Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) in agribusiness has an important role in increasing the efficiency and productivity of agribusiness businesses. Agribusiness as an important sector in the Indonesian economy requires qualified and competent human resources to improve the quality of the products and services produced. Therefore, agribusiness human resource management must be able to improve the quality and quantity of agricultural production, as well as increase the ability of farmers and breeders to face market changes and environmental changes. In this paper, we will discuss the development of agribusiness human resource management in Indonesia, including strategies that can be used to improve the performance and success of agribusiness businesses.

Abstract

Indonesia has great potential in horticulture, including floriculture, because it is one of the world's centers of biodiversity. The purpose of this research is to study the marketing strategies used by the Ibal Flower Flower Shop in Medan, North Sumatra, to sell their decorative flower products. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and collects data through direct observation, interviews and literature study. As a result of this research, Ibal Flower Flower Shop has succeeded in building a business that focuses on high quality products and services. However, to face increasing competition, these businesses must step up their digital marketing campaigns through e-commerce and social media platforms, hold promotional events, and collaborate with plant-loving communities. Supplier diversification, improving packaging quality, optimizing pricing, and effective inventory management are some of the suggestions for product development. Ibal Flower Flower Shop is expected to increase sales and maintain its sustainability in a dynamic market by using creative and effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of Go-Pay among Indonesian Business Polytechnic students. The research was carried out quantitatively by collecting primary and secondary data from distributing questionnaires and observations. The population is all students of the Indonesian Business Polytechnic who use Go-Pay and the sample used was 100 students. Data was collected and tested for validity, reliability, normality and other tests, hypothesis testing was carried out using the t test and F test. The research results showed that both simultaneously and partially the perception of usefulness and the perception of convenience had a significant positive influence on the use of the Go-swallow e-wallet. Pay. The magnitude of the influence of the two variables on interest in using Go-Pay is 60.8%. This study can be developed by expanding the research object and researching the use of other developing financial technologies.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a crucial factor in maintaining and enhancing competitiveness in the construction industry. This study aims to explore the influence of material quality and building design on customer satisfaction at CV Tiga Bunga. A quantitative method was employed, collecting data through questionnaires from 50 customers who have used CV Tiga Bunga's services. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that material quality (MQ) and building design (BD) have a significant positive correlation with customer satisfaction (CS). Regression analysis shows that both material quality and building design jointly significantly influence customer satisfaction, with building design exerting a stronger impact. These findings contribute significantly to practitioners and managers at CV Tiga Bunga in enhancing quality management and design strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Pengkajian ini bertarget guna menganalisa strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh UMKM Kedai Kita untuk mengembangkan pemasaran serta persaingan. Pengkajian ini bermetode studi kasus secara berpendekatan kualitatif, di mana data dihimpun dari wawancara mendalam, analisa dokumen serta observasi. Perolehan pengkajian menampilkan bila Kedai Kita menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan word of mouth marketing, kualitas produk, serta pelayanan pelanggan. Selain itu, Kedai Kita juga konsisten menjaga kualitas produk dan memberikan pelayanan yang ramah dan cepat sebagai nilai tambah. Tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi strategi ini antara lain adalah persaingan yang ketat dengan usaha sejenis dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Oleh karena itu, Kedai Kita diharapkan dapat terus berinovasi dalam strategi pemasaran dan memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pangsa pasar.

Abstract

This research can be concluded as follows. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study was 39 permanent employee respondents. This research uses the census method and uses a questionnaire for data collection. The results of validity and reliability tests using the Person product moment correlation method and Cronbach's alpha, it is known that the items created are valid and calculations show that work discipline partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance, while partial competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of calculating the value of the influence of work discipline and competence simultaneously by looking for the coefficient of determination show how much influence there is between the two variables which can be studied from the R value and is 0.742. The size of the R square (R2) is 0.551, so the coefficient of determination (KD) is 0.551 x 100% = 55.1%, this means that it shows the influence of work discipline and competence on employee performance by 55.1% while the remaining 44.9% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

In an ever-changing and developing business world, PT. Kencana Abadi Jaya faces constant pressure to remain competitive and grow. Optimal employee performance is a key factor in the success of the company, influenced by job training and work motivation. This study aims to: Determine the influence of job training on employee performance, determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance, and determine the simultaneous influence of job training and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Kencana Abadi Jaya. The research method used is quantitative, with data collected through surveys, interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation during the period of April - June 2024. The population in this study is 150 employees, with a sample of 110 employees taken based on the Slovin method. Data were analyzed using SPSS with data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that: Partially, job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partially, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously, job training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Kencana Abadi Jaya.

Abstract

The quality of human resources that has progressed can be caused by an increase in employee performance through the provision of appropriate compensation as remuneration to employees for the efforts they make for the company. In this era of globalization, companies are expected to be able to develop and experience changes for the better and earlier through employee work. One of the aims of this research is to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT Panorama Alam Tropika, South Jakarta.The type of research used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Panorama Alam Tropika, South Jakarta. The population of this research is all employees of PT Panorama Alam Tropika, South Jakarta, with a sample of 13 employees.The analysis technique used in this research uses simple linear regression statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS version 23 application. And the results of this analysis can be interpreted to mean that compensation variables which include salaries, allowances, benefits and facilities have a significant influence on employee performance variables at PT Panorama Alam Tropika, South Jakarta. Coefficient of determination of compensation on employee performance at PT. The Tropical Natural Panorama of South Jakarta is 0.627 or 62.7%, while the remaining 37.3% is due to other factors outside the variables studied. The results of this research were obtained from the results of the t test (partial) which showed the calculated t value > t table (4,300 > 2.22814), with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. This means that there is a significant positive influence of compensation on the performance of PT employees. Tropical Natural Panorama of South Jakarta.

Abstract

The current business environment has become increasingly competitive Due to this competitive market, every company must constantly be vigilant of the competition in its work environment Every business actor must be able to implement successful marketing tactics and continuously improve these marketing strategies in order to compete in a strong and tight market Affordable prices and attractive promotions can attract consumers and enhance purchasing decisions for a product to be marketed This research is conducted with the aim of understanding the impact of Price and Promotion on purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is quantitative statistical research method, using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed through the researcher's social media, and utilizing SPSS version 25. Based on the questionnaire results from 98 respondents, it can be concluded that affordable and appropriate prices, as well as attractive promotions, significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The study aims to determine how much (1) the effect of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (2) the effect of perceived ease of use on trust in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (3) the effect of perceived usefulness on trust in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (4) the effect of trust on attitude toward using in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, and (5) the effect of attitude toward using on behavioral intention to use P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square. This research uses Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) research methods with a sample of 75 respondents. Data analysis techniques using PLS SEM which consist of outer model and inner model. The outer model consists of convergent validity test, discriminat validity test, undimensionalitas test, and reliability test. The inner model uses R- square, Q square, path coefficient, Goodness of Fit, and descriptive analysis. The result showed that (1) perceived ease of use has a significant effect on perceived usefulness in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (2) perceived ease of use has a significant effect on trust in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (3) perceived usefulness has a significant effect on trust in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (4) trust has a significant effect attitude toward using in P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square, (5) attitude toward using has a significant effect on behavioral intention to use P2P Lending for culinary MSMEs in Karanganyar town square.
