Abstract

Bali is famous for its strong and inherent culture in an area, one of which can be seen from the traditional arts that are still preserved by the community. Cultural heritage in the form of traditional arts in Bali still has a lot to be developed, preserved by the community and the younger generation. One of Bali's cultural heritage is Cecimpedan which is a Balinese puzzle. In an increasingly advanced era, traditional arts are beginning to be forgotten by the younger generation. One of the efforts that can be made so that culture in the form of traditional arts is preserved in the global flow that is advancing from year to year, through the use of interactive learning media in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to introduce cecimpedan to the younger generation, that learning traditional arts in the form of Balinese cecimpedan is no less fun than learning modern culture. The data obtained in this study from observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Based on the results of the questionnaire with a percentage of 97.2% or 72 respondents stated that the material presented in this interactive multimedia application is easy to understand.

Abstract

Surakarta is famous for its many interesting attractions, ranging from culture, history, to culinary. One of the destinations that should not be missed is Kampoeng Batik Laweyan, a cultural heritage and famous batik home industry tour in Indonesia. As a favorite tourist destination for local and foreign tourists, Kampoeng Batik Laweyan continues to innovate by utilizing digital technology. This effort was made by Kampoeng Batik Laweyan Development Forum (FPKBL) to increase tourist attraction. The author uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research examines how the application of digital tourism technology in Kampoeng Batik Laweyan. The results show that FPKBL utilizes various digital platforms, such as websites and social media, to provide the latest information about Kampoeng Batik, including contact persons to facilitate communication with visitors. The application of digital technology has proven to be effective in increasing the tourism attractiveness of Kampoeng Batik Laweyan. It shows that the combination of tradition and digital innovation can be the key to success in developing an attractive and sustainable tourist destination.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relevant cost calculations carried out by companies in selling or further processing. Routine decision making generally occurs and is related to regular company operational activities. Relevant costs arise in situations where decision makers must choose between two or more options. Decision making will require information on relevant costs. When choosing between different alternatives, managers should concentrate only on costs and revenues that are among the decision systems.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine empirical evidence of the influence of liquidity, solvency and profitability on share prices in mining sector companies. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this research is mining sector companies during 2019-2022. The sampling method in this research used a purposive sampling method, with a total of 79 observations. The research method used is panel data regression analysis techniques and uses the STATA (Statistics and Data) application tool. The test results prove that the liquidity ratio proxied by the current ratio (CR) and solvency proxied by the debt to equity ratio (DER) have no effect and are not significant on stock prices, the profitability ratio proxied by return on equity (ROE) has an effect and is significant on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of cash and receivables turnover on current ratio in state-owned companies going public listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2011-2021. This research uses a quantitative method with the foundation of positivism philosophy. The population of this study consists of the financial statements of Go Public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with the sample selected using a purposive sampling technique, considering the company's financial position statement and profit and loss statement. Data is collected through financial statement documentation, including cash flow variables and receivables turnover to measure the company's liquidity. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software, which included a data description test, a classical assumption test, and a hypothesis test to test the statistical significance of the built model. The results of this study show that cash turnover and receivables turnover have a positive and significant influence on the current ratio of SOEs Going Public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2011-2021. At the same time, the cumulative influence of cash and receivables turnover on the current ratio of 47.4% highlights that effective management of these two aspects is crucial in maintaining the company's financial balance in the capital market, emphasizing the importance of cash and receivables management strategies for operational sustainability and financial stability

Abstract

Data held by the Secretariat of the Samarinda City Regional People's Representative Council shows that employee placement is inconsistent with educational level, workload analysis and position analysis, as well as standard operating procedures. Several changes to the organizational structure will of course also have an impact on changes to standard operating procedures. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of placement, standard operating procedures. The research method used was field research using a quantitative approach with 41 respondents, then data analysis using the SPSS 25 application. The results of the research on the placement variable obtained a t table value of 2.023, t count > t table (6.112 > 2.023), meaning that the placement variable had a significant positive influence on employee performance. The test results for the standard operational procedure variable obtained a t table value of 2.023, t count > t table (5.940 > 2.023), meaning that the standard operational procedure variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Then, simultaneous placement and standard operating procedures do not have a significant effect on employee performance. From the partial test results, the placement variable is the dominant variable compared to the standard operational procedure variable on employee performance. Furthermore, the R2 coefficient of determination value of 97.1% means that employee performance is influenced by placement and standard operating procedures, while the remaining 2.9% is the influence of other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of financial distress, Return on assets (ROA) and company size on earnings management in Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 -2022 . Financial distress uses model Altman Z - score , return on assets and company size ( size ) which are measured using natural logarithms. The total sample used in this research was 8 companies through purposive sampling. The data used in this research is secondary data. To test the hypothesis in this research, the multiple linear regression analysis method was used with a significance level of 0.05 using eviews 12 . The coefficient of determination in this research is 5 7 % which can be explained by the independent variables, namely financial distress, return on assets (ROA) and company size on earnings management variables . The results of this research indicate that financial distress influences earnings management , return in assets (ROA) influences earnings management , but company size has no influence on earnings management . Financial distress, return on assets and company size influence simultaneously or together on earnings management in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Because the significance level is <0.05.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work in quality and quantity that can be achieved by an employee in carrying out tasks in accordance with the responsibilities given to him through strategic planning of an organization. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence employee performance at the Turi Lamngan District Office. This study uses quantitative research and data obtained from questionnaires filled out by respondents. The population obtained was 42 employees and the sample used was based on the total sample of 42 respondents. The tool used for data processing is SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that Leadership Style and Motivation partially affect employee performance. Simultaneously, Leadership Style and Motivation partially affect employee performance. Motivation has the most dominant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The development of the culinary industry is increasing, initially only as consumption, now it is a lifestyle. Culinary in Lamongan City has a role in economic growth in Indonesia, namely Nasi Boran. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the loyalty of Nasi Boran customers in Lamongan. This study uses quantitative research and data obtained from questionnaires filled out by respondents. The population used includes all consumers who have consumed Nasi Boran Mbak Ita Lamongan and the sample used based on Hair's formula was 160 respondents. Data analysis using PLS-SEM. The results showed that price, location and service quality had no effect on customer loyalty. Price and service quality have no effect on customer satisfaction. Location has an effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has no effect on customer loyalty. Price and service quality have no effect on customer loyalty mediated by satisfaction. Location affects customer loyalty mediated by satisfaction.

Abstract

In order to determine heirs to ensure legal certainty, the Notary is the only party who has the authority to issue birth certificates for all Indonesian citizens regardless of their ethnic origin. This is based on the UUJN (Notary Public Law) which regulates that notaries have the authority to determine evidence in the form of public documents, including heir statements . Notaries are appointed by law as the sole owner or institution that has the right to issue Notaries for all Indonesians, as intended in Article 15 paragraph. (1) UUJN, based on the Notary's authority to determine the actual deed. The authority of a Notary is personal authority and its function itself must have legal meaning, be binding, so that its function can run well and does not conflict with the authority of other functions. Issuance of inheritance deeds by a notary to all Indonesian citizens without discrimination in accordance with legal principles and upholding laws regarding safety and equality before the law. Likewise, the Notary's right to provide evidence as an heir or as a statement of heir is protected by the UUJN, a step that is in line with the concept of development law.
