Abstract

Ruas Jalan Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo di Kota Tegal merupakan jalan nasional dengan tingkat mobilitas tinggi yang memiliki karakteristik lalu lintas kompleks dan potensi konflik yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya keselamatan lalu lintas pada ruas jalan tersebut dengan metode Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA). Metode ini menilai risiko berdasarkan kombinasi tingkat keparahan (severity) dan kemungkinan kejadian (likelihood), yang dikembangkan melalui observasi lapangan, audit keselamatan jalan, dan analisis risiko. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat 13 potensi bahaya, dengan 2 di antaranya (15,4%) tergolong risiko tinggi, 7 potensi bahaya (53,8%) risiko sedang, dan 4 lainnya (30,8%) risiko rendah. Potensi bahaya paling tinggi ditemukan pada akses simpang tanpa rambu dan akses jalan yang terhalang pohon. Mayoritas potensi bahaya memiliki frekuensi kejadian tinggi, meskipun tingkat keparahannya tergolong ringan. Rekomendasi atau upaya penanganan yang diusulkan untuk memenuhi standar pada ruas jalan Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, Kota Tegal mengacu pada standar keselamatan jalan dan prinsip identifikasi bahaya serta pengendalian risiko (berdasarkan metode HIRA dan rujukan regulasi seperti RUNK & Inpres No. 4 Tahun 2013).

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the irrigation management system in the Wedoro Irrigation Area, Pandaan District, Pasuruan Regency, and to examine its impact on environmental sustainability. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach through water discharge measurements, crop water requirement analysis, and cropping pattern simulations based on water balance. Results show that water distribution efficiency reached only 42.90%, while the network effectiveness was 87.63%, both below ideal standards. The cropping pattern simulation indicated that the Rice–Maize–Soybean combination was more adaptive to water availability and environmentally friendly. Low efficiency was mainly caused by leakage and sedimentation in the canals, which also led to groundwater exploitation and environmental degradation. Canal normalization and enhanced farmer participation in irrigation management are necessary. These findings highlight the importance of integrating irrigation management with environmental protection efforts to support sustainable agriculture.

Abstract

Population growth in Yogyakarta reached 0.58%, with Sleman Regency as the area with the highest concentration of 1,996.88 people/km², accounting for 30.69% of the total population of Yogyakarta. However, public interest in public transportation has declined, and operational implementation and terminal management have not been carried out optimally. This has impacted operational efficiency and user satisfaction. The objective of this study is to analyze the existing conditions and user satisfaction at Condongcatur Terminal and provide recommendations for improvements. The methods used include observation to analyze existing conditions based on PM No. 40 of 2015 regarding Standards for Passenger Terminal and Road Transport Services, and measuring user satisfaction through the distribution of questionnaires via links and QR codes. The analysis was conducted using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method to measure satisfaction levels and the Importance Performance AnaIysis (IPA) method to provide facility recommendations in Quadrant I. The analysis of the existing conditions revealed that only 20 out of 33 indicators (61%) of facilities were available. The user satisfaction level based on the CSI was 49.77%, categorized as “less satisfied,” and the IPA results showed that 64% were in the “not meeting expectations” category. The types of services in Quadrant I, namely pedestrian lanes, evacuation routes, fire extinguishers, security personnel, waiting areas, toilets, cleaning facilities and staff, and service information, need to be prioritized for improvement. This is because these services are considered important by users, but their implementation is not yet satisfactory.

Abstract

The construction of the Solo-Yogyakarta-NYIA Kulon Progo Toll Road is expected to improve regional connectivity, but it also creates the potential for congestion at signalized intersections, such as Kronggahan Intersection. This study was conducted to evaluate the impact of toll road construction on the traffic performance of the intersection, using the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) 2023 method. Data was collected through traffic surveys in the morning and evening peak hours on four different days, then analyzed for existing conditions, road median change scenarios, and five-year projections. The results showed that the existing condition had an average degree of saturation (DJ) of 0.96 with a total delay of 112,578 seconds/smp. Changes to the road median due to toll construction increased the DJ to an average of 1.19 and the total delay jumped to 591,425 seconds/smp, accompanied by queue lengths of up to 403.65 meters. Simulation of the implementation of two phases without right turns succeeded in reducing the DJ to 0.32-0.39 and the delay to 2,448-6,754 seconds/smp. However, projections for 2030 show the DJ rising again to 1.13 due to growth in vehicle volumes. These findings emphasize the importance of adjusting geometric design and traffic management from the planning stage of toll projects so that infrastructure development can improve accessibility without causing significant congestion at local intersections. This research contributes to the development of civil engineering science, especially in the field of traffic management.

Abstract

Beton merupakan material konstruksi dengan densitas tinggi. Beton berdensitas tinggi dapat dibuat lebih ringan dengan mengganti agregat kasar menggunakan Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) serta mengurangi sampah plastik EPS yang sulit terurai dan berbahaya jika dibakar, karena melepaskan gas beracun styrene dan karbon monoksida. Namun, data empiris mengenai pengaruh EPS, silica fume, dan superplastisizer terhadap workabiliy, densitas, dan kuat tekan beton masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variasi EPS (0%, 5%, 25%, 50%, 75%) dengan silica fume (9,34%) dan superplastisizer (1,7%) dari berat semen terhadap workability beton, densitas beton segar, dan kuat tekan beton, serta menemukan komposisi optimal yang memenuhi kriteria beton ringan non-struktural sekaligus daur ulang sampah EPS. Metode penelitian eksperimental menggunakan 3 silinder (15 cm × 30 cm) per variasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan workability beton meningkat, tetapi densitas beton segar dan kuat tekan beton menurun seiring dengan naiknya kadar EPS sebagai subtitusi agregat kasar karena massa jenis EPS rendah dan gaya tariknya lemah terhadap pasta semen. Analisis data diperoleh komposisi optimal subtitusi agregat kasar oleh EPS sebesar 44,88 % dengan kuat tekan, densitas beton segar, dan workability beton sebesar 10,5 Mpa, 1847 kg/m3 dan slump 8 cm memenuhi beton ringan non struktural karena memiliki kuat tekan ≥ 7 MPa dan densitas ≤ 1850 kg/m³. Beton ini cocok diaplikasikan sebagai bagian yang tidak menahan beban utama, seperti lantai dan dinding non-struktural. Dengan 44,88% EPS (2,617 kg/m³) berkontribusi mengurangi 2,16% sampah EPS harian di Kota Kediri. Temuan ini mengusulkan pemanfaatan EPS untuk menciptakan beton ringan non struktural yang ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

The Gembong River Basin (DAS) in Pasuruan Regency is an agricultural area heavily influenced by surface water availability. High rainfall fluctuations and limited natural reservoirs pose a risk of water deficit during the dry season. This study aims to analyze runoff discharge, reliable discharge, and water balance using the FJ Mock method based on monthly rainfall data, potential evapotranspiration, and watershed physical characteristics. The data used covers the period 2010–2024, which is processed to produce effective rainfall, monthly discharge, reliable discharge (Q80), and annual water balance. The calculation results show a maximum discharge of 5.83 m³/s in December and a minimum discharge of 0.76 m³/s in October. The average reliable discharge value of Q80 is only around 0.01–0.02 m³/s, indicating limited water supply during the dry season. The water balance shows a period of water surplus occurring in January–June, while a deficit occurs in July–December. These findings emphasize the need for integrated water resource management strategies, such as the construction of reservoirs and adjustments to cropping patterns based on reliable discharge to ensure the sustainability of irrigation.

Abstract

Construction projects in their implementation have high uncertainty, which affects project performance. Contract change orders are one of the variables that influence construction project performance. This study aims to build a model and analyze the influence of CCO dimensions on construction project performance. This study uses survey and interview methods. The study was conducted in Palangka Raya City, Pulang Pisau Regency, and Katingan Regency, Central Kalimantan Province for two months, from February 10 to April 10, 2025. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents who knew about CCO and construction project performance. There were 84 questionnaires that were considered complete and suitable for further analysis. Data analysis in this study used the structural equation modeling partial least squares (SEM-PLS) analysis method with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that the dimensions of planning, administration, implementation, and stakeholders had a positive and significant influence on CCO. In addition, the CCO variable had a positive and significant influence on Project Performance. The CCO dimensions had a positive and significant influence on construction project performance.

Abstract

Permukiman merupakan bagian penting pada suatu kota karena masyarakat kota pada umumnya tinggal pada kawasan permukiman. Kota layak huni merupakan kota yang dapat menunjang dan menampung seluruh kegiatan yang akan dilalukan oleh masyarakatnya dengan rasa aman ketika masyarakat melakukan suatu kegiatan. Kepadatan penduduk di Kecamatan Kemiling yang tidak merata menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan seperti bangunan yang tidak teratur, permukaan jalan yang rusak, sistem air limbah dan persampahan yang belum dikelola dengan baik, kondisi drainase yang tidak terpelihara, serta bangunan yang tidak terlayani prasarana proteksi kebakaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayak hunian permukiman di Kecamatan Kemiling berdasarkan konsep Livable Settlement. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di Kecamatan Kemiling diperoleh tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 88,17% berdasarkan analisis data pada metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil dari diagram kartesius menunjukkan pada Kuadran I yang terdiri dari sub-variabel luas bangunan, kondisi bangunan, cakupan pelayanan jalan lingkungan dan ketersediaan akses air minum dan air bersih memiliki tingkat harapan yang tinggi dan kinerja yang rendah sehingga perlu adannya peningkatan kinerja seperti perbaikan atau peningkatan sub variabel untuk mencapai harapan dari masyarakat.

Abstract

The increasing traffic volume in Panimbang District highlights the urgent need to assess the technical feasibility of constructing an alternative road as a long-term solution to potential congestion. This study aims to analyze the technical feasibility of an alternative road by applying the trip assignment method and traffic volume projection using compound interest formulas. Primary data were obtained through traffic surveys using the traffic counting method, and secondary data were collected from road geometry, population growth, and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) statistics. The analysis results show that the degree of saturation (DS) on the existing road is 0.283, with a projected increase to 0.401 over the next 10 years. The application of the trip assignment method shows that 42% of vehicles are likely to switch to the proposed alternative road, which is designed with a capacity of 5,100 pcu/hour and an operational speed of 42 km/h. The simulation indicates that the alternative road can reduce DS to 0.159 and decrease travel time from 42 minutes to 28 minutes. Moreover, the road offers more than 70% spare capacity to accommodate future traffic growth. Based on the parameters of DS, travel speed, and road capacity, the construction of an alternative road in Panimbang District is considered technically feasible.

Abstract

Peneltian ini dilakukan di Daerah Irigasi Bakalan Kecamatan Welahan Kabupaten Jepara yang mempunyai luasan 1284,27 hektare. Salah satu saluran sekunder jaringan tersebut mengalami keruntuhan bangunan pada saluran dan sendimentasi limpasan air pada ruas (BWl.1, BWl.2, BWl.3) sehingga penyaluran air ke saluran tersebut mengalami rembesan dan pengurangan. Hal itu dikhawatirkan mengganggu pertumbuhan tanaman areal tersebut karena kekurangan suplai air. Untuk itu perlunya redesain ulang dimensi saluran irigasi pada saluran tersebut. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui kebutuhan air untuk pada tanaman palawija dan tanaman padi , mengetahui kapasitas debit saluran irigasi pada lahan pertanian dengan luasan 208,86 hektare, dan mengetahui dimensi saluran sekunder yang dibutuhkan sebagai acuan pembangunan. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan data curah hujan, klimatologi, hasil pengukuran lapangan dll. Hasil analisis perhitungan dimensi pada saluran sekunder irigasi welahan ruas (BWl.1) dengan luas 208,86 hektare didapatkan tinggi muka air (h) = 0,75 m, lebar saluran (b) = 1,5 m, tinggi jagaan (W) = 0,20 m , kemiringan talud saluran (V : H) = 1 : 1,5 dan kemiringan dasar saluran (I) = 0,0025533
