Abstract

Menabung merupakan kegiatan menyisihkan sebagian uang atau pendapatan yang dimiliki untuk disimpan dengan tujuan untuk mengelola uang tersebut. Manfaat menabung bisa diperoleh hasilnya ketika kita menjalani kegiatan menabung ini secara rutin dan tekun. Hal tersebut bertujuan untuk menjalankan pola hidup hemat dan juga merupakan pembangunan karakteristik untuk tidak menghaburkan uang yang semestinya diterapkan sejak dini. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Dehasen melakukan salah satu kegiatan Sosialisasi Tentang “Pembentukan Karakter Cerdas Menabung Sejak Dini Di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 13 Seluma” kepada para siswa kelas 3A. Mengingat masih rendahnya budaya menabung di kalangan siswa khususnya menabung di suatu bank. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk (1) memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa mengenai pentingnya menabung dan manfaatnya untuk masa depan; (2) memotivasi siswa untuk mau menabung sehingga menumbuhkan kesadaran pada siswa untuk dapat menyisihkan sebagian kecil dari uang jajannya untuk ditabung: Metode Pelaksanaan PKM ini yaitu dengan Metode Penyuluhan dan interaktif secara offline atau tatap muka langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan para siswa di SD Negeri 13 Seluma dapat menerapkan pola hidup yang hemat demi masa depan yang lebih baik. Kata Kunci: Kesadaran, Uang, Pentingnya Menabung

Abstract

Minat seseorang terhadap gaya hidup juga tidak terlepas dari trend fashion yang sedang berkembang. Fashion adalah gaya berpakaian dan dandanan yang sedang populer dan mengikuti jaman. Fashion adalah benda – benda dan atribut yang dipakai manusia untuk mengidentifikasikan diri seseorang secara khusus dan kelompok sosialnya sebagai salah satu kesatuan dirinya atau pernyataan pencitraan diri dan kepribadian seseorang. Masyarakat pada umumnya memiliki daya beli yang berbeda – beda satu dengan yang lain dalam hal pemenuhan akan atribut fashion yang mereka butuhkan. Memang kebutuhan setiap orang berbeda satu dengan yang lain. Thrift Store adalah salah satu pilihan yang banyak dipilih masyarakat. Segmentasi pasar yang mereka pasarkan hingga kualitas barang yang mereka tawarkan tidak kalah dengan barang baru pada umumnya. Pakaian bekas saat ini bukan hanya komoditi yang dipandang sebelah mata saja, akan tetapi memiliki nilai tersendiri bagi penikmatnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gaya hidup terjadi pada generasi muda untuk berpenampilan menarik sesuai dengan trend fashion, yang saat ini dipengaruhi oleh teknologi informasi social media seperti blooger, website fashion. Gaya hidup menjadi satu antara kebutuhan dan keinginan / minat. untuk mendapatkan status di masyarakat luas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara kepada para informan yang dipilih oleh peneliti dan juga penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi secara langsung kedalam pedagang pasar panorama, thrift store, dan konsumen pakaian bekas. Teori yang dipakai dalam penelitian memakai teori Gaya hidup dari Chaney yang menggambarkan pola perilaku manusia yang tidak akan pernah puas. Kata kunci: Gaya Hidup, mode, Toko Barang Bekas

Abstract

The aim of this research is to assess student satisfaction with the learning system at SMA Negeri 6 Kepahiang. The survey method was used to collect data from students at SMA Negeri 6 Kepahiang. The sample for this research consisted of 100 students selected randomly. The research instrument is a questionnaire containing 8 items which assess opinions regarding the teacher's presence, regarding the teacher's competency/ability, regarding the teacher's learning system in the classroom, the teacher's responsiveness in explaining and answering questions, the teacher's concern for students in the class, the infrastructure and facilities used, The teacher's delivery of learning is in accordance with the learning design, and your opinion on the communication provided by the teacher in class.The research results show that the majority of students are satisfied with the learning system at SMA Negeri 6 Kepahiang. However, there are several aspects that need to be improved, such as the quality of facilities and interaction between teachers and students. Apart from that, some students also feel dissatisfied with the learning atmosphere at SMA Negeri 6 Kepahiang. This research can provide important information for schools to improve the quality of learning systems and meet students' needs in teaching and learning

Abstract

Brand recognition marketing is promoting a brand's product or service in a way that elevates the brand as a whole. This involves creating and maintaining brand-consumer relationships and marketing brand attributes traits that people develop when they describe a particular brand. In this guide, Brand or brands are able to create interactive communication with consumers. The stronger a brand, the stronger the interaction with consumers. In order to introduce a brand or brands to the public, including brands, especially the local Ibu Ari banana chip business, by way of popularizing the brand, one of which is a marketing communication strategy, which is a marketing activity that seeks to disseminate information, persuade, increase the target market so that the product is accepted.The implementation of marketing brand recognition is carried out in several steps, such as creating a brand identity for Ibu Ari's banana chip business and using social media. The brand identity was created to introduce the Ibu Ari banana chip brand more clearly and up to date in the market, while the use of social media was made so that consumers could easily recognize and remember the Ibu Ari brand and give a positive image to the brand.From the results of the evaluation, the community service program entitled "Marketing Brand Recognition in Ibu Ari's Banana Chips Business" succeeded in having a positive impact on the continuity of the business. Debfab thus implementing effective marketing brand recognition can be a solution for businesses in facing increasingly competitive competition.

Abstract

Paradigma bauran pemasaran, dalam versi 4P-nya yang terkenal, melewati evolusi teori pemasaran: dari konsep pemasaran, melalui pemasaran hubungan, hingga ekonomi digital, menjadi objek diskusi baik dalam literatur akademik maupun praktik manajerial. Jika fakta bahwa bauran pemasaran 4P adalah tonggak sejarah teori pemasaran, juga benar bahwa evolusi konteks bisnis telah menciptakan, di banyak bidang, kebutuhan untuk meninjau "faktor-faktor yang dapat dikendalikan" yang membentuk bauran pemasaran. Bisnis digital mewakili konteks bisnis yang lebih baru dan bisnis dengan kebutuhan diferensiasi campuran yang lebih besar. Sepanjang proses evolusi ini, para peneliti selalu terbagi antara "konservatif", yang berpendapat bahwa paradigma 4P dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan lingkungan dengan memasukkan elemen baru di dalam setiap "P", dan "revisionis", yang menegaskan bahwa 4P paradigma sudah usang dan mengusulkan paradigma baru. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengklarifikasi dua pendekatan berbeda untuk evolusi bauran pemasaran melalui tinjauan literatur utama tentang bauran pemasaran elektronik, dengan fokus pada pengembangan teori bauran pemasaran untuk konteks digital. Bisnis merupakan kegiatan yang membutuhkan pemahaman yang serius, mulai dari perencanaan apa yang akan dibuat nantinya pada tahap implementasi, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Sebuah langkah penting yang dapat dilakukan oleh para pelaku bisnis adalah merencanakan strategi, sehingga tujuan dalam berbisnis untuk memperoleh keuntungan dan kemakmuran dapat tercapai. Salah satu strategi yang bisa diterapkan dalam bisnis adalah strategi bauran pemasaran. Ini adalah strategi bagaimana menerapkan 4P terdiri dari produk, harga, promosi dan tempat. Produk yang dibuat harus halal dan dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat, dan kualitas produk merupakan hal yang penting bagi para pelaku bisnis mempertimbangkan. Harga suatu produk juga menjadi hal serius yang harus diperhatikan dikelola dengan baik agar wajar dan berdaya saing serta bebas riba. Itu promosi diarahkan untuk mendorong pembelian dengan menciptakan kesan positif tentang produk yang dibujuk konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian tanpa penipuan. Tempat juga dapat didefinisikan sebagai lokasi perusahaan. Lokasi perusahaan/bisnis organisasi harus mudah diakses oleh publik, seperti di sekitar pusat perbelanjaan dan lain sebagainya untuk menghindari aksi penyadapan oleh para spekulan sebelum melakukan pemasaran. Seorang pelaku bisnis harus dapat memilih lokasi yang berfungsi untuk mewakili perusahaan dan dapat diakses oleh publik.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is one of the most important things in the business world as steps to achieve a predetermined goal. Marketing strategy as the main weapon to overcome all existing and future risks, especially for small businesses, of course, the risks that will be faced are more, such as competition with bigger entrepreneurs and with the same product, this is where the importance of strategy marketing as a business development effort, especially in small businesses. The purpose of this community service is to provide an understanding of the utilization of the existence of social media in this digital era as a means to introduce and promote AA' chocolate ice drink products widely in the city of Bengkulu. That the use of social media as a marketing strategy in this digital era is very effective in expanding the market network and making it easier for consumers to get information about the product they want by interacting through social media. The methodology used in this community service program is to provide an understanding of the benefits and importance of social media and assistance in creating social media accounts for media marketing strategies. There are 3 social media used, namely Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook.

Abstract

To meet consumer needs, the packaging of a food product is an important part of the food industry. Apart from being a container or wrapper for food, packaging also has a function to protect food. However, good packaging still prioritizes its function, namely to protect the product so that it is not only attractive in terms of appearance but also able to maintain the quality of the product. Tofu is one type of protein source food made from soybeans. Tofu is also a processed soybean product that has a fairly broad market segment. Until now, tofu does not have packaging that is suitable for packaging tofu, tofu traders usually sell their tofu using plastic bags. To be able to get the packaging according to the wishes of customers or the public to be more attractive or different from other tofu sellers, the packaging that is suitable for wrapping tofu is to use a box and also to make it more attractive it can be added with a logo so that the product is easily recognized by the public or customers. So using a method by providing direct counseling at the factory location by providing exposure to how to improve the quality of the packaging of tofu products produced. The results of this community service activity propose three aspects of solutions, namely paying attention to the quality of packaging related to the cleanliness of the tofu sold, maintaining the durability of the tofu sold with good packaging, adding product identity to the packaging to increase the selling value of the product

Abstract

Building food security for Bali cattle farming is very important for the sustainability of their livestock, but many breeders do not understand this, therefore I chose the South Seluma area of Rimbu Tavern Village to be my place of service because there are cattle farms that experience this problem, and breeders besides their lack of understanding regarding food development they also have difficulty when the dry season arrives to feed their cows and finally sell, and I finally did PKM there to provide knowledge and creative innovation for cattle food when the dry season arrives by means of counseling to cattle breeders.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence refers to the ability of computer systems to perform tasks that normally require human intelligence, such as natural language processing, decision making, experiential learning, and other cognitive tasks. In many cases, the use of AI technology in learning requires good access to hardware and internet networks. However, not all students have equal access to the necessary devices and connections. This could deepen the educational gap between students who are able to access technology and those who are not. There are also Supervised Machine Learning Research methods, Deep Learning, NLP, and many more. With training in the use of AI for students, it has opened a new leaf for students where the existence of AI has helped students find information quickly and more easily, and with this AI has had a big impact on students and students. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has opened the door to a technological era that is changing the way we interact with the world. The development of AI has affected many aspects of life including industry, education, health, and others. With the ability to process big data, identify complex patterns, and make decisions automatically, AI has helped address challenges and provide new opportunities. However, these developments also present new challenges, such as ethics, data privacy and impact on employment. Seeing the potential for AI to change the job landscape, it is important for individuals to keep their skills up to date. Ongoing training in technology, data analysis, and programming can help prepare people for the more automated jobs of the future.
