Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kota Manado. Sampel terdiri dari 82 pegawai. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Korelasi antara kedua variabel mencapai 79,1%, menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan R Square sekitar 62,5%. Implikasinya adalah perlunya menerapkan disiplin kerja dan memberikan motivasi kepada pegawai, memperkenalkan peraturan, dan mendorong keluasan dalam pendisiplinan diri. Pimpinan juga disarankan untuk menciptakan kebiasaan positif dalam menerapkan disiplin korektif dan preventif untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of mutations on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) South Manado Branch Office partially. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The total population is 40 employees, and the sample uses saturation sampling where all the population is used as a sample. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Observations and interviews. Data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis, total score, regression analysis, correlation coefficient and hypothesis testing using SPSS Statistics 25. The results showed that simultaneously, the mutation variable has a significant effect on employee performance. In this study, it was also shown that by means of the t-test, mutations had an effect on employee performance, with the results showing Y = 38.258 + 0.014 X and the value of R Square = 0.148. Thus it can be stated that there is a significant and positive effect of mutations on employee performance.

Abstract

This study analyses the fundamental performance and technical valuation of Indonesia'sbanking sector, focusing on four big banks in banking sector (BBCA, BBRI, BMRI, BBNI)during March 2026. Financial Services Authority data shows the banking industry remainssolid with 9.49% year-on-year credit growth reaching Rp8,659 trillion, Non-PerformingLoans declining to 2.14%, Capital Adequacy Ratio strong at 25.09%, and Return on Assetsmaintained at 2.47%. However, external pressures from Middle East geopoliticalescalation drove significant stock price corrections of 7-11% throughout March 2026.Fundamental analysis reveals Q1 2026 net profit growth ranging from 3.80% to 17.05%,with BBRI recording the highest growth. Technical analysis indicates attractive valuationswith BBRI's Price to Book Value at 1.4x (2.5 standard deviations below historical average)and BBNI at 1.1x. Relative Strength Index in oversold territory (32-38) signals potentialtrend reversal. The study concludes that the divergence between strong fundamentals anddepressed prices creates attractive investment opportunities, recommending accumulationof BBCA, gradual buying of BBRI, holding BMRI, and speculative buying of BBNI for a 6–12-month horizon
