultivation of character values are habituation, supervision and attention, the methods used in the activities of tahfidz of the Qur'an i.e. the sima'i method. 2) The character values instilled through Tahfidz activities are values, religious and responsibility this can be seen from the attitudes of students who carry out duha prayers, and zuhur congregational prayers before tahfidz activities are carried out. 3) The form of implementation of the cultivation of character values through activities, namely with the addition of extracurricular tahfidz in Utaras, 4) Synergy of parents towards the cultivation of character values in students through activities, Tahfidz Al-Qur'an can be seen communication and coordination in parents at home. Obstacles faced by some students who do not like to read the Qur'an.]]>

<![CDATA[The activeness of learning in the learning process is very important, one of the factors that causes the low activeness of learning mathematics in the learning process is the use of learning models. The purpose of this research is to find out the differences and increase in the activeness of learning mathematics using the active learning model of the everyone is a teacher here type. This type of research is Quasi Experimental Research with the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The object of this research was the fourth grade students of MI Ma'arif Klesman with a population of 138 students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the Imam Ghazali class was selected as the experimental class and the Imam Shafi'i class as the control class. The research data was obtained through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed (1) there was a difference in the increase in the activeness of learning mathematics between the experimental and control classes. This was evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test which showed t_count > t_table or 4.39 > 2.001 at the 5% significance level and 4.39 > 2.663 at the significance level 1%, 2) there is an increase in learning activity in the experimental class of 0.423 in the moderate category. So it can be concluded that the active learning model type everyone is a teacher here can increase the activeness of learning mathematics.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper is motivated by the lack of students' mathematics learning outcomes in multiplication material. One of the main reasons is the lack of use of learning media. This study aims to describe the effect of the multiplication board media on the mathematics learning outcomes of multiplication material for second grade students at SDK Beo Rahong. The type of research used is experimental research with a quantitative approach. The research design used is Quasi-Experimental Design. The data collection technique uses a description test technique. The population of this study was all students of SDK Beo Rahong, and the sample was second-grade students, totaling 35 people. Research data were analyzed by t-test. Based on the results of the t-test, obtained value of t count = 2.6298. If viewed from the dk value (18 + 17 – 2 = 33) at a significant level of 0.05, then the t table is 1.6924. Because t count > t table, the hypothesis states that there is an effect of the multiplication board media on the mathematics learning outcomes in multiplication material for second-grade students at SDK Beo Rahong is accepted. It can be seen from the average value after receiving treatment, where the average value of the experimental class = 84.71 while the control class = 78.06. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the results of students' mathematics learning taught with the multiplication board.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the application of the Green House program in science lessons in increasing student awareness of the environment. Green House is a controlled plant growing environment. The development of green houses for horticultural cultivation is very important as a guarantor for the success of growing from environmental influences such as temperature, air humidity, sun intensity, and pests and diseases. The use of greenhouses in plant cultivation is one way to provide an environment that is closer to the optimum conditions for plant growth. The research method used is a qualitative Field Research method, with data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis techniques are in the form of data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. Researchers will search and find data broadly and in-depth regarding the method of utilizing the hope flower green house to increase environmental awareness for the upper class of MI Ma'arif Gondang Watumalang. The use of the Green House is a flower of hope to increase environmental awareness for the upper-class MI ma'arif Gondang Watumalang. The results of this study show an increase as marked by disposing of garbage in its place, picketing the yard of community service for all school residents, and sorting organic or non-organic waste.]]>

This article uses the PAR method with the subject of a class V MI teacher in Tegalrejo, Magelang. The instrument used is in the form of teacher competency understanding sheets in compiling GEDSI-based digital learning media. The results of this service are 85% in the very good category and 15% in the good category. In addition, have awareness related to media development. Innovate in integrating natural science material with digital technology and mainstream GEDSI. Third, Include payloads/characters based on GEDSI. <![CDATA[This study aims to explore the importance of character education in elementary schools in shaping good personal traits in students. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers, observations of school activities, and document analysis related to character education programs implemented in several elementary schools in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted thematically to identify patterns and main themes emerging from the collected data. The results of the study indicate that character education in elementary schools plays a significant role in shaping good personal traits in students. Structured and consistent character education programs help students develop values such as honesty, responsibility, cooperation, and respect for others. Teachers act as role models by demonstrating these values in their daily actions. Additionally, active participation from parents and the school community is found to be an important factor in supporting the effectiveness of character education. The conclusion of this study is that character education in elementary schools is crucial for shaping good personal traits in students. The implementation of effective character education programs requires collaboration between schools, teachers, parents, and the community. To enhance the success of character education, it is recommended that schools integrate character values into the curriculum and daily activities and provide training for teachers on teaching and assessing character education. Thus, it is hoped that character education can become a strong foundation for the moral and ethical development of students in the future]]>

<![CDATA[Multicultural education has an important role in shaping the character of students who are tolerant, inclusive, and nationalistic, especially in Indonesia, which has a rich diversity of cultures, religions, and languages. This study aims to explore the application of multicultural education in Civic Education (Civics Education) subjects at the SD/MI level as a step to foster a sense of nationalism in students. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies at MI Mathlaulhuda Parung Panjang in November 2024. The results showed that multicultural education in Civics helps students understand the importance of tolerance and diversity, which is reinforced through various strategies such as discussions, assignments, and project-based activities. Challenges faced include limited learning resources and a lack of specialized training for teachers. Nevertheless, efforts to integrate multicultural values through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) succeeded in improving students' understanding of unity in diversity. This research emphasizes the importance of multicultural education as a preventive measure to create a young generation that appreciates diversity and contributes to the harmony of the nation]]>

<![CDATA[This research uses a qualitative approach. This research aims to describe, analyze and interpret good management practices, supporting and inhibiting factors for human resource development at Mororejo 52 NU Elementary School, Kendal, Central Java. The researcher's data collection process involves observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this research was carried out in a narrative descriptive style in three stages: data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the research show that Mororejo 52 NU Elementary School manages human resources and creates a planned, structured and measurable management model in order to produce quality human resources. The human resource management model in Islamic boarding school-based schools has its own uniqueness in achieving the institution's vision. Starting from the main competencies in accordance with institutional integration and collaboration in the sustainability of human resources who always provide excellent service. Human resource management model in schools with stages of analysis, planning, implementation of HR development, implementation of integration/collaboration, and monitoring and assessment of HR.]]>
