<![CDATA[Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) merupakan komponen kritis dalam manajemen proyek konstruksi yang menentukan efisiensi dan keberhasilan implementasi. Penelitian ini menganalisis komparatif tiga metode utama perhitungan anggaran: Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI), Burgelijke Openbare Werken (BOW), dan metode perhitungan kontraktor. Studi komprehensif dilakukan melalui pendekatan studi literatur dengan mengkaji referensi akademik, standar perhitungan, dan publikasi ilmiah terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap metode memiliki karakteristik unik dengan variasi signifikan dalam estimasi biaya. Metode BOW cenderung menghasilkan anggaran lebih tinggi dengan pendekatan konservatif, sementara metode SNI menawarkan perhitungan lebih ekonomis dan sesuai standar nasional. Metode perhitungan kontraktor memberikan fleksibilitas tertinggi dalam adaptasi kondisi lapangan. Penelitian mengungkap kompleksitas faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perhitungan anggaran, termasuk skala proyek, lokasi geografis, ketersediaan sumber daya, dan dinamika teknologis. Rekomendasi utama adalah pengembangan pendekatan hibrid yang mengintegrasikan kelebihan masing-masing metode untuk mengoptimalkan akurasi dan efisiensi anggaran konstruksi.]]>

<![CDATA[The turbocharger is a critical component in a ship's main engine system, enhancing combustion efficiency and engine performance by accelerating airflow into the cylinder combustion chamber. One of its key components is the turbine blade, which converts exhaust gas energy into mechanical energy to drive the compressor.This study aims to analyze damage to the turbine blade caused by exhaust valve rupture, where broken valve fragments enter the turbine side, negatively affecting turbocharger performance. The research employs a descriptive analysis method using fishbone analysis, with data collected from observations, logbooks, journals, manuals, documentation, and interviews.The findings indicate that the primary cause of turbine blade damage is foreign object ingestion (FOI), specifically fragments from a fractured exhaust valve in the main engine’s cylinder head. This fracture led to blade failure, significantly reducing the turbocharger’s efficiency. To maintain optimal main engine performance, strict adherence to the onboard manual book is strongly recommended.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan agar menemukan pengaruh kreativitas dan keterampilan berwirausaha secara parsial serta simultan terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM kuliner di Kota Medan. Populasi pada eksplorasi ialah 78 UMKM di Kota Medan Tuntungan. Sampel dipakai pada eksplorasi ialah 78 UMKM yang berjumlah 100 UMKM. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ialah kuesioner. Metode analisis dipakai pada penelitian ialah regresi linier berganda, uji parsial (uji t), uji signifikansi simultan (uji F) serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menampilkan keterampilan berwirausaha serta kreativitas secara bersamaan berdampak positif serta signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM kuliner di Kota Medan.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was carried out to find out whether the affect of Student Team-Achievement Division Technique on students’ comprehension in speaking ability at grade VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar. The research methodology used in this research was a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental. The population of this research was grade VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar in the academic year 2023/2024. The researcher took two classes as the sample. The samples were VIII-10 as experimental group consisted of 32 students and VIII-11 as control group consisted of 32 students. The experimental group was taught by student team-achievement division technique meanwhile control group was taught by conventional technique. The data were obtained by using pre-test and post-test given to both groups. The experimental class mean score on the pre-test was 44,40 and the mean score of control class was 58,40. On the other hand, the mean of variabe in experimental class on post-test was 74,93, while the mean score of control class on post-test was 66,56. To acquire data, the researcher used test as instrument. The result of t-test was 9,885 which was higher than t-table at 5% of level significance (1,670). The result of significance value indicates that alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, while the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. It meant that there was significant effect by using Student Team-Achievement Division Technique at Grade Eight of SMP Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the use of media in language teaching to enhance students' listening skills within the framework of the Merdeka Curriculum. Listening is a fundamental skill in language acquisition, yet many students face challenges due to limited exposure to authentic listening materials. The integration of media such as audio recordings, podcasts, and interactive applications provides an immersive learning experience that fosters comprehension. This research employs a library research method, analyzing expert opinions and previous studies on the topic. Findings suggest that media use significantly enhances listening skills by providing real-life contexts, engaging learners, and catering to different learning styles. The study highlights the importance of media selection and its alignment with curriculum objectives to optimize learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[This research explores the influence of big data on modern leadership styles, where leaders are expected to have not only interpersonal skills, but also capabilities in data analysis for better decision-making. Big data has the potential to increase organisational efficiency by up to 20% by providing insights through relevant patterns and trends. However, the shift towards data-driven leadership is not without challenges; many leaders face limited analytical skills, resistance to the new culture, and ethical issues related to data privacy and bias. This research uses a Literature Review approach to understand the impact of big data in various sectors and look at how leaders can adapt. The results show that the use of big data accelerates more accurate decision-making and increases transparency in organisations, which is critical to building public trust. Nonetheless, challenges such as the need for analytical skills training and setting up adequate technological infrastructure remain. Practical recommendations include the development of data analytics training programmes and the use of advanced analytics tools to support leaders in this digital age. Overall, this research highlights the importance of big data in the transformation of leadership styles and its impact on organisational performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to: 1) examine and analyze the influence of discipline and motivation on job satisfaction; 2) examine and analyze the influence of discipline and motivation on work performance; 3) examine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction on work performance; 4) examine and analyze the influence of discipline and motivation on employee work performance through job satisfaction. The research was conducted on employees of the Directorate General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis method employed descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of the study indicate that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of discipline and motivation on job satisfaction; 2) there is a positive and significant influence of discipline and motivation on work performance; 3) there is a positive and significant influence of job satisfaction on work performance; 4) there is a positive and significant influence of discipline and motivation on work performance through job satisfaction among employees of the Directorate General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh imbangan rumput dan konsentrat terhadap performa domba gibas umur lima hingga delapan bulan. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga perlakuan, yaitu P1 (80% rumput, 20% konsentrat), P2 (60% rumput, 40% konsentrat), dan P3 (40% rumput, 60% konsentrat). Parameter yang diamati meliputi pertambahan lingkar dada, lebar dada, tinggi pundak, dan panjang badan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan memberikan pengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap semua parameter. Perlakuan P3 memberikan hasil tertinggi dan berbeda nyata dibandingkan perlakuan lainnya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa imbangan rumput 40% dan konsentrat 60% merupakan komposisi terbaik dalam meningkatkan performa domba gibas.]]>

<![CDATA[Hashtag menjadi salah satu elemen penting dalam komunikasi digital yang akan membentuk wacana publik di media baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola interaksi pengguna dan konstruksi makna hashtag #KaburAjaDulu dengan pendekatan netnografi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi non-partisipatif pada platform media sosial terhadap konten yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hashtag #KaburAjaDulu ini digunakan sebagai kritik sosial, serta membentuk arena utama dalam menyampaikan pesan. Sehingga penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami dinamika penggunaan media baru dalam membentuk persepsi dan interaksi sosial publik. <![CDATA[Saat ini kasus korupsi menjadi salah satu tendensi kejahatan yang terus meningkat. Peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas benda sitaan negara tidak dapat dihindarkan. Rupbasan merupakan satu-satunya lembaga yang mempunyai wewenang untuk melakukan penyimpanan dan pengelolaan barang rampasan dan benda sitaan negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Rupbasan KPK dalam mengelola benda sitaan dan benda rampasan hasil tipikor? Dalam rangka asset recovery. Penelitian yuridis normatif bersandar pada data sekunder dengan Penelusuran hukum dilakukan secara offline dan online. Hasil penelitian akademik menyimpulkan bahwa Rupbasan KPK dikelola dengan menerapkan butir good governance dengan mentransformasi digital sebagai Upaya untuk mengoptimalkan aset recovery hasil tindak pidana korupsi.
