Abstract

Abstract Investment in digital assets such as cryptocurrency has grown rapidly, particularly among younger generations. This study aims to analyze the influence of influencers, financial literacy, and return expectations on the interest in cryptocurrency investment among students of the Islamic University of Malang. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method with 130 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results show that simultaneously, influencers, financial literacy, and return expectations have a significant effect on investment interest in cryptocurrency. Individually, each variable also has a positive and significant impact. Influencers provide encouragement through informative and relevant content, financial literacy helps students understand the risks and potential of digital assets, while return expectations motivate interest based on the potential for high profits. The study concludes that these three factors play a crucial role in shaping student investment interest and recommends enhancing financial education and monitoring information on social media to support more informed investment decisions. Keywords: Influencer, Financial Literacy, Return Expectations, Investment Interest, Cryptocurrency

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of pricing and sales promotions on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty at Indogrosir Malang. Amid rising competition in the modern retail sector, understanding effective marketing strategies is essential, especially in wholesale businesses. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants include Indogrosir customers from various membership tiers (blue, red, black) and an internal merchandising staff member. Findings reveal that pricing significantly affects satisfaction, particularly through tiered and membership-based pricing, which customers perceive as competitive and fair. Sales promotions—such as discounts, gifts, and loyalty programs like IGR point redemption—also positively influence customer interest and satisfaction. High satisfaction leads to loyalty, seen in repeat purchases, customer recommendations, and continued patronage. The study concludes that effective pricing and targeted promotional strategies, along with consistent service quality, play a crucial role in building satisfaction and loyalty. It recommends that Indogrosir regularly evaluate its pricing and tailor promotions to customer segments to remain responsive to market changes. Keywords: Price, Sales Promotion, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, Indogrosir.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Digital Marketing, Brand Image, and Product Innovation on Repurchase Intention on Somethinc skincare products among Malang City students. The study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 85 respondents from the Islamic University of Malang (UNISMA), State University of Malang (UM), and Brawijaya University (UB). The selection of respondents was based on ease of access, efficiency of questionnaire distribution, and affordability of researchers as active students of UNISMA. Data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire using Google Form, and analyzed using SPSS version 27. The results showed that Digital Marketing has no significant effect on repurchase intention, while Brand Image and Product Innovation have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the effect of service quality, price, and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention at AMS Bengkel in Malang City. The research adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents who are active customers of AMS Bengkel. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results show that service quality, price, and customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on repurchase intention. However, partially, only service quality and price have a significant influence, while customer satisfaction does not significantly affect repurchase intention. Thus, service quality and price are the main factors driving customers’ repurchase intention at AMS Bengkel Malang. These findings contribute to the development of marketing strategies in the automotive service sector, particularly in formulating policies focused on increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty to remain competitive in the automotive workshop industry. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of brand ambassadors and discounts on consumer behavior in shopping through the e-commerce platform Tokopedia, particularly among students of the Islamic University of Malang (Unisma). The research is motivated by the rising trend of online shopping and increasingly diverse marketing strategies, including the use of brand ambassadors and discount offers. This study employs a quantitative descriptive method using a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 active Tokopedia users. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that brand ambassadors and discounts simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer behavior. Partially, both brand ambassadors and discounts also significantly influence consumer behavior, with significance values below 0.05. The study concludes that marketing strategies such as employing suitable public figures and offering attractive discounts can enhance consumer interest and purchasing decisions in online shopping. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for e-commerce companies in developing effective marketing strategies tailored to the characteristics of Generation Z. Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Discount, Consumer Behavior, Tokopedia, E-Commerce

Abstract

Abstract The food industry in Malang City has been growing rapidly. Food vendors can be found in almost every area, indicating a high demand in this sector. Culinary MSME actors offer a variety of flavors to attract consumers who are constantly seeking new products. People also tend to purchase their food needs from local vendors. This rapid development is further driven by the city’s dense population. The research problems in this study are: 1) How do Information Technology, Business Capital, and Financial Reporting influence the development of culinary MSMEs in Malang City? 2) How can Information Technology enhance the development of culinary MSMEs in Malang City? 3) How can Business Capital enhance the development of culinary MSMEs in Malang City? 4) How can Financial Reporting enhance the development of culinary MSMEs in Malang City? The research method applied is qualitative research using NVIVO as the analytical tool. The results of the study show that: 1) The use of Information Technology by culinary MSMEs in Malang City contributes significantly to improving operational efficiency, 2) The business capital used by culinary MSMEs in Malang City is partly sourced from personal funds, 3) The financial reports prepared by culinary MSMEs in Malang City generally include the basic information required, although they are not yet detailed and comprehensive, 4) The business duration of the eight culinary MSME actors in Malang City varies, with some experiencing long-term sustainability while others face short-term business endurance. Keywords: MSME Development, Culinary

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of sustainability (X1), fashion trends (X2), and digital thrifting communities (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) of thrift clothing in Lowokwaru District. The background of the research is based on the increasing phenomenon of thrifting, which is not only perceived as an affordable shopping alternative but also as a lifestyle associated with environmental issues and digital development. This research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents selected based on specific criteria. Data analysis was conducted through validity, reliability, normality tests, and multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results indicate that sustainability has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while fashion trends and digital thrifting communities do not show a significant effect. Theoretically, this reflects a knowledge–behavior gap among consumers, where knowledge about trends or digital engagement does not directly influence purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of using digital financial applications, consisting of mobile banking and internet banking, on the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2023. Financial performance is measured using financial ratios, namely Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Interest Margin (NIM). The research method employs a quantitative approach using secondary data from the annual financial reports of banking companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a sample size of 14 companies meeting the research criteria. Data analysis is conducted using simple regression analysis to determine the magnitude of the independent variables' influence on the dependent variable, assisted by SPSS version 25. The results indicate that the use of digital financial applications does not significantly affect ROA and ROE. However, it significantly affects the NIM ratio. This finding suggests that the utilization of digital banking services has a greater impact on net interest income than on overall profitability. Keywords: Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Financial Performance, ROA, NIM

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, teamwork, and communication on employee performance at PT. Bank XYZ (Persero) Tbk. The research background is based on the importance of improving employee performance to support organizational productivity and success, particularly in the highly competitive banking sector. This research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 69 respondents who are employees of PT. Bank XYZ (Persero) Tbk., and then analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that leadership style, teamwork, and communication partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that effective leadership, strong teamwork support, and open and clear communication can enhance employee performance. In conclusion, the company needs to continuously optimize leadership practices, foster a strong teamwork culture, and strengthen communication patterns to further improve employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Teamwork, Communication, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study attempts to measure the contribution  of Transformational Leadership, Work-Life Balance, Role Clarity, and Psychological Empowerment on Employee Performance. Data were collected using a saturation technique from 33 respondents through a questionnaire and a Likert Scale. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (F and t tests). The results showed that simultaneously and partially, all four variables had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Keywords : Transformational Leadership, Work-Life Balance, Role Clarity, and Psychological Empowerment on Employee Performance
