Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum Implementation Training was carried out at one of the Vocational High Schools (SMK) in the city of Makassar. The problem faced by this partner is a lack of knowledge related to the implementation or implementation of the Merdeka curriculum, considering that the partner is a school that has just implemented the Merdeka curriculum, especially related to the implementation of the Teaching Factory  in schools, the new partner will implement the Merdeka curriculum in 2023 (first year) so still lacking and needs strengthening from related parties. In this activity we provide training in implementing the Teaching Factory  to support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Vocational Schools. Starting from implementation strategies, improving facilities, building collaboration with industry and Teaching Factory  activities in learning.

Abstract

Adjusting to developments in learning, educators are required to be creative and the quality of human resources must be improved through educational channels using science teaching aids. The research results obtained were that the response from alumni of the program study Science Education UNM before the workshop on making science props was 100% very interested in taking part in the workshop on making props and the response from alumni of program study Science Education UNM after the workshop on making science props was 76.5% of participants after it was held There will be a continuation of the workshop on making science teaching aids to develop teaching aids in science learning in Biology, Physics and Chemistry. Therefore, training or workshops on making science teaching aids were held for alumni of the program study Science Education UNM.

Abstract

This Student Creativity Program (PKM) aims to increase the understanding of students of the Faculty of Social Sciences at Makassar State University about the role of the Ombudsman in public services. With a focus on training and interactive activities, the PKM aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the role of the Ombudsman as well as optimal ways of monitoring and supervision related to public services. Before the PKM, only 40% of students understood the role of the Ombudsman. After participating in PKM activities, students' understanding increased significantly to 75%. This result reflects the positive impact of PKM on increasing students' awareness of the role of the Ombudsman. Students also appreciated this activity, considering it very useful for increasing the role and supervision of the Ombudsman in public services. Thus, this PKM not only contributed to students' understanding but also taught them to participate in ensuring the quality of public services through the role of the Ombudsman.

Abstract

Koperasi adalah organisasi yang mengumpulkan sumber daya keuangan untuk kepentingan umum para anggotanya. Sangat penting bahwa data di koperasi atau entitas lainnya akurat. Penanganan data Koperasi Makmur Mandiri yang masih manual membuat proses pengajuan pinjaman menjadi lama. Sistem pendataan member dan transaksi memakan waktu lama karena hanya bergantung pada satu admin saja. Untuk itu Koperasi Makmur Mandiri di Todopulli Raya Timur Ruko Ilma Green Residence 2 Kota Makassar Indonesia memerlukan suatu sistem atau aplikasi berbasis web untuk memperlancar proses pendataan dan transaksi antara anggota dengan admin. Menanyakan tentang sejarah Koperasi Simpan Pinjam, anggotanya, simpanan mereka, pinjaman mereka, dan tata cara pendirian koperasi, antara lain. Kami menyarankan sebuah use case untuk menggambarkan proses aplikasi yang akan dilakukan oleh aktor dalam sistem sebagai bagian dari perancangan aplikasi berbasis web ini. Setelah masuk ke halaman beranda aplikasi berbasis web, pengguna dapat mengakses menu kelola pinjaman untuk anggota. Setelah itu, sistem akan menampilkan data pinjaman pelanggan, dan pengguna kemudian dapat memfilter masukannya berdasarkan nama pelanggan. Kemudian, hasil pencarian berdasarkan nama pelanggan ditampilkan. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Koperasi Simpan Pinjam, Web, Rancangan Aplikasi, Data Pinjaman ABTRACT Cooperatives are organizations that pool financial resources for the common good of its members. It is crucial that data in a cooperative or other entity be accurate. Makmur Mandiri Cooperative's data handling is still manual, making the application process for loans lengthy. The member data gathering system, and transactions take a lengthy time, since it only depends on one admin. For this reason, the Makmur Mandiri Cooperative on Todopulli Raya Timur Ruko Ilma Green Residence 2 in Makassar City, Indonesia, needs a web-based system or application to streamline the data collection and transaction process between members and the admin. Inquire about the history of the Savings and Loan Cooperative, its members, their deposits, their loans, and the procedures by which the cooperative was founded, among other things. We suggest a use case to describe the application process that will be performed by the actor in the system as part of the design of this web-based application. After signing into the web-based application's homepage, the user can access the manage loan menu for members. After doing so, the system will display customer loan data, and the user can then filter their input based on the customer's name. Then, results from a search based on the customer's name are shown.

Abstract

The problem specifically faced by KSP Balo'Ta is that members sometimes do not complete the specified requirements because members forget to bring the necessary documents or files. The aim of this research is to find out the problems or obstacles that exist in the Savings and Loans Cooperative, KSP Balo'Ta can utilize the Dropbox Business application as a solution to the problems faced and KSP can improve the quality of its cooperative. In this research method which involves collecting data from respondents through questionnaires or interviews. The respondent in this research is Mrs. Yuyun Meidita as the Manager at KSP Balo'Ta. From this research, a solution has been obtained, namely that KSP Balo'Ta can use the Dropbox Business application as a document storage facility.

Abstract

This activity on applying science and technology to the community aims to: (1) Increase student knowledge regarding NC/CNC. (2) Increase students' ability to create drawings according to the positions and axes in the NC/CNC coordinate system (3) Increase knowledge about software that is widely used in industry. The conditions and problems faced are: Students are not yet familiar with the MasterCam X5 Software. This problem becomes the basic reference for the need to carry out training. Competencies of Mechanical Engineering Education Department students who are prepared as teaching staff at the vocational school level. The curriculum structure contains NC/CNC machining courses which require a simulation program in the form of CAD/CAM software which can produce programs or G-code (CNC programming language), so that this training becomes a trigger or socialization of the use of MasterCam X5 software with CAD content which is software. to create a product design. The output of the activity is: Mastery of MasterCam X5 which results in increased student knowledge in terms of understanding the hierarchy of making NC/CNC programs

Abstract

Pada era penelitian akademis yang semakin kompleks, keterampilan manajemen referensi menjadi krusial bagi mahasiswa ekonomi. Pelatihan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengelola referensi penelitian. Pengabdian ini dimulai dengan pengembangan materi pelatihan yang terstruktur, mencakup konsep dasar manajemen referensi, langkah-langkah praktis penggunaan Rabbit dan Zotero, dan integrasi studi kasus ekonomi. Sesi pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan teori dan praktik, memberikan peserta kesempatan untuk langsung menerapkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan penerapan Rabbit dan Zotero oleh peserta. Mahasiswa melaporkan efisiensi dalam proses penelitian, penghematan waktu, dan peningkatan akurasi dalam penyusunan referensi. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya menguraikan dampak positif dari inovasi ini, tetapi juga menyoroti relevansinya dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi, khususnya di jurusan ekonomi. Implikasinya termasuk peningkatan kualitas penelitian mahasiswa dan persiapan mereka untuk tantangan akademis dan profesional di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Companies require high-quality strategic decision-making (SDM) to achieve their goals, remain competitive, and experience rapid growth.   Securing employment can be a challenging endeavor for recent graduates.   An individual possessing exceptional personal traits and a higher level of competence is regarded as more advantageous to the firm.   Fulfilling such standards might be challenging for prospective employees, particularly those who lack experience, such as recent graduates.   The main issues are twofold: firstly, the difficulty in effectively developing the human resources required for national construction, which involves costly traditional training methods and limited capacity and scope; secondly, the growing number of undergraduate graduates each year, without a corresponding increase in job opportunities. Additionally, the abundance of quality requirements, specific skills, limited employment options, and intense competition place fresh graduates in need of a labor certificate to validate their qualifications.   The primary objective is to enhance the students' comprehension of SIBIMA in order to bolster the number of qualified professionals in the workforce.   The employed methodologies include: lectures, talks, training, and questioning.   The outcome attained is that the partner has acquired knowledge about SIBIMA to enhance the certified workforce.

Abstract

The community collaboration initiative developed at SMK Negeri 7 Makassar will offer instructional sessions.   This exercise comprises a total of 20 participants, with 13 being students and 7 being teachers.   Every participant will receive training and guidance on how to deliver Smart Marketing-based Entrepreneurship Strengthening, which encompasses defined, quantifiable, realistic, relevant, and time-bound objectives.   Moreover, equipped with expertise in management and entrepreneurship, PKM participants can enhance their self-reliance in generating employment opportunities aligned with their skill sets.   The activity employs project-based learning as its methodology.   Offers information regarding the significance of increasing entrepreneurship.   Presents concise strategies for launching a self-sustaining enterprise and cultivating an enterprising mindset through the implementation of intelligent marketing techniques.   The lecture and question and answer style is employed to elucidate the subject matter and present case examples that serve as sources of inspiration for the participants.   The Entrepreneurship Program, which is centered around digital technology, provides a comprehensive understanding of the various types and roles of the digital revolution in the field of Marketing.

Abstract

Data security and privacy are very important issues for businesses, colleges, the government, and even individuals. The TKJ Laboratory is where PKM events take place. Students are free to use the computers there as they please, as long as they don't break the security system on each one. The types of files that can be protected in this case are text-based document files, picture files, audio and video files that are stored digitally, and question files. In the Community Partnership Program, which had 15 participants, there were outcomes and goals. The program produced a guidebook on how to use Blowfish Advanced CS for computer system security cryptography and instructions on how to use Blowfish Advanced CS for computer system security cryptography. This study is a type of research called qualitative research. With a case study that aims to learn how to use the Blowfish Advanced CS tool to secure text messages, files, and documents with cryptographic data. The predicted outcomes of this PKM are 1) This key is combined to make the Blowfish algorithm stronger during the key setup process. 2) The Blowfish algorithm tool needs a key with at least 4 characters to encrypt the data file during the file/folder simulation. 3) The Blowfish method uses symmetric keys, which means that the simulation process always uses the same key to encrypt and decrypt data files and folders. The same key is also used to split and join files.
