Abstract

The study of Islamic political jurisprudence (fiqh siyasah) has become increasingly relevant in addressing the dynamics of modern governance characterized by democratization, demands for justice, and the emergence of political change and revolutionary movements. This paper aims to analyze the concept of democratic governance and the ethics of revolution within the framework of Islamic political jurisprudence, emphasizing core Islamic principles such as shura (consultation), justice, public welfare (maslahah), and amar ma‘ruf nahi munkar (enjoining good and forbidding evil). This research employs a qualitative normative approach through a literature review of classical and contemporary sources in Islamic law. The findings indicate that fiqh siyasah functions as a normative instrument regulating the relationship between rulers and the people, emphasizing trust (amanah), justice, and moral responsibility in the exercise of power. Fiqh at-thawrah in Islam is not understood as an unconditional legitimation of rebellion, but rather as an ethical framework for socio-political change that must consider the objectives of Islamic law (maq??id al-shar?‘ah) and avoid greater harm (mafsadah). Democracy, from the perspective of Islamic political jurisprudence, is acceptable as an ijtih?d-based mechanism insofar as it serves as a means to realize justice, public participation, and accountability of authority, without negating the sovereignty of divine law. Meanwhile, the system of governance in Islam is flexible and contextual, provided that it remains grounded in the principles of shura, justice, and public welfare. Thus, Islamic political jurisprudence offers an ethical and normative paradigm for the development of just, democratic, and morally grounded governance in the modern era.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the application of Islamic learning methods in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education  (PAI) learning process delivered by lecturers. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with case study method. The research subjects were Islamic Education lecturers, while the data were collected through observation, and documentation techniques. TThe results showed that PAI lecturers applied various learning methods in a varied manner varied. They combine several methods in one learning activity to learning activities to complement the shortcomings of each method, so that learning process becomes more effective and efficient. The methods used include the method of targhib and tarhib, exemplary, stories, habituation, tamtsil, ibrah with i'tibar, and reward and punishment.

Abstract

This article examines three main paradigms in educational research: positivist, constructivist, and pragmatic, with a focus on their ontological, epistemological, and methodological foundations. Using a conceptual study approach, this review maps the characteristics, strengths, and limitations of each paradigm and their relevance in improving the quality of educational research. The positivist paradigm emphasizes objectivity and a quantitative approach to uncover cause-and-effect relationships. The constructivist paradigm focuses on gaining deep understanding of meaning and experience through flexible qualitative methods. Meanwhile, the pragmatic paradigm prioritizes practical usefulness through adaptive mixed methods. The study finds that selecting the appropriate paradigm, aligned with the research objectives, can produce valid, relevant findings that impact educational development. This review provides guidance for researchers to design studies that are reflective and responsive to field needs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase students' activeness in learning Indonesian through the utilization of Wordwall media and the application of the Kemp model. The method used in this research is literature study, in which researchers rely on various reference sources to collect data. This research relies on books, dictionaries, journals, magazines, and other sources without the need to make direct observations in the field. Based on the results of research conducted by the author through literature review, there is a solution to the problems raised, namely the application of the Kemp model in the use of Quiz Wordwall media to increase student activeness in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Kemp's model, as a flexible learning design, is very relevant to be used together with Quiz Wordwall, because it can increase student participation. The use of this technology makes learning more interesting, interactive, and in accordance with the learning characteristics of today's students. In addition, it makes it easier for teachers to design an effective, efficient, and quality learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of pulley diameter variations on egg quality and collection time in an automatic conveyor system for quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica). The automatic system was designed to improve efficiency and maintain egg quality during the collection process. The experimental method used three pulley diameters: 22.1 mm, 24.7 mm, and 37.5 mm. The observed parameters included egg collection time and the rate of egg damage caused by mechanical vibration and belt tension. The results showed that pulley diameter significantly affects efficiency and egg quality. The 24.7 mm pulley produced the fastest collection time (31.66 s), while the 37.5 mm pulley resulted in the lowest damage rate (2.5%). The optimal pulley diameter range of 24.7–37.5 mm provides a balance between operational efficiency and egg quality.

Abstract

Islamic economics integrates Sharia principles into economic activities, emphasizing a balance between material and spiritual needs to achieve collective welfare. This study aims to explore how national income, exports, and imports are viewed in Islamic economics, contrasting with conventional economics that prioritizes wealth accumulation and efficiency. In Islamic economics, national income considers not only material value but also equitable wealth distribution to prevent social inequality. Exports and imports are seen as instruments for both economic and social benefit, including da’wah (spiritual outreach). The results indicate that Islamic economics prioritizes justice, halal standards, and sustainability in international trade, with the government playing a crucial role in aligning policies with Sharia principles.

Abstract

This discussion addresses Asmaul Husna as a source of Islamic ethics and its implementation in life, including the meaning of Asmaul Husna itself, Asmaul Husna as a source of guidance for ethics in Islam, and how it is implemented in daily life. The foundation of ethics in Islam is guided by the names of Asmaul Husna, which possess meanings that encompass all human behavior. Asmaul Husna functions as a moral and ethical guide, providing values that can be applied in everyday life. The method used in this article is an in-depth literature review, analyzing classical and contemporary texts related to Asmaul Husna. The conclusion of this discussion shows that a deep understanding of Asmaul Husna is not only important for strengthening faith, but also crucial in shaping strong and ethical character, especially amid modern challenges such as secularism and relativism.

Abstract

This article explores the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia, starting with the establishment of Bank Muamalat in 1992. It highlights the growing public demand for a banking system that is in accordance with Islamic principles and discusses the importance of the regulatory framework in ensuring operational legal certainty, consumer protection, and national financial stability. The hierarchy of the legal basis for Islamic banking in Indonesia is examined, including constitutional provisions, relevant laws, and technical regulations. The article concludes with recommendations for regulatory improvement and suggestions for industry growth, emphasizing the need for education, innovation, and collaboration among financial institutions.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in student behavior patterns, particularly in how they interact and communicate in the digital space. However, this progress has not been fully accompanied by ethical and moral maturity, giving rise to various problems such as the use of impolite language, the spread of unverified information, and aggressive behavior on social media. This phenomenon of low digital ethics among students poses a serious challenge to the world of education. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic education in fostering digital ethics among students in the digital era. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach through a review of various relevant scientific sources, such as journal articles, books, and academic publications related to Islamic education and digital ethics. The results of the study indicate that Islamic education plays a crucial role in shaping students' digital ethics by reinforcing Islamic values such as etiquette, morality, trustworthiness, honesty, and tabayyun (religious observance). The integration of these values into the learning process, along with the role models of Islamic Religious Education teachers, contributes to building students' moral awareness, enabling them to use digital technology wisely, responsibly, and with dignity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the classroom management strategy. Given that in order to achieve the expected learning objectives, various strategies are certainly needed, one of which is the classroom management strategy. In the classroom, teachers play an important role as the main actor in implementing learning activities. This study is the result of a study or literature review sourced from Library literature or Library materials, both in the form of books and articles published through printed and online scientific journals. The focus of the study in this article is on classroom management strategies that are relevant to Islamic religious education learning. The data obtained are reviewed/analyzed and then presented descriptively in the form of an article. The results of the study show that classroom management strategies are a conscious and planned effort to organize teaching and learning activities systematically which lead to the preparation of facilities and infrastructure and teaching aids, arrangement of learning spaces, realizing situations or conditions for the teaching and learning process so that they run well and achieve the goals set. The conclusion is that classroom management creates an effective and enjoyable teaching and learning atmosphere and can motivate students to learn well.
