Abstract

This study examines how the talaqqi technique is used in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta to improve the memorization of the Qur'an. The talaqqi technique guarantees that the recitation is in accordance with tajweed standards, improves memory to memorize the Qur'an, and allows students to learn directly under the direction of their teacher. Data were collected using qualitative phenomenological methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of the study show that the talaqqi approach has been used for five years and has succeeded in improving the quality and volume of students' memorization. In addition, students' memorization before the Tahfidz exam is strengthened by the Memorization Quarantine Program (Mabit). However, there are several obstacles in the implementation of this method, such as the consistency of memorization and mastery of tajweed that still need to be improved. The conclusion of this study shows that the talaqqi approach can improve the quality of students' worship in addition to their memorization skills. To improve the effectiveness of learning, a more methodical approach to tahfidz learning must be created. It is hoped that Islamic educational institutions can use the findings of this research as a guide to maximize the teaching of the Qur'an.

Abstract

The project by PT Adhi Kartika Jaya, JJ Promotion, is a high-value investment project on Jalan Kertajaya Surabaya, near the Cultural Heritage Building Viaduc Kertajaya. The project aims to install outdoor billboards with a strategic location and work hours between 00:00 WIB and 06:00 WIB. To achieve expected results, construction management over existing resource assets is crucial. The project must focus on preventing damage to cultural heritage buildings, implementing K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) aspects, and completing on time. Thorough documentation is necessary to identify vulnerable points and ensure safety equipment is used. The project is divided into two main stages: backlog/stage in the workshop and backlog/stage at the project site. After completion, the project area is cleaned and inspected to ensure safety. The project serves as a lesson for exploring broader project management knowledge, such as the Agile Method with Scrum and Kanban tools.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the usability level of online doctor consultation features in three popular digital health applications in Indonesia, namely Halodoc, Good Doctor, and Alodokter. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument. A total of 45 respondents were selected purposively and asked to try each application, then provide assessments through the SUS questionnaire. The research results show that Good Doctor obtained the highest average score of 83.56 (Grade A), followed by Alodokter with a score of 81.33 (Grade A), and Halodoc with 77.89 (Grade B+). These findings indicate that Good Doctor and Alodokter have excellent usability levels, while Halodoc is categorized as good but still requires improvement, particularly in aspects of learnability and error recovery. An alysis was also conducted using additional approaches such as percentile ranking, grade categories, acceptability ranges, and Net Promoter Score (NPS). The results of this study emphasize the importance of user-centered design in developing digital health services and support the use of SUS as a practical and reliable evaluation tool. These findings are expected to provide input for application developers in improving service quality and user satisfaction.

Abstract

This study addresses inefficiencies in route planning for the distribution of perishable goods by a small-scale enterprise, Jaya Abadi Fruits, located in East Jakarta. The current manual delivery planning, reliant on driver experience, results in suboptimal distances, increased fuel usage, and inconsistent service quality. To overcome these challenges, the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm was applied to a Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) and implemented using MATLAB. The model incorporates real-world parameters such as delivery distances, box dimensions, demand volume, and vehicle capacities. Simulation results demonstrate significant improvements: for Vehicle 1, travel distance and distribution cost were reduced by 41.93% and 15.6%, respectively; for Vehicle 2, distance decreased by 30.96% and cost by 2.03%. These findings validate ACO as an effective, low-cost, and scalable decision-support tool for logistics operations in small enterprises lacking integrated digital infrastructure. The research contributes to the optimization of last-mile delivery in resource-limited supply chains, particularly in emerging economies.

Abstract

The creativity of English L2 speakers exploiting the language provoked the researcher to explore students' preference for having native English speaker teachers (NESTs) and non-native English speaker teachers (NNESTs) in their classes. Thus, the current study aimed to explore EFL students' perceptions of native English speaker teachers (NESTs) and non-native English speaker teachers (NNESTs) teaching English in a class. The study recruits a hundred EFL students across Malang, East Java, piloting survey design on the basis of a convenience sampling technique. In general, the study unpacked the students' positive attitudes toward NNESTs. They agreed that they should have NNESTs at primary, secondary, and university levels. However, they suggested that NESTs should teach speaking and pronunciation. In addition, the respondent preferred having both NESTs and NNESTs in a class to be more engaging and stress-revealing. Therefore, initiating a class team teaching between NESTs and NNESTs is paramount for the stakeholders to be taken into account.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Arisan Artha Syar'i at BMT Syariah Sejahtera Boyolali from the perspective of Sharia Economic Law. Arisan Artha Syar'i is a rewarded arisan program run by sharia principles, where every transaction and mechanism applied must be in accordance with Islamic economic fatwas and regulations. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation from arisan managers and participants. The results show that Arisan Artha Syar'i has implemented sharia-compliant contracts, such as tabarru' (helping) and mudharabah (profit sharing) contracts in fund management. The prize draw is conducted transparently and in accordance with sharia principles, without any elements of maysir (gambling) and usury. The socio-economic impact of this program not only increases Islamic financial literacy but also strengthens social solidarity among BMT members. The program is able to assist participants in meeting urgent needs such as education costs and business capital. However, there are several challenges in its implementation, including ensuring transparency in fund management and providing adequate education to participants on the principles of Islamic economics. Periodic supervision and evaluation are needed to maintain the sustainability of the program in accordance with Islamic law. Arisan Artha Syar'i at BMT Syariah Sejahtera Boyolali is a sharia-based financial management model that not only provides economic benefits but also builds public awareness to invest halal.
