Abstract

The rationale behind this study stems from the fact that MTsN 5 Pasaman is still having issues with differentiated learning implementation. Specifically, teachers are still struggling to map students' learning styles accurately, implement the program in a way that meets students' needs, and maximizes learning outcomes. The aim of this study is to investigate the application, implementation, and differentiated learning results in Al-Qur'an Hadith courses at MTsN 5 Pasaman's autonomous curriculum. Data gathering, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification are the methods of data analysis that are used. The research's findings demonstrate how differentiated learning is implemented in the independent curriculum for Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects at MTsN 5 Pasaman. Specifically, learning styles are mapped out in the learning planning process, and learning needs are accommodated based on students' learning styles. The effectiveness of differentiated learning is evaluated through diagnostic tests.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has fundamentally transformed how governments, businesses, and societies manage and distribute data. Digitalization of public services provides significant efficiency, yet it also introduces vulnerabilities related to information security and individual privacy. Within the context of national digital infrastructure development, cybersecurity and data protection have become critical issues that directly affect national stability, data sovereignty, and public trust in digital governance systems. This article aims to analyze data protection strategies and information security risk control mechanisms relevant to Indonesia amid the rising frequency of cyberattacks and data breaches. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review, examining national policies, international standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and previous studies on cybersecurity in public institutions. The findings reveal that effective data protection requires synergy among legal frameworks, implementation of advanced information security technologies, cyber risk management practices, and the enhancement of digital literacy within society. Furthermore, the establishment of integrated cybersecurity governance and cross-sector collaboration between the government, private entities, and the public is crucial for building sustainable national digital resilience. Implementing these strategies not only strengthens data security but also increases public trust and Indonesia’s competitiveness in the global digital economy.

Abstract

Employee branding is an important strategy for companies in building a positive image in the eyes of employees, customers, and the public. This strategy aims to create alignment between company values and employee behavior, so that it can increase the company's competitiveness. Although the main responsibility for building employee branding usually lies with the company, workers also have a significant role and obligation to support the success of the process. This article examines workers' obligations within the framework of Indonesian labor law, including relevant laws and regulations, such as Article 1330 of the Civil Code, which regulates workers' legal capacity to make employment agreements. This study also explores how companies can integrate employee branding into their work policies and culture through employee training, incentives, and development programs. In addition, this article discusses the implementation practices of employee branding in various companies and the challenges faced in ensuring worker compliance with company values. This study aims to provide in-depth insight into the importance of collaboration between companies and workers in creating effective and sustainable employee branding. With this understanding, it is hoped that companies and workers can work together to build harmonious working relationships while supporting business sustainability. This article contributes to the literature on employment law and human resource management strategies in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study historically analyzes the policy of unifying the recitation of the Qur'an through the Mushaf Usmani, which became the global standard in the Islamic world. Focusing on the historical context of the era of Caliph Uthman bin Affan, this study explores how this policy aimed to maintain the unity of Muslims, but had implications for the standardization of qira'at authority. Through historical analysis and literature review, this article finds that this unification, while effective in preventing division, marginalized other qira'at, such as those known as qira'ah sab'ah. The implications include contemporary debates on the diversity of readings and efforts to revitalize plurality in Islamic education. The results of this study show that the policy of unifying the Usmani mushaf aimed to maintain the unity of the ummah by limiting the authority of Qur'anic readings, so that the recognized plurality of readings no longer included all early variations, but only qira'at that met certain legitimacy criteria.

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the Senior High School (SMA) level requires Grade X students in Phase E to begin planning their career paths early, as these decisions directly affect subject selection in Grade XI Phase F. In practice, Grade X students who are in the adolescent developmental stage often experience career indecision due to limited self-understanding, lack of career information, and the influence of family and social environments. This study aims to describe the strategies employed by guidance and counseling (BK) teachers in facilitating Grade X students to overcome career indecision during the career exploration stage at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Basung. The study adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with a field research design. The research informants consisted of one BK teacher as the main informant and five Grade X Phase E students as supporting informants. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. Data validity was ensured through source, technique, and time triangulation. The findings indicate that BK teachers’ strategies in addressing career indecision include career information services, individual and group counseling, career guidance integrated into school activities, and collaboration with parents and subject teachers. The use of information technology, such as application-based interest and aptitude assessments, also helps students recognize their potential and determine appropriate career directions. Despite facing constraints related to limited time and facilities, the strategies implemented by BK teachers are able to reduce students’ career indecision and enhance their readiness for career decision-making at the exploration stage.

Abstract

The Qur'an is a book of God known for the depth of its message and the beauty of its language. One of the aesthetic aspects of the Qur'anic language that is its miracle is fawashil, namely words or phrases at the end of verses. Fawashil is the plural of the word Fashilah in the Qur'an, which plays an important role in the beauty, structure, and meaning of the verses of the Qur'an. This study aims to analyze the linguistic miracle that focuses on fashilah in the Qur'an and its correlation with the phonology of the sound of the last verse. This study also educates readers of the Qur'an that in reciting the end and beginning of verses, they can understand the rules and meanings contained therein. Arranging the rhythm, stop signs (waqaf) and the beginning of a verse (ibtida') are basic things that must be considered in reciting the verses of the Qur'an. The methodology used in this research is a literature review using a qualitative design with an analytical approach. The results of this study show that the definition of fluency in the Quran differs from that of qafiyah (poetry), as fluency is not a fabrication or creation of man, but rather part of the miracle of the Quran's words and meaning. Meanwhile, fluency from a phonological perspective is highly relevant because it is related to the sounds of letters or words at the end of verses in the Quran, creating rhythm and rhythm, which are among the linguistic miracles of the Quran.

Abstract

The history of Islamic entrepreneurship demonstrates a dynamic evolution from the Prophetic era to the modern and post-modern periods. During the time of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), business practices emphasized honesty, trustworthiness, and fairness, which became the foundation of Islamic economics. The era of the Rightly Guided Caliphs and the Umayyad dynasty expanded trade routes and established fair economic regulations. Under the Abbasid dynasty, entrepreneurship flourished with financial innovations, industrial growth, and global trade networks. The medieval period reinforced the integration of Sharia values into business activities, while colonialism imposed monopolies and economic restrictions. In the modern and post modern eras, Islamic entrepreneurship adapts to globalization, digital technology, and the halal industry while upholding Sharia principles. This historical trajectory highlights that Islamic entrepreneurship is not solely profit-oriented but also rooted in spirituality, social justice, and sustainability.
