Abstract

Based on a press release from the Ministry of Finance's Fiscal Policy Agency, the poverty rate in Indonesia was recorded to have decreased from 9.71% to 9.54% in March 2022. Even though there is pressure on commodity prices, the poverty rate shows a downward trend. Apart from economic growth, Indonesia has several programs launched by the government to alleviate poverty, such as the Family Hope Program. The Family Hope Program is a government social assistance program aimed at poor communities who are designated as beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program. However, in a summary of the audit results for the second semester of 2021, the Financial Audit Authority (BPK) found an error in the allocation of national social assistance (Bansos) which resulted in state losses of up to IDR 6.9 trillion. This is certainly a serious problem, for this reason a system is needed that can assist in the classification process of potential PKH assistance recipients. To carry out classification, you can use the Decision Trend algorithm with the ID3, C45 and Random forest models. To improve model accuracy results, a features selection method is needed. From the results of the classification process, the Random forest model with SMOTE and Features Selection has the highest accuracy of 91% and the system validity test is 91%. From these results, the system has the ability to assist in the classification process of PKH assistance recipients

Abstract

The quality of education is a key factor in building quality and competitive human resources. To achieve high quality education, effective strategic management is needed. Strategic management includes planning, organizing, leading and controlling processes aimed at achieving organizational goals. In the educational context, strategic management plays an important role in determining the direction and priorities for the development of educational institutions, as well as allocating resources optimally to achieve educational goals. This journal examines the importance of implementing strategic management in improving the quality of education. Through literature studies, this journal shows that good strategic management can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the educational process, improve the quality of graduates, and strengthen the competitiveness of educational institutions. Apart from that, appropriate strategic management can also facilitate the development of relevant curricula, increase the competence of educators, and provide adequate educational facilities and resources.

Abstract

Barokah Farm is a farm that focuses on fattening cattle but also raising dairy cattle. An important part of retail operations is the layout of the required areas separately such as sheds, wet food areas, dry food areas, milk packaging areas, equipment storage areas, offices, parking lots, etc. We chose Barokah Farm as a research subject to study and evaluate whether the flow of activities between facilities is effective. The aim of this research is to test and validate the layout of Barokah Farm using the Activity Relationship Diagram (ARC) and Total Closeness Rating (TCR) techniques. Based on the results of the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) calculation at Baroka Farm, the feeding area has the highest Total Closeness Rating (TCR) value, namely 194, so it is prioritized as the most important facility to be built. Therefore, it is important to position other areas that have a high A value towards the feeding area so that they are close together and easier to work with. Strategic layout increases the efficient use of office space, employees and other facilities. Implementing the right layout will help operations run more smoothly and serve consumers.

Abstract

Industri sektor konsumsi adalah satu dari banyak nya sektor usaha yang memiliki pengaruh untuk menunjang keberhasilah kemajuan ekonomi yang ada di indinesia. Industri bidang konsumsi ini sendiri memiliki beberapa bagian subsector, diantaranya adalah barang-barang sehari-hari yang biasa di gunakan Masyarakat. Dari banyaknya sektor dan bidang industri yng ada, yang nantinya menjadi pembasahan dan subjek pada penelitian kali ini yaitu Perusahaan yang bergerak pada sektor industri konsumsi. Perusahaan manufaktur industri barang konsumsi diambil sebagai subjek penelitian ini karena produk barang konsumsi selalu ada dan pastinya sangat dibutuhkan Masyarakat dalam menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain itu, Perusahaan industri ini juga masuk ke dalam salah satu Perusahaan manufaktur yang terdapat dalam daftar Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

One of the key factors that influence the performance and development of an organization is its culture. A strong, positive culture can increase employee motivation, job satisfaction and productivity, while a weak culture can hinder progress and reduce effectiveness. . In the era of globalization and intensifying competition, it is important for organizations to understand how their culture can be used as a tool to create. In this study, a theoretical model that combines theories about organizational culture and theories about organizational development is used. This model identifies key cultural elements, such as values, norms, and practices, and relates them to indicators of organizational development. Overall, this analysis shows that organizational culture greatly affects organizational progress. In order to achieve the long-term goals of the organization, management must pay great attention to the establishment and maintenance of a positive culture. This is because a strong culture is essential for shaping employee behavior and creating a work environment that supports high engagement and productivity. Organizations can create a dynamic and productive work environment by concentrating on developing visionary leadership, improving internal communication, and increasing employee engagement. This will drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and ensure well-being.

Abstract

This article is entitled "Manganjab Ritual Tradition in Nagori Sihaporas, Pamatang Sidamanik District, Simalungun Regency". This research aims to describe the stages in the Manganjab Tradition and describe the local wisdom values in the Manganjab Ritual Tradition in Nagori Sihaporas. The theory used is the local wisdom theory put forward by Robert Sibarani. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The results of the research show that the stages before the day of implementation are (1) Determining the Day, (2) Determining the Place of the Ritual, (3) and the stages of the day of the Manganjab Ritual. Local Wisdom in the Manganjab Ritual Tradition with 7 local wisdom values, namely: (1) Wisdom of Commitment, (2) Wisdom of Cultural Preservation and Creativity, (3) Wisdom of Mutual Cooperation, (4) Wisdom of Hard Work, (5) Wisdom of Gratitude , (6) Care for the Environment, (7) Politeness.

Abstract

Although Indonesia has adopted advanced technology that is expected to improve efficiency and transparency, corruption cases such as the one involving Rafael Alun show that corruption is still a significant problem. So today there are still many people who abuse it just to give themselves satisfaction. Like the case of Mario Dandy who exposed the persecution of David, so that this case dragged Mario's parents, Rafael Alun. In this case Mario dandy's case became more complex which led to the revelation of Rafael alun who was involved in a graft case that he did for 12 years which reached 16.6 billion and money laundering cases.

Abstract

Continuity Of Care merupakan asuhan kebidanan yang dilakukan sejak ibu hamil memasuki trimester ketiga dilanjutkan pendampingan saat persalinan, nifas, bayi baru lahir dan keluarga berencana, sebagai upaya untuk membantu memantau dan mendeteksi adanya kemungkinan timbulnya komplikasi yang menyertai ibu dan bayi dari masa kehamilan sampai ibu menggunakan alat kontrasepsi, pada ibu dengan kebutuhan khusus membutuhkan penanganan dan perhatian dari pemerintah dan tenaga kesehatan yang lebih karena berpotensi terjadi komplikasi yang lebih besar, petugas kesehatan khususnya Bidan berperan sangat penting dalam hal ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan asuhan kebidanan menyeluruh di Puskesmas Pegandon Kabupaten Kendal. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dari laporan asuhan kebidanan. Asuhan kebidanan sudah dilakukan secara menyeluruh mulai dari asuhan kehamilan sampai dengan asuhan keluarga berencana dan dilakukan pencatatan dengan pendokumentasian metode SOAP namun pada asuhan kehamilan masih belum sesuai dengan standar pemeriksaan kehamilan 10T.

Abstract

This study attends to analyze the ulama’s perspective regarding the corruption, gift and grants, as well as the actions taken to prevent corruption, discusses the issue of corruption that occurs in human life. However, the problem is how the grants and gifts given to certain parties are categorized as corruption. This research is library research which is analyzed with a qualitative approach with national law and Islamic law perspectives. The results showed that from the point of view of Islamic law, people's insights were very limited to the issue of bribes and rewards. Some people think that bribery is not a crime, but only a small mistake. Some others, even so, that bribes are forbidden, but they do not care about the prohibition, let alone because they get the benefits. On the other hand, society perceives the bribe as a gift or a token of gratitude. Some even think of it as money for the help someone has given, so they don't feel it as a mistake or even a crime.

Abstract

Loyalty is an important element in the life of Christian faith. Christian faith requires loyalty in order to persist in a faith that is always full of challenges. Believers are often unfaithful when facing certain challenges. Therefore, a model of loyalty to the truth is needed. Paul in his letter to the church in Romans 11:25-32 describes God's faithfulness as a model of true faithfulness. This research aims to examine Paul's ideas and find a comprehensive picture of God's faithfulness. The research method used is library research with a descriptive analysis approach. From various references, both the Holy Bible and books and scientific articles related to this theme. God's faithfulness throughout Scripture shines through in the fullness of His promises. According to Paul, God's righteousness lies in His faithfulness to His promise of salvation. Humans respond to God's faithfulness by holding fast to the promised promises of faith. Abraham's faith is a concrete example of human experience in responding to God's faithfulness. He never rejects people who are faithful to His covenant.
