Abstract

Vocational education faces the challenge of producing graduates who are not only job-ready but also have the interest and courage to become entrepreneurs amid the limited availability of formal employment. The academic concern of this research stems from the fact that the choice of vocational high school (SMK) graduates to pursue entrepreneurship is still not dominant, thus requiring a strengthened curriculum management that can foster entrepreneurial interest in a more directed manner. This study aims to analyze curriculum management in enhancing entrepreneurial interest at SMK Negeri 1 Way Panji, South Lampung, and to identify its development strategies. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that curriculum management is implemented through structured stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. Planning is carried out by integrating entrepreneurial values into subjects, fieldwork practices, and activities based on local potential. Implementation is realized through theoretical and practical learning, entrepreneurship festivals, and student business projects. Evaluation is conducted periodically through process and product assessments. The implications of this study confirm that planned and collaborative curriculum management can strengthen the formation of vocational school graduates who are more independent, productive, and adaptive to changes in the world of work.

Abstract

The current state of Islamic education faces a crisis of values and demonstrates a shift in the very meaning of learning. The learning process tends to prioritize outcomes and grades exclusively, rather than the transformation of knowledge, spirituality, and character. If this trend persists, it will produce individuals who are intellectually brilliant but spiritually and morally weak. Stemming from this concern, this study was conducted to re-examine the concept of learning based on the perspective of the Qur'an. The primary sources for this research are the Tafsir Al-Misbah and Tafsir Ibnu Katsir; by comparing these two exegeses, the study aims to formulate a learning paradigm that aligns with Qur'anic values. This research employs a qualitative methodology, specifically utilizing a library research approach. The findings reveal both similarities and differences between the two exegeses, particularly in their interpretation of the term iqra. Tafsir Al-Misbah offers a broader, more comprehensive, and detailed interpretation, whereas Tafsir Ibnu Katsir interprets iqra in a more concise and straightforward manner. Based on this analysis, the learning paradigm from a Qur'anic perspective encompasses a range of learning activities, including: reading, comprehending, studying, analyzing, examining, and developing knowledge

Abstract

Divorce in the family not only has an impact on the relationship between husband and wife, but also affects the fulfillment of children's rights, especially in lower-middle class families. After divorce, children often experience a lack of fulfillment of rights in the form of alimony, education, parenting, affection, and emotional attention. This condition shows that there is a gap between the provisions of Islamic law and positive Indonesian law and the reality in society. This study aims to determine the implementation of the fulfillment of children's rights after divorce in lower-middle and middle families in Kepuh Village based on the perspective of Islamic law and positive Indonesian law. This study uses a qualitative method with an empirical approach through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively. The results of the study show that the fulfillment of children's rights after divorce is still not optimal because the needs of children are mostly met by mothers or close families, while some fathers have not fully carried out their obligations. Factors that affect these conditions include economic limitations, low parental responsibility, lack of legal understanding, post-divorce conflicts, infidelity, domestic violence, and remarriage. In the perspective of Islamic law and positive Indonesian law, both parents are still obliged to fulfill the rights of the child even after a divorce.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze teachers' strategies in integrating Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning resources at Madrasah Aliyah NW Sekunyit. The research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the school principal, PAI teachers, and other relevant stakeholders. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that teachers implement various strategies to integrate ICT with PAI learning resources, including the use of digital presentation media, Islamic educational videos, internet-based learning resources, and the combination of conventional learning materials with digital media in the teaching and learning process. However, the implementation of these strategies faces several challenges, such as limited technological facilities and infrastructure, insufficient digital competencies among some teachers, age-related factors, limited ICT training opportunities, and inadequate internet access. To address these challenges, teachers adopt various adaptive measures, including collaboration between senior and younger teachers, shared use of available facilities, participation in online self-directed training, and the optimization of existing technological resources within the school. The study concludes that the successful integration of ICT with PAI learning resources depends not only on the availability of technological facilities but also on teachers’ creativity, adaptability, and commitment to developing learning practices that meet the demands of the digital era

Abstract

This study was motivated by the development of digital marketplace algorithms that influence students’ consumption patterns through product recommendations, digital promotions, and social media trends that encourage consumerist behavior. This study aims to analyze the internalization of the value of qana’ah in confronting the influence of marketplace algorithms on students in the Alquran and Tafsir Studies Program at UINSU through a living Quran approach to QS. Al-Furqan verse 67. This study employs a qualitative method using the living Quran approach. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews with five informants selected using purposive sampling. The results indicate that marketplace algorithms influence students’ consumer behavior through impulsive purchases and a tendency to follow digital trends. The internalization of the value of qana’ah occurs through the process of understanding, internalizing, and practicing the values of QS. Al-Furqan verse 67 in daily life. The implementation of the value of qana’ah is evident in students’ efforts to establish smart habits when using online marketplaces, distinguish between needs and wants, and curb digital consumerism. This study shows that the value of qana’ah serves as an economic, social, and spiritual check against consumerist culture in the era of digital marketplaces

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Article 4 of the North Lampung Regency Regional Regulation Number 02 of 2017 concerning waste management in Bukit Kemuning Market from the perspective of siyasah tanfidziyah. The focus of this research lies in the implementation of policies by the Environmental Agency of North Lampung Regency as the executive institution responsible for realizing public welfare through waste management. This study employs a qualitative approach using field research methods. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation involving informants from the Environmental Agency, the Head of Bukit Kemuning District, Uberli (Environmental Cleanliness Unit) and market traders. The results of the study indicate a gap between the provisions of the regional regulation and its implementation in the field. This is reflected in the accumulation of waste, the low awareness of the community and traders in maintaining cleanliness, and the limited waste management facilities and infrastructure. The main inhibiting factors include insufficient budget allocation, the absence of temporary waste disposal sites (TPS), and the limited number of waste transportation vehicles. From the perspective of siyasah tanfidziyah, this policy implementation has not fully reflected Islamic values because the local government, as ulil amri, has not optimally carried out its mandate to achieve public welfare

Abstract

Traditional village institutions are an important part of the social structure of the people of West Lombok Regency. This study aims to analyze their existence as an alternative for resolving social conflicts based on local wisdom. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive method, data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies with customary leaders, village officials, and community members. The results show that traditional village institutions still have a strong existence. The conflict resolution mechanism is carried out through customary deliberation that prioritizes the principles of kinship, consensus, restorative justice, and the restoration of social relationships between conflicting parties. The success of traditional institutions is supported by the social legitimacy of customary leaders, cultural proximity to the community, and flexibility in adapting conflict resolution to the local context. However, traditional village institutions face challenges such as social changes in society, declining compliance with customary norms, and limited formal recognition within the state legal system. Therefore, adaptation strategies and institutional strengthening are needed to keep traditional village institutions relevant and sustainable as an alternative for resolving social conflicts in society

Abstract

Premarital readiness is an important issue in strengthening family resilience, particularly in rural communities influenced by economic pressure, social norms, and early marriage practices. This study aims to analyze Qur’anic values related to premarital readiness and their implementation in realizing a family based on sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah in Pulo Dogom Village, North Labuhanbatu Regency. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 20 young married informants, field observation, and documentation. The analysis integrated empirical findings with a contextual interpretation of Qur’anic values concerning family life. The findings show that premarital readiness is not limited to administrative preparation but also includes psychological, economic, social, and spiritual dimensions. Values such as self-control, honesty, patience, responsibility, and effective communication play a significant role in maintaining household harmony. This study implies the need to strengthen premarital guidance based on Qur’anic values in a more contextual and practical way, especially for young couples in rural areas

Abstract

Family communication plays an important role in shaping character and creating a harmonious household. However, digital technology and social change have shifted family communication ethics, as reflected in the decline of direct interaction, the use of impolite language, and increasingly emotional communication patterns. Meanwhile, the Qur’an provides ethical guidance through the principles of qaulan sadīdan, qaulan karīman, qaulan layyinan, and qaulan ma‘rūfan. This study aims to analyze the concept of family communication ethics from the Qur’anic perspective, its implementation in the household life of the Tanjungbalai community, and the obstacles faced by Muslim families in applying it. This research uses a qualitative approach with field research. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using thematic interpretation and an interactive analysis model. The findings show that Qur’anic communication ethics are implemented through Malay cultural practices, including family address terms, the traditions of upah-upah, manyonggot, and bakombur. The obstacles include generational gaps in understanding, ego, limited interaction time, digital media disruption, economic pressure, and the declining role of extended families. This study implies the need to strengthen Qur’anic communication contextually within modern Muslim families.

Abstract

Food intervention policies in Indonesia have evolved from a goods assistance scheme (Raskin/Rastra) to a cashless, digital-based aid (BPNT/Sembako). However, the effectiveness of this program in reducing the persistently high poverty rate of 9. 03% (BPS, 2024) in Kalirejo village remains questionable. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of BPNT distribution for Beneficiary Families (KPM) by utilizing the 6T indicators (Targeting, Quantity, Price, Timing, Administration, and Quality), alongside the perspective of distributive justice in Islamic Economics and Malthusian Theory concerning the disparities in local food availability.  This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and participatory observation of the implementation of the Prosperous Family Card (KKS) and the role of E-Warong. The findings indicate that the  digitization of aid does enhance the flexibility and autonomy of KPM, but its effectiveness is hindered by digital infrastructure disparities, literacy barriers, and targeting errors (including both inclusion and exclusion errors). The study reveals that the current policy appears to prioritize distribution mechanisms (output) over economic empowerment (outcome). Theologically, the inaccuracies in data violate the principles of trust and distributive justice ('adl). The research concludes that digital transformation must be accompanied by strengthening local distribution chains and aligning social aid policies with sustainable economic empowerment programs to ensure the long-term welfare of the community
