Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

Marketing management can also be defined as the art and science of selecting target markets designed to create, build and maintain profitable exchanges to achieve company goals, for this reason, proper marketing management can increase, especially ini the development of SSC (Situbondo Sport Center). The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of Physical evidence and Service excellence in determining customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in the study was SSC (Situbondo Sport Center) customers. The sampling method was determined by nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in research using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Physical evidence has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, Service excellence has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, Physical evidence has a negative but insignificant effect on customer loyalty, Service excellence has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis show that the Physical evidence variable has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, the service excellence variable has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The Situbondo Regency Environmental Service (DLH) has a strategic role in carrying out regional government tasks in the environmental sector based on the principle of regional autonomy. This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Culture, Job Satisfaction and Work Environment on ASN Performance at the Situbondo Regency Environmental Service. The population in this study were ASN at the Situbondo Regency Environmental Service. This research was carried out using a quantitative approach and a sampling technique determined by probability sampling using the Slovin method, which means that the population size in this study reached a size that met the error requirement of 10%. The results of hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on Performance, Job Satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on Performance. Hypothesis test results moderated by the Work Environment variable have a negative effect in moderating Work Culture on Performance but are not significant, the Work Environment variable has a positive effect in moderating Job Satisfaction on Performance but is not significant.

Abstract

Transportation Companies are one of the factors related to the development and economic development of countries worldwide. Transportation companies are among the most important companies and are the largest contributors to national development, resulting in the country's economy increasing along with the rise of increasingly sophisticated technology. This study aimed to determine the effect of profitability and leverage on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable in transportation companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. The population of this study were all transportation companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022, as many as 45 companies, with samples taken from 9 companies. The sampling technique used a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart 3.0 application show that Profitability has a significant positive effect on Firm value, Leverage has a positive but insignificant impact on Firm value, Dividend policy negatively but insignificantly weakens the role of Profitability in increasing Firm value, then Dividend policy negatively but insignificantly weakens Leverage on Firm value.

Abstract

Humans as resources have the ability to think in determining the progress of an organization or agency. The purpose of this research is to analyze and investigate the influence of work motivation, leadership and work discipline on the performance of village officials with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (Case Study in Bercak Asri, Kladi and Batu Salang Villages, Cermee District, Bondowoso Regency). This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were Bercak Asri village officials, Kladi village and Batu Salang village. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Hypothesis testing analysis uses Partial Least Square Structural Equation (PLS-SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis testing using Smart PLS 3.0 show that Motivation has a positive but not significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Performance, Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on Performance, Work discipline has an effect positive but not significant on Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline has a positive but not significant effect on Performance, and Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Performance. The results of testing the indirect impact hypothesis show that Motivation has a positive but not significant effect on Performance through Job Satisfaction, Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Performance through Job Satisfaction and Work Discipline has a positive but not significant effect on Performance through Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Kerupuk "Serius" is a factory for frying raw crackers into ready-to-eat crackers made from fish, located in Bataan Hamlet, Kilensari Village, Panarukan District, Situbondo Regency.This "Serius" cracker factory uses fish as the basic ingredient which makes the taste of the crackers different from other crackers in Situbondo Regency. This will increase the attraction of the people of Situbondo to try new things because these crackers are classified as a new product which has been around for more than a year. one year.This type of research is qualitative research using phenomenology as a method and data collection technique based on observation, interviews with the owner of the Situbondo "Serius" crackers and documentation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of Competence, Work Experience, and Allowances on the Work Effectiveness of employees at PT. Fajar Insan Nusantara Bali through Work Spirit. The population in this study consists of employees of PT. Fajar Insan Nusantara Bali. The sampling technique used is quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research were conducted using the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that competence has a positive but not significant effect on work spirit, work experience has a negative and significant effect on work spirit, and allowances have a negative and significant effect on work spirit. Competence has a significant negative effect on work effectiveness, work experience has a positive but not significant effect on work effectiveness, and allowances have a positive but not significant effect on work effectiveness. Work spirit has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness. The indirect influence of competence on work effectiveness through work spirit is positive but not significant, while work experience has a negative and significant effect on work effectiveness through work spirit, and allowances have a negative and significant effect on work effectiveness through work spirit.

Abstract

The results of the hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application indicate that directly, work discipline has a significantly positive influence on job satisfaction, the work environment has a significantly positive influence on job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive but not significant influence on performance, the work environment has a positive but not significant influence on performance, and job satisfaction has a positive but not significant influence on performance. The results of the hypothesis testing for indirect effects show that the work discipline variable has a positive but not significant influence on performance through job satisfaction, and the work environment variable has a positive but not significant influence on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Social media is one of the technological developments that has played a big role in making it easier for humans to communicate and socialize. Social media is online media that is used as a means of online social interaction on the internet. Users can communicate with each other, interact, share, network, and various other activities through social media. Communication is a process of conveying messages that involves several components or elements, such as communicator activities, messages, and communication. Communication is a very important force in human life and organizations, because it allows individuals to connect and inform each other. The research is based on the main discussion topic of the researcher's thinking about social media on student communication patterns at Abdurachman Saleh University. The data collection method used in the research was in the form of direct interviews with samples that the researchers felt were suitable as data collection media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of price, location, and service quality in determining customer loyalty with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. The population in the study were consumers of Sari Intan Asembagus Situbondo Jewelry Store. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in the study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3. 0, shows that Price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions; Location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions; Service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions; Price has a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty; Location has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty; Service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty; Purchasing decisions have a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty; Price has a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty through purchasing decisions; Location has a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty through purchasing decisions; Service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Business is an effort to produce and market goods to make a profit. Es Teh Poci is a business engaged in the culinary field under the auspices of PT Poci Kreasi Mandiri. This business is essential for the economy to improve the community's welfare. This study aims to analyze and test the effect of Price, Product Variation, and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions as Intervening Variables on Es Teh Poci in Prajekan, Bondowoso. The population and sample collection method uses the simple random sampling method. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.2.8 application show that Price has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, Product Variation has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, Service Quality has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, Price has a positive but insignificant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Product Variation has a negative but insignificant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Service Quality has a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Purchasing Decision has a positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction. The indirect influence hypothesis test results show that the Price variable has a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions, Product Variation has a positive but insignificant effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions, and Service Quality has a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions.
