Abstract

This research was conducted starting from the many considerations from the people in Lamongan, especially ordinary people and users of Eiger brand products about the rampant competition of outdoor brands which is increasing day by day. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of brand trust, brand extension and brand loyalty variables on purchasing decisions for Eiger store Lamongan products. This study uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach, for the population itself is unknown or sampling through non-probability sampling, namely the purposive sampling method involving 255 respondents. The data collection method uses the distribution of online questionnaires google form. The data analysis technique is processed with a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) from SmartPLS version 4.0. The results of this study indicate that brand trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Eiger Lamongan brand products with a T-statistic value of 4.004. Brand extension has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Eiger Lamongan brand products with a T-statistic value of 4,028 and brand loyalty has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Eiger Lamongan brand products with a T-statistic value of 3,793.

Abstract

The sendang batik center as an area for batik craftsmen certainly requires marketing techniques as an effort to exist in the face of developments, especially the fashion sector. Entrepreneurial marketing as an alternative approach to SMEs marketing is needed to support business competitiveness both directly and through improving marketing performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial marketing on the competitiveness of SMEs in the sendang batik center directly or through marketing performance. The analytica; technique used is path analysis through as structural equation mode (SEM) based on partial least square (PLS). The results showed that there was a positive influence of entrepreneurial marketing on the competitiveness and marketing performance of the sendang batim center. Significant marketing performance mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing and the competitiveness of SMEsin the sendang batik center at a significance level of 10 percent.

Abstract

In the modern business world, accurate cost calculation is crucial for effective decision-making. Traditional methods often fail to reflect actual resource consumption, leading to inaccurate pricing and resource allocation. This research aims to analyze the use of Activity-Based Costing (ABC) and compare it with traditional methods. The research approach is qualitative, employing literature review methods. The findings show that ABC, which allocates costs based on activities performed, provides more realistic and accurate cost estimates. ABC helps companies identify non-value-added activities, improve efficiency, and reduce waste. Although ABC is more complex and expensive to implement, it provides more precise cost information, supporting optimal decision-making regarding pricing, product strategy, and resource allocation. Conversely, traditional methods are simpler but often result in less accurate cost allocation and do not reflect variations in activity consumption. Therefore, ABC is superior in terms of accuracy and effectiveness in identifying waste and inefficient activities, despite requiring technological support and higher initial costs.

Abstract

The recent development of Islamic banks and financial institutions has created challenges for sharia and accounting experts. Experts are required to develop accounting standards that are different from the accounting standards applied by conventional financial institutions. Because in principle Islamic financial institutions are different from conventional financial institutions. This of course also has implications for the presentation of financial reports. Accounting as a science is needed to design financial reports which are actually needed by interested parties to make decisions regarding their activities. When the phrase Islamic accounting is expressed by experts, it must be justified by a clear concept and roots strong history. So the argumentative construct offered is difficult to refute. The Islamic accounting discourse was not born in a vacuum, but was stimulated by many factors that interacted in a complex, non-linear, dynamic and developing manner. Factors such as changing conditions in political, economic, social and cultural systems, increased religious awareness, revival spirit, scientific developments, all interact in a complex manner and ultimately give birth to the Islamic paradigm in the world of accounting.

Abstract

There is findings , based on plan strategic 2021-2026 about inadequate facilities and infrastructure adequate in support walk maximum performance employee development Study This aim to see the impact facilities and infrastructure on performance , competency on performance , influence training on performance and which variables influence it most performance Samarinda City Women 's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP2PA ) employee . This research uses approach quantitative with 44 samples of all employees . Method data collection using offline and online questionnaires . Data analysis in research This is multiple linear regression . Acquisition study shows that Facilities and Infrastructure variables influential positive significant to performance employee , variable competencies and variables training No influential significant to performance employee . Then dominant variable is variable competence , and so on coefficient determination with mark 0.438 (43.8%) whereas the rest amounting to 0.562 (56.2%) influenced by variables other.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is important in the business world, especially in the service sector (Khaliq, 2018). Most of the literature considers providing quality services as an important strategy for the survival of companies, in this case private commercial banks. Moreover, private banks must be able to compete with state-owned banks and foreign banks. Apart from customer satisfaction, commercial banks also run a trust business . Trust in this case is a good relationship between the bank and its customers (Suwarman, 2013; Sangadji & Sopiah, 2013). This research is a type of quantitative research with Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical analysis. Data was obtained through a survey with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire of 112 respondents. From the results of this research, results were obtained which stated that the variables Brand Image and Service Quality had a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction and Trust in private commercial banks in Lamongan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of lifestyle and hedonic shoping value on impulse buying behavior. The research method used in this study is quantitative research using questionnaires as data collection instruments. The population in this study is Shopee customers with a sample of 96 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that lifestyle variables and hedonic shoping value have a positive and significant influence on impulse buying behavior. While the most dominant variable affecting impulse buying behavior is hedonic shoping value because hedonic behavior tends to make a person motivated to make impulse purchases, this behavior makes a person happy and happy. The outline of this study shows that lifestyle and hedonic shoping value are effective stimuli in increasing impulsive buying behavior

Abstract

Tanjung Kodok Beach Resort is one of the accommodation type tourism businesses in Lamongan which was built on the beach in Paciran District. Tanjung Kodok Beach Resort is also the only accommodation type tourism business in East Java which was built directly facing the sea which leads to views of North Lamongan Beach. Although the northern area of Lamongan has many similar accommodations such as guesthouses and homestays. However, the majority of foreign tourists visiting Lamongan in 2023 prefer to stay at Tanjung Kodok Beach Resort. This research will try to examine the marketing strategies used by Tanjung Kodok Beach Resort to maintain its existence in this situation. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive research method with data collection techniques from interview and documentation studies. The results of this research found that Tanjung Kodok Beach Resort has several marketing strategies to increase foreign tourist visits, which are; (1) Place, Tanjung Kodok Beach Resort was built in a strategic area, namely a coastal area close to various tourist destinations and companies operating on an international scale; (2) Product, Tanjung Kodok Beach Resort provides various room facilities, sports, banquet facilities and various places to relax so that it can be used by people in the world at any age, both children and adults for the purpose of business, holiday alone, with friends or family; (3) Price, Tanjung Kodok Beach Resort sets prices that are representative of the quality that offered, starting from Rp. 645,000 to Rp. 3,999,000; and (4) Promotion, Tanjung Kodok Beach Resort uses 3 forms of promotion, which are sales promotion through discount vouchers, mass selling through Instagram and websites, and personal selling through table-top activities in Malaysia.

Abstract

This research discusses the phenomenon of vaccine news that has colored various mass media since the beginning of 2020, including online media. This has become a public spotlight because news about vaccine issues is considered very crucial. Tribunnews.com, regarding vaccine news that has been classified by news type, will be the object of research with a focus on the structure of framing analysis, namely: Syntax, Script, Thematic and Rhetorical as a reference to see how journalists construct a reality. In this study, the researcher uses a qualitative method with the Zhongdang Pan & Geral M. Kosicki analysis model and the Constructivism paradigm as a view that social life is not a natural reality, but a reality formed from the results of construction. This analysis is used to describe and understand how the four framing structures see the construction of news about vaccine issues. The results of this study show that the framing carried out by the online media Tribunnews.com towards the vaccine issue is how journalists construct news with the aim of guiding public opinion related to the vaccine issue, which is considered very crucial at this time, the Tribunnews.com media also emphasizes the highlighting of the issue that vaccines are one of the obligations that must be carried out by the public at this time.

Abstract

This article highlights the importance of psychology services at Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo Primary School in assisting children's holistic development. The research describes the school's psychology service model, emphasizing collaboration between teachers, psychologists, and parents in addressing complex issues involving students' families. Although there are still constraints related to time and access, psychological services at SDMT Ponorogo are considered to have a positive impact on students' development, especially in addressing social issues such as bullying. The article also discusses the unique characteristics of primary school-age children and the important role of character education in addition to intellectual abilities. With psychological services, schools can play an active role in guiding students, ensuring safety and comfort in the learning environment, and creating effective collaboration between schools, psychologists, teachers, and parents.
