Abstract

This community service aims to provide assistance. This service program aims to help partners analyze the calculation of the cost of production and calculate depreciation costs for fixed assets and electricity costs to factory overhead costs so that the cost of production reflects the correct price. This is because Partners still use simple and simple calculations. In calculating the cost of production, the Wong Kito Palembang Gallery UMKM Junputan Business has not classified costs correctly. To get a solution, apart from being given knowledge and skills related to financial bookkeeping, partners are also given assistance in calculating the cost of production for orders.

Abstract

This service is related to the importance of understanding a teacher's code of ethics in the Ibnu Al Mubarak Islamic Foundation environment. This activity aims to 1) educate teachers about the code of ethics of a teacher in an Islamic school, 2) form and provide an understanding of the many cases of violations of the code of ethics of teachers in Islamic schools and 3) provide guidance to teachers routinely after the service is carried out. The method used in this activity is counseling through providing information, namely the lecture and response methods. This activity is carried out offline by providing this information through a written invitation to the Ibnu Al Mubarak Foundation. The results of this counseling activity, the teachers who were participants who attended received education through counseling which showed an increase in participant knowledge regarding the importance of a teacher's code of ethics, especially in the Islamic Foundation environment, marked by the lively discussion of the teacher's code of ethics.

Abstract

This service is carried out with the aim of this community service activity is to educate teenagers who are still in junior high school to know about investment. Investment is an important component of the strategy to usher in a new era by making a commitment to sacrifice a certain amount of money or other types of things at this time in the hope of getting greater rewards in the future. The development and progress of the times requires each generation to continue to adapt and learn, for example about investing. This activity took place at SMP Harapan 2 Medan. The methods used are lecture and discussion/question and answer methods regarding investment. Education regarding the meaning, goals, benefits, impacts and how to invest. After carrying out this activity, the teenage students of SMP Harapan 2 Medan were very satisfied because this activity was able to provide a good understanding of investment and how to make good and safe investments, as well as helping teenagers start learning about investing.

Abstract

Poor management of breast care can result in premature cessation of breastfeeding. The main reason for early cessation of breastfeeding is due to pain caused by breast milk dams. One indicator of a child's health is exclusive breastfeeding. In Indonesia, exclusive breastfeeding coverage increased from 69.62% in 2020 to 71.58% in 2021 and 72.04% in 2022. This community service aims to enhance community awareness regarding the efficacy of warm breast compresses as an alternative therapeutic approach for managing breast engorgement in postpartum mothers. This study utilized a quasi-experimental design with pre- and post-test assessments. The target population for this research consisted of postpartum mothers on the third postpartum day residing within the service area of the Garung Community Health Center, Wonosobo Regency in August-September 2024 who experienced breast milk dams with a total of 6 respondents using probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling. Researchers divided respondents into 2 groups. The Wilcoxon Test was employed for data analysis. The statistical test results using the Wilcoxon Test, postpartum mothers with warm compresses with p value= 0.000, can be concluded p < 0.05. This indicates a statistically significant effect of warm compresses in alleviating breast pain among postpartum mother.

Abstract

Penyuluhan Hukum dengan topik “Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Pengusaha Kecil Dalam Persaingan Pasar Di Kelurahan Kelapa Dua Entrop Distrik Jayapura Selatan”, dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kriteria, pengaturan pasar dan perlindungan hukum bagi pengusaha kecil dalam persaingan pasar di Kota Jayapura. Kinerja pasar menggambarkan efisiensi dari suatu pasar dalam menggunakan sumber daya yang langka untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen terhadap barang dan jasa. Perlindungan hukum bagi pengusaha kecil dalam persaingan pasar di kelurahan Kelapa Dua Entrop Distrik Jayapura Selatan dalam berbagai kebijakannya. Kebijakan persaingan atas pasar bersangkutan tidak dilaksanakan melalui pengawasan terhadap struktur pasar dan perilaku pasar berdasarkan analisis terhadap para pengusaha kecil dalam praktek bisnis yang sulit berkembang sepanjang pemerintah Kota Jayapura dan pelaku usaha menengah ke atas tidak memiliki kepedulian dalam memberi ruang tempat usaha bagi pelaku usaha kecil pada pusat-pusat perdagangan yang serba modern, seperti di kompleks Ruko, Mall dan Supermarket.

Abstract

This community service activity carried out by the young generation of Krio village, Sunggal District, North Sumatra aims to provide education on the Legal and Psychological Aspects of Online Gambling and Online Loans and the impact of online gambling and online loans on the future and mental health of the Young Generation. Providing an understanding of the importance of always being alert to the enticements and enticements of online gambling. Gambling is a criminal act that involves risking a certain amount of money where the winner will get all the money used as betting material. Gambling can harm society and damage the nation's morals. The rise of online gambling among the younger generation can be influenced by economic and environmental factors. The impact of gambling on financial management includes being wasteful, addictive, online gambling has many negative impacts. Among them are the social impact, namely lazy socializing, the material impact, namely if they lose, their money will run out, the religious impact, namely they will neglect worship because they play online gambling, as well as the achievement impact, namely their study and work achievements will decrease because they are lazy due to online gambling and online loans.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena adanya UMKM yang masih menggunakan sistem manualisasi. Sistem manualisasi adalah dengan mencatat laporan keuangan dengan kertas catatan sederhana sehingga sistem informasi yang tercatatat belum sepenuhnya efektif menurut akuntansi oleh karena itu dianggap perlunya pendampingan penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi pada UKM khususnya di Kelurahan Berngam Kecamatan Binjai Kota Kota Binjai, dengan demikian permasalahan yang harus dibahas bagaimana Penggunaan sistem informasi Akuntansi pada UMKM di Kelurahan Berngam Kecamatan Binjai Kota Kota Binjai serta Faktor apakah yang menyebabkan UMKM di Kelurahan Berngam Kecamatan Binjai Kota Kota Binjai belum menggunakan informasi akuntansi? Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan sifat deskriftif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber penelitian berasal dari 3 orang pemilik UMKM kemudian data yang terkumpul digambarkan secara deskriptif dan dianalisis menggunakan cara berpikir induktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan masih rendahnya penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi pada UMKM di Kelurahan Berngam Kecamatan Binjai Kota Kota Binjai, adapun faktor yang penyebabnya adalah disebabkan oleh lima faktor yaitu kendala-kendala industri UMKM, tingkat pengetahuan akuntansi yang masih rendah, tingkat kesadaran melakukan akuntasi, keterbatasan waktu, dan kurangnya tenaga kerja dalam pengetahuan akuntasi.

Abstract

This service aims to increase the creativity of MSME actors in creating more modern logos using the Canva application as a means of product promotion because a logo is a very important thing in starting a business. Logo design can also influence the formation of a product image. With a logo, it can reflect the identity of the product itself so that it is better known to many people. The method used in the training is the demonstration and practice method. The results of this activity are that the use of the Canva Application in creating logos is quite simple and easy to understand by changing fonts, changing color combinations, and adding text and product images using the main features, namely drag and drop, then continued with the implementation of practices carried out by MSME actors and can produce logos according to the objectives, namely more creative and modern logos.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mengambil topik “Pentingnya Pendaftaran Merek Bagi Pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah (UMKM)Di Kelurahan BerngamKecamatan Binjai Kota, Kota Binjai.Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, khalayak sasaran yang ditentukan untuk diberikan penyuluhan hukum adalah masyarakatDi Kelurahan Berngam Kecamatan Binjai Kota, Kota Binjai. Penyuluhan hukum ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat terkait pentingnya pendaftaran merek dagang bagi pelaku UMKM untuk menghindari terjadi masalah yaitu salah satunya pemalsuan merek dagang yang dilakukan oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di KantorKelurahan Berngam, Kecamatan Binjai Kota, Kota Binjai, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dilaksanakan pada hari selasa tanggal22 Januari  2025 dimulai pada pukul 10.00 Wib sampai dengan pukul 12.00 Wib dengan pemateri dosen dari Fakultas Hukum Universitas Amir Hamzah Medan. Dihadiri oleh Lurah, masyarakat yang juga merupakan pelaku UMKM yang ada di lingkungan Kelurahan Berngam Kecamatan Binjai Kota, Kota Binjai. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diketahui bahwa masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak memahami betapa  pentingnya pendaftaran merek dagang bagi pelaku UMKM dan para pelaku UMKM masih banyak yang tidak mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pendaftaran merek dagang bagi pelaku UMKM. Masyarakat khususnya di Kelurahan Berngam Kecamatan Binjai Kota, Kota Binjai, Provinsi Sumatera Utara, masih banyak yang tidak mengetahui dan memahami Undang Undang Merek dan Indikasi Geografis Nomor 20 Tahun 2016. Dengan adanya penyuluhan hukum ini maka diharapkan masyarakatkhususnya para pelaku UMKM dapat memahami dan mengetahui  tentang pentingnya pendaftaran merek dagang bagi pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

El servicio comunitario es una actividad del Tridharma de Educación Superior que tiene como objetivo brindar servicios/contribuciones a la comunidad. Este servicio comunitario lo llevan a cabo profesores de diversas facultades junto con estudiantes en representación de la institución para aplicar los conocimientos y habilidades que tienen a la comunidad. Este equipo de servicio comunitario brinda conocimientos a la comunidad mediante la realización de actividades de divulgación sobre la relajación para reducir los niveles de estrés en la resolución de disputas en las relaciones laborales en la aldea de Patumbak I. Se espera que las actividades realizadas por profesores de la Universidad del Área de Medan aumenten la conciencia de la comunidad de Patumbak-1 mediante explicando una buena manera de aliviar el estrés. Para que las personas despedidas puedan relajarse del estrés. En esta actividad de servicio comunitario se llevan a cabo varias cosas, a saber: observación, conferencias, debates y evaluaciones. Los resultados de esta actividad muestran un aumento en la comprensión y la motivación de la comunidad para aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos a la vida cotidiana. Las evaluaciones muestran que el público está muy entusiasmado con este tema. Se espera que esta actividad pueda convertirse en conocimiento para la comunidad durante las discusiones en el futuro.
