Abstract

Effective store layout planning is crucial for long-term business success. 3D Mart Sukabumi faces challenges with inefficient shelf and basket placement, hindering customer navigation and leading to product loss. This research aims to address these issues by employing Total Closeness Rating (TCR) and Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) methods to analyze facility relationships and design a layout that optimizes material flow and minimizes distances. The proposed layout solution rearranges the placement of shopping baskets. The TCR calculations indicate that display racks (TCR: 384) are ranked first in importance, followed by the warehouse (TCR: 327). The overall goal is to redesign 3D Mart's store layout to enhance product placement, space utilization, sales, customer experience, and overall profitability.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka membebaskan sekolah dalam menerapkan jadwal dan model pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Penerapan jadwal pembelajaran yang baru dinilai padat sehingga siswa sulit mengatur waktu dan menunda penyelesaian tugas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen waktu terhadap prokrastinasi akademik kurikulum merdeka pada siswa MAN 2 Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik accidental sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 208 yang merupakan siswa kelas X MAN 2 Kota Makassar. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana melalui bantuan SPSS 21.0 for windows. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada pengaruh negatif yang signifikan manajemen waktu terhadap prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa. Hasil ini mengindikasikan semakin tinggi manajemen waktu siswa maka semakin rendah tingkat prokrastinasi akademik. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah tingkat manajemen waktu maka semakin tinggi kemungkinan siswa akan melakukan prokrastinasi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the Village Government in Infrastructure Development in Bubode Village, Tomilito District, North Gorontalo Regency as seen from the dimensions of (1) Regulator, (2) Dynamisator, (3) Facilitator. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive research type. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the Government's role in infrastructure development is good. In terms of (1) Regulators, the village government and the community jointly determine policies to ensure that development will be implemented in accordance with community expectations. (2) Dynamisator, the village government can encourage the community to actively participate in development so that it can run the wheels of government. (3) Facilitator, it cannot be said that it has not been implemented well because infrastructure development still experiences several obstacles in maintaining development such as village roads, bridges and livable houses.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at Puskesmas Dungaliyo, Dungaliyo Sub-District, Gorontalo Regency. Data were collected through observation, documentation and questionnaires distributed to patients in the community of Dungaliyo Sub-District, Gorontalo Regency. Then, the data were analyzed using quantitative methods. The results showed that service quality has a significant and positive effect on patient satisfaction with a coefficient of determination of 58%, which means that service quality significantly affects patient satisfaction by 58%. At the same time, the remaining 42% is affected by other factors unrelated to the variables investigated. Therefore, it is recommended for further studies to add other independent variables which are not included in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the affirmation product "Cheermail" in enhancing a positive work climate, including emotional well-being, work motivation, interpersonal relationships, and appreciation culture at PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development. This experimental research utilized a pretest-posttest design. A total of 71 respondents from various departments completed a pretest before the implementation of Cheermail and a posttest after its implementation. Data were collected via Google Forms with the aid of QR codes and analyzed using SPSS 26 software, employing descriptive statistical analysis, correlation tests, and paired sample T-tests. The questionnaire respondents were predominantly millennials, comprising 70% of the sample, with the majority from the residential sales department at 25%. Female respondents made up 60% of the sample, while males constituted 40%. Pretest results showed a mean score of 24.58, while posttest results significantly increased to a mean score of 47.68. Statistical analysis revealed a mean increase of 22.189, with a standard deviation of 3.844 and a t-value of 50.634. The p-value (sig) of 0.991 < 0.05 indicated a significant relationship between the use of Cheermail and the improvement of a positive work climate among employees at PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development. This study demonstrates that Cheermail is effective in enhancing the overall positive work climate within the company, including strengthening the appreciation culture, fostering a more collaborative work environment, and triggering a positive domino effect. Future recommendations include integrating Cheermail into broader employee development programs and expanding its usage scope.

Abstract

This research discusses the use of interactive learning media in simple aircraft science learning materials in elementary schools. This research was conducted because of the lack of use of digital media by educators in carrying out the sience learning process for simple airplane material in elementary schools. The aim of carrying out this research is to find out how important the use of interactive learning media is in the learning process in increasing elementary school students interest. This research is development research. The data collected is qualitative data using literature review data collection techniques. The research results show that from collecting data and information through reading previous research literature, the use of interactive learning media can improve elementary school students learning outcomes in science learning. Educators can use interactive learning media by showing animated videos to support the leraning process. Students are expected to be more active and enthusiastic when the theacer delivers learning by showing animated videos. Therefore, interactive learning media in learning simple airplane science can be used by teachers in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the application of the Problem Based Learning model with the help of the "Cube AR" learning media, a unit cube containing Augmented Reality (AR) in improving class V students' understanding of volume material. Apart from that, this research is also to describe the advantages of implementing the Problem Based Learning model with the help of the "Cube AR" learning media in increasing students' understanding of volume material. The population in this study was class V students at SD Negeri 02 Gisikdrono, totaling 20 students. The research design used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques are observation, documentation and tests. The results of the research show that there is a significant difference between the results of students' conceptual understanding tests before and after learning with the "Cube AR" media. The average pretest score increased from only 63.5 to 77 during the posttest. This shows that the implementation of the "Cube AR" media is effective in increasing students' understanding of volume material.

Abstract

Cooperatives in Indonesia, as a popular financial institution since the era of President Suharto, are defined by Law No. 25/1992 and Moh. Hatta. Cooperatives are business entities based on the principles of people's economy and the principle of kinship, as well as joint efforts to improve economic life through mutual assistance.Management, as a process of organizing the activities of individuals or groups, is crucial for achieving the goals of cooperatives. The definition of management includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Experts such as G. Terry and Griffin define management as a dynamic and continuous process that incorporates these elements. Cooperative management, as formulated by Peter Davis, is a professional activity involving the management of the cooperative's values and assets by competent individuals, with the aim of empowering all its members. Cooperative management not only uses general management methods but also emphasizes member participation and involvement in decision-making, differing from the management of other organizations. Further discussion includes the functions and implementation of cooperative management, which consist of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. Each function is explained in detail, including the division of tasks within the cooperative organization, such as member meetings, management, and supervision. The cooperative management process involves identification and evaluation, formulation of strategic and tactical plans, as well as preventive and corrective supervision to ensure the cooperative's objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of novel review writing for students of class XI MIPA 1 at SMA IT Izzuddin Palembang through the use of mind mapping learning methods. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. The results showed an increase in students' ability to write novel reviews after applying the mind mapping learning method. In the first cycle, the average score of students was 80 with a classical completeness percentage of 53%. In the second cycle, the average score of students increased to 87 with a classical completeness percentage of 94%. The obstacles faced in the first cycle, such as students' difficulties in developing themes and keywords using mind maps, as well as converting the results of mind maps into coherent narratives, could be minimized in the second cycle through improvements to the lesson plan. Overall, the use of mind mapping learning methods can improve the ability to write novel reviews for students of class XI MIPA 1 at SMA IT Izzuddin Palembang. This method is able to assist students in developing their ideas, thoughts, and thoughts in a structured manner so that they can be expressed in the form of well-organized and systematic novel review writings.

Abstract

Kekaisaran Ottoman merupakan salah satu kekaisaran terbesar dalam sejarah yang berkuasa di wilayah Asia Barat, Afrika Utara, dan Eropa Timur selama lebih dari 600 tahun. Makalah ini akan mengupas sejarah kejayaan dan kemunduran Kekaisaran Ottoman yang begitu memukau. Kekaisaran ini bermula dari bangsawan Anatolia yang bernama Osman dan terus meluas kekuasaannya melalui penaklukan. Puncak kejayaan Ottoman terjadi pada abad ke-16 di bawah kepemimpinan Suleiman yang Agung. Namun setelah itu, kekuasaan Ottoman perlahan pudar hingga akhirnya runtuh setelah kalah perang dalam Perang Dunia I. Tulisan ini secara kronologis menelusuri peristiwa penting yang menandai bangkit dan runtuhnya kekaisaran termasyhur ini. Dari asal muasal Osman, perluasan wilayah, dinasti Utsmaniyah, reformasi pemerintahan, peperangan mempertahankan kekuasaan, hingga detik-detik akhir kebesaran Ottoman. Melalui penjabaran yang mendetail, pembaca diajak menyusuri lika-liku sejarah 'The Sick Man of Europe' ini dari masa keemasannya sampai akhirnya lenyap dari panggung sejarah dunia.
