Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mind mapping-assisted problem solving learning model on the understanding of energy concepts in fourth grade students of SDN 02 Sukorejo. This study uses a quantitative approach, experimental method with Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The results showed that there was an average difference in students' conceptual understanding ability between the control class and the experimental class, which was seen from the t count > t table = 2,440 > 2,009 with a sig. (2-tailed) is 0.018 where this value is <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is an effect of mind mapping-assisted problem solving learning model on students' conceptual understanding, seen from F count = 6.099 with a significance level of 0.021 < 0.05, the results of the regression test value R2 = 0.212 = 21.2%, then this regression model can affect the participation variable. So it can be concluded that there is an influence between the problem solving learning model assisted mind mapping on the understanding concepts class IV.

Abstract

The research uses a type of literature study research by collecting data from several related journals according to the research focus. The results of this study are presented in the form of a descriptive, structured and systematic conceptual explanation. Various challenges and online learning strategies that require and require teachers to innovate and adapt well. In the new normal era, teachers need to design curriculum for learning materials to be delivered during online learning meetings with Zoom, Google Meet, Teachmint, and others. Teachers are required to adapt and develop themselves to face various complex educational challenges. There are several strategic steps for online learning methods in the new normal, namely 1.) Creating learning targets by aligning the conditions in the new normal, 2.) Identifying the resources needed and owned to achieve the new goals set, 3.) Mapping the situation of conditions for teachers and students to prepare to use the blended learning method, 4.) Assessing the gap between needs and availability as material for preparing strategic and operational steps, 5.) Executing these steps innovatively and creatively by establishing various partnerships with various external parties who care about education. Of course, these various strategic steps need to be carefully planned, then analyzed and evaluated before being applied in learning activities.

Abstract

After two years, learning must be carried out online (online) now learning has been carried out normally again. This is a new challenge for teachers and students again, where students and teachers must begin to adapt again to pre-pandemic circumstances. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the role of teachers in increasing student learning motivation after the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted at MI Diponegoro 03 Karangklesem. This research is a field research or field research. Data are obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. In analyzing the data, researchers use reduction, presentation, and verification techniques and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the role of teachers in increasing student learning motivation after the Covid-19 pandemic is by means of, creating a fun learning atmosphere, involving student participation, using creative learning media, and utilizing digital media. Student motivation is shown from activeness, participation, enthusiasm, high curiosity, and enthusiasm of students during the excitement of learning in the classroom.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the perspectives of the school's external (community/parents) and internal (schools) regarding the zoning system policies that have occurred and the effects that has been felt positively and negatively. Based on these objectives, this research is a qualitative one using a perspective approach. With the perspective approach can describe the results of data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on research that has been done this zoning system policy will eliminate the nickname of favorite schools, leveling schools in every village in Depok, saving transportation costs because of the distance from schools that relatively close, completing existing facilities in every public school in Depok in order to improve quality service in each of these schools. Suggestions in this thesis are (1) if the regional or central government creates two schools with a large population in an area, (2) holds one or two special learning classes for children who have overrated academic abilities. (3) improving the teaching human resources and infrastructures for newly built or held public schools; (4) local governments must work together to encourage students when new they are recruited for housing.

Abstract

Mathematics learning achievement is still considered difficult by some students. This assumption arose because students did not understand what was learned, one of the materials was addition and subtraction of fractions. The purpose of this study is to improve mathematics learning achievement using the problem-based learning model of addition and subtraction of fractions. The research object was in class III SDN Labuan Barat with 26 students consisting of 12 male students and 14 female students. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The instruments in this study used mathematical sum tests, observations, and field notes and documentation. Data analysis uses each cycle, namely 1) planning stage, 2) action stage, 3) observation stage, 4) reflection stage. Based on the results of the study showed that 1) cycle 1 got an average score of 76.54 with 73% of students completing, 2) cycle 2 got an average score of 94.85 with 89% of students completing and an increase of 18.31, it can be concluded problem-based learning models can improve learning achievement in the material of addition and subtraction of fractions in elementary schools

Abstract

This study aims to find out the improvement of literary literacy skills through sambel tukar (one work learning) strategy on the theme of my goals in grade 4 mi Misbakhussudur Malangsari. This type of research is class action research (PTK) or Classroom Action Research using research models from Kemmis and Tanggrat namely planning, action, observation, reflection. The study was conducted in 2 cycles with subjects of 18 students consisting of 8 men and 10 women. Data analysis used by researchers is data analysis with descriptive techniques developed by Miles and Huberman. The results of this study show that literary skills through the Sambel Tukar strategy have improved both individually and classically. The increase is seen from the percentage in cycle I of 53.4% increased in cycle II to 72.6%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to produce a book on a valid model of PAI learning planning and manners based on a humanistic approach. Research and development is the research methodology used (research and development). The ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) was used in this development research. The validation sheet serves as a data collection instrument. The learning planning model based on Islamic and humanistic religious education for elementary schools was tested using a validation sheet. Aiken V's analytical methodology was used in the data analysis along with the qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The results showed that the validity of the learning planning model book for Islamic Religious Education and manners obtained an average of 0.79 with a valid category. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the book on the learning planning model for Islamic religious education and character based on the humanistic approach developed can be declared valid

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research conducted at SD IT Qurrata A'yun Batusangkar. The informants in this study were the Director and Student Representative of SD IT Qurrata A'yun and the Trustees of the Wihdatul Ummah Foundation. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The information obtained is analyzed in three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Researchers use source triangulation. As well as the use of references to ensure the accuracy of the information. Based on the findings of the research results, it can be said that the implementation of management of the Islamic development program at SD IT Qurrata A'yun has been largely successful. However, supporting programs in the implementation of BPI, as well as policies related to the BPI program, must be more mature so that the program can achieve maximum goals.

Abstract

Globalization was able to shift the values ​​of nationalism and culture in Indonesia so that students do not understand the Merti Desa tradition. There needs to be an instillation of love for local culture so that it remains sustainable which can be started from students at school. One way was to integrated local cultural wisdom values ​​in schools through the learning process. The value of character education from the Merti Desa ceremony was important to include in Civics learning in addition to increasing children's character values ​​as well as preserving local wisdom culture. This study used library research, namely a series of activities related to library data collection, reading, recording, and processing materials without going through the research field. The author places more emphasis on the power of data analysis and existing data sources by relying on concepts and theories to be interpreted in discussions. The values ​​of character education contained in the Merti Desa tradition included spiritual values, social attitudes, and manners. These values ​​include gratitude to God Almighty, obedience and adherence to what was taught in religion; reflects the attitude of working together to solve common problems and mutual cooperation; appreciate and respect others, and have insight that prioritizes public interests rather than personal interests. Students who have educational character values ​​could follow and interpret the Merti Desa tradition so that they could reintroduce the Merti Desa tradition to the general public and minimize the extinction of the local wisdom of this tradition.

Abstract

This study aims to see the development of research on language learning in elementary schools. This type of research is included in the type of literature review research. Research data sourced from Scopus. In the Scopus search column, data was found as many as 1,357,373 articles. The data was selected in four stages, namely identification, screening, eligibility, and included so that 26 articles were obtained for data processing. The process of interpreting the data is carried out with the help of R studio type 386.4.1.3. The results obtained are data with three categories of research information, namely authors, document searches, and documents. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that language learning in elementary schools is growing rapidly in the USA and the United Kingdom. Meanwhile, the most popular place to publish language learning articles is the journal of speech. For popular vocabulary in research, namely learning and linguistics
