Abstract

Education is a valuable asset in the foundation of quality human resources in managing natural resources. It is a fact that Indonesia is ranked 65th out of 73 countries. Various countries have implemented Conditional Cash Transfer as an effort to overcome education quality problems, while in Indonesia the CCT program is called PKH. The main target of this program is to improve the quality of health and education. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of implementing the pkh program on education expenditures in Indonesia for children in the household, children outside the household and overall, using the IFLS Wave 5 data source. This research uses the Propensity Score Matching data processing method. The results of the research showed that the group that received the program was shown to significantly increase education expenditures for children in the household by 4.11, while for children outside the household it significantly decreased by 1.44, but the overall results increased by 3.58 per year. These results were almost the same as the 4 value test methods.

Abstract

Teacher performance is important in relation to the quality of education. Compensation is one of the reasons for having motivation to improve. This research method is a quantitative method. Data was collected through filling out questionnaires and interviews. Data processing using SPSS 25. Data variables X1 (compensation), X2 (digital learning) and Y (teacher performance). The sample was 50 teachers in the city of Tangerang, Banten. Compensation influences teacher performance in the city of Tangerang, digital learning influences teacher performance, and compensation and digital learning influences teacher performance. Heads and education managers can provide appropriate compensation, so that teachers are able to perform well and have adequate digital skills.

Abstract

Population growth is one of the factors causing the increasing demand for energy. This increase in energy demand is accompanied by a decrease in the number of existing energy sources such as coal, natural gas and oil. Therefore a solution is needed to overcome this limitation, namely by looking for alternative energy sources that are renewable and environmentally friendly, so that they can be used widely and continuously. One source of renewable and environmentally friendly energy is wind power. The purpose of this study was to analyze the slope angle of the 3-blade and 4-blade horizontal axis wind turbines. In addition, this study also aims to determine the output power, power coefficient, and tip speed ratio of the wind turbine. This study used aluminum plate material with a blade length of 120 cm and a width of 12 cm with a generator power of 500 rpm. The results showed that the output power obtained was 8.65 A, the wind turbine power coefficient was 59% and the tip speed ratio was 7.45 rad/s. In these conditions shows that the wind speed and blade diameter greatly affect the output power of the design results.

Abstract

The research conducted by the researcher was Classroom Action Research. This research aims to determine the improvement in student learning outcomes through the Imagine (Suggestion) technique in class VIII 3 poetry writing material at SMP Negeri 8 Palembang. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation, learning results and documentation. The steps taken in this research were interviews with Indonesian language teachers to find out the students' problem points in writing poetry, then observations to find out the students' initial abilities in the material used, then doing a pre-cycle with conventional learning, then implementing the Imagine technique ( Suggestion) with the first learning cycle, and ending using the Imagine technique with the second learning cycle. The results of the research show that the application of student learning in poetry writing material using the Imagine (Suggestion) technique in class VIII 3 of SMP Negeri 8 Palembang can improve student learning outcomes. In the Pre-cycle the presentation of completeness was 1%, in cycle I the presentation of completeness was 44%, and in cycle II it was 86%. Thus, the application of the Imagine (Suggestion) technique in writing poetry for class VIII 3 students at SMP Negeri 8 Palembang can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Religious and spiritual knowledge are among the areas of education that must be given full attention by families for their children. Religious knowledge is very meaningful in awakening the instinctive spiritual strength and willingness that exists in children through religious guidance and the practice of religious teachings which are of course adapted to their level and age, so that it can help to gain basic religious knowledge which has implications for the child's awareness of running. religious teachings properly and correctly. The Koran explains about orphans in various ways, including religion, faith, property, inheritance, spoils of war, marriage, and so on. This shows that the problem of orphans in the Koran is not only a sosial and humanitarian problem, but is also related to religious and faith issues which will have an impact in the afterlife. Therefore, the problem of orphans in Islam is a very important matter, so it requires serious attention and handling from people who are caring and adequate. Allah commands those who believe and are pious to pay attention to, look after, assist, aid and protect orphans in the ways He has determined.

Abstract

The use of technology in learning has a significant impact on the cognitive development of young children in kindergarten. This research found that the use of technology can improve children's cognitive abilities in various ways, such as increasing the ability to understand abstract symbols, improving the ability to remember, and increasing the ability to express opinions. The use of technology can also help children think logically, quickly and grasp, as well as increase their imagination and idea abilities. Additionally, technology can help children develop important cognitive skills, such as the ability to relate, initiate, and consider events. Thus, the use of technology in learning can be an effective strategy for improving the cognitive abilities of young children in kindergarten.

Abstract

Currently, public vehicles such as cars use several choices of fuel types for gasoline cars, including Pertamax and Pertalite. Car fuel consumption is influenced by several factors, including the type of fuel used. This study aims to determine the difference in car fuel consumption against the use of Pertamax and Pertalite fuel by conducting road tests in urban areas. Testing each type of fuel is tested with the full to full method to get a more accurate calculation, First the test will be carried out refueling Pertamax to full then to record the initial kilometer when going to do a road test, after recording a road test with the route Perum Tas II Tanggulangin Sidoarjo ----> Pasar Kapasan Surabaya ----> Jalan Kendangsari Surabaya ----> gas station Jalan Raya Ngaban Tanggulangin Sidoarjo . The total distance of the entire trip is 139 km after conducting a full to full road test obtained the following data 139: 13.67 = 10.16 km / liter. After a road test with the first fuel, gasoline is drained so that the fuel is not mixed. Then the car is filled with pertalite fuel, testing is carried out by the same method as during the Pertamax fuel road test. After conducting road tests with Pertalite obtained the following results 139: 13.80 = 10.07 km / liter. Conclusion Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded : Pertamax fuel consumption is greater than Pertalite  with a ratio of 10.16 km / liter and 10.07 km / liter. The difference that is not so noticeable occurs because of the similarity of parameters used such as: Max RPM limit, Average speed, The total distance that distinguishes is only the level of congestion, for traffic during the Pertamax test is relatively denser than during the Pertalite test.

Abstract

Health system is a term that includes individuals, institutions, financing, information, commodities and government governance strategies in providing prevention and treatment services to the community. This health system was created with the aim of responding to the needs and expectations of the community for health services in a fair and equitable manner. Then, good health services in countries really need reform, reorientation and revitalization. This research aims to determine the comparison of health systems in Indonesia and Thailand. The analytical study of the writing was carried out through a literature review. The country experiences many challenges in building strong and reliable healthcare. The health system in each country is very different, but one thing has the same goal, namely to improve the health status of the community at large. Each country has advantages and disadvantages to each health system implemented. The success of a country depends on enthusiasm, dedication, perseverance, hard work, good teamwork, ability (Human Resources, Facilities), sincerity of organizers, and community participation in achieving Universal Health Coverage in improving health status. better society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh halal awareness dan halal certification terhadap minat beli konsumen produk mixue (studi kasus pada kecamatan medan johor). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Mixue yang terdapat pada kecamatan Medan Johor. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Non Probability Sampling dengan cara Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang di peroleh adalah 120 responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS 21 for windows. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi R². Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa halal awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli dan halal certification berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

A quality correspondence management system can have a significant influence on the efficiency and effectiveness of school activities. This research uses a qualitative approach, which is also a literature study or library research method. Library institute research is because researchers need data from various literary sources, such as books and journals, to build a theoretical basis for the problem to be researched, namely “The Influence of the Quality of the Correspondence Management System on Efficiency and Effectiveness in Schools”. The aim of this research is to determine the basic concepts of the correspondence management system, the quality of the correspondence management system, the influence of the quality of the correspondence management system on efficiency and effectiveness in schools, and evaluate the effectiveness of archives governance as an effort to improve school performance. The research results show that efficiency can be achieved through a structured letter handling process, fast tracking and tracing capabilities of letters, as well as minimizing duplication or delays in handling letters. Meanwhile, effectiveness can be increased by ensuring compliance with regulations and policies related to records management, easy access to required information, and making appropriate decisions based on available data and information.
