Abstract

This research intends to partially examine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operational Costs Operational Income (BOPO), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to Return on Assets (ROA) at Persero Bank. The subject of this research was persero banks consisting of Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Negara Indonesia and Bank Tabungan Negara with observation period of 15 years, thus the research data observed was 60 observations.  The data were analyzed with multiple analysis using SPSS 20. The result of the research: 1) capital adequacy ratio has negative and insignificant effects on persero banks' Return on Assets, 2) operational costs operational income has negative and significant effects on persero banks' Return on Assets, 3) non-performing loans has negative and significant effects on persero banks' Return on Asset, 4)  net interest margin has positive and significant effects on persero banks' Return on Assets, 5) loan to deposit ratio has positive but insignificant effects on persero banks' Return on Assets.Keywords: CAR, Operating Income Operating Costs, NPL, NIM, LDR, ROA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of personnel competence, personality, and team work on the quality of service at the Muna Police. This research approach is a survey with an explanatory research design. Data was collected in a cross section by using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire. The population of this study were all members of the National Police at the Muna Police Station, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The size of the research sample was 82 people using a random technique based on strata (stratified proportional random sampling). Data analysis with descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear RegressionThe results showed that competence, personality, and team work had a positive and significant effect either simultaneously or partially on service quality. Thus it can be said that changes in competence improvement are reflected through improvements, skills and attitudes; personality reflected through interpersonal relationships, friendliness, conscientiousness, emotional stability and openness to experience, as well as teamwork reflected through high participation, open communication, listening to members well, sharing leadership, and self-assessment have positive and significant contributions in supporting improvement of service quality at the Muna Resort Police..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of work motivation, teamwork and non-physical work environment on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police Biddokkes personnel either simultaneously or partially. The approach of this study is quantitative using a survey method. The data was collected by cross section by using a one-line questionnaire via the link: https://forms.gle/xXS8ShLBhmbJxBBx5. The population of this study were all 49 members of the Biddokkes Police of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police and all of them were used as research respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that work motivation, teamwork and non-physical work environment simultan eously had a significant effect on the performance of the Biddokkes Police personnel of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police. Furthermore, the partial test results of work motivation have a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. Then teamwork proved to have a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. A good non-physical work environment contributes significantly or significantly to the improvement of personnel performance. This means that the better the implementation of work motivation, teamwork and non-physical work environment, the performance of personnel will increase significantly. This result is also reinforced by the respondent's statement based on the description of the variables of work motivation, teamwork and non-physical work environment and personnel performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of work-life balance, interaction and leadership style on employee performance. This study uses a survey approach with an explanatory research design. the samples used in this research are 49 people. Sampling carried out by means of a census, Method of data collection use questionnaires. Data analysis use descriptive analysis and multivariate regression analysis. The results showed that work-life balance, work interaction and leadership simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work-life balance partially positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partial work involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.972, which means that the ability of the work-life balance variable, work interaction and leadership style in the employee performance variable is 97.2%, while the remaining 2.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

Public service providers are obliged to meet the standard components of services. This standard component of online public services is designed to provide the widest possible access to information to the public so that it is easier for the public to reach basic services that lead to community welfare. The main purpose of electronic services is people's satisfaction in using online services. This satisfaction can be realized if the services provided are in accordance with the established service standards or better than the service standards. This study aims to analyze the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on e-customer satisfaction. Determination of sample size using the slovin formula so that a sample of 76 respondents was obtained and the sample was drawn using the accidental random sampling method. Data analysis using Multivariate Regression with SPSS 24 software.Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that (1) E-service quality and e-trust secara simultan  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap e-customer satisfaction at the office of investment and one door integrated services, wakatobi regency; (2) E-service quality  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-customer satisfaction at the office of investment and one door integrated services, wakatobi regency; (3) E-trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-customer satisfaction at the office of investment and one door integrated services, wakatobi regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of service quality and trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction (study at Hotel Wisata Beach, Wakatobi Regency). The population in this study are all customers of Hotel Wisata Beach Wakatobi. The number of samples that were set was 60 people or customers, the data from the samples/respondents were analyzed using SmartPLS in order to obtain the results of the causal relationship between the variables developed in the model. The results of the study are as follows; the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction has a path coefficient of 0.452 with a probability level of 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the effect of trust on customer satisfaction has a path coefficient of 0.331 with a probability level of 0.005 (p < 0.05) which means that trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the effect of service quality on customer loyalty has a path coefficient of 0.219 with a probability level of 0.037 (p < 0.05) which means that service quality has a positive effect and significant on customer loyalty, the effect of trust on customer loyalty has a path coefficient of 0.309 with a probability level of 0.005 (p <0.05), which means that trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. p customer loyalty has a path coefficient of 0.478 with a probability level of 0.000 (p <0.05) which means that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. The effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a path coefficient of 0.216 with a probability level of 0.005 ( p <0.05) which means that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The influence of trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a path coefficient of 0.158 with a probability level of 0.048 (p <0.05) which means that trust has a positive effect and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The benefit that can be learned from this research is the development of knowledge, especially on the paradigm of structural relationship of the influence of service quality and trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of members of the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police, the effect of a non-physical work environment on the performance of members of the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Regional Police of Southeast Sulawesi and the effect of career development on the performance of members of the Directorate of Criminal Investigation at the Regional Police of Southeast Sulawesi. This research approach is a survey with an explanatory research design. Data collection is done by using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study were all members of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police's Criminal Investigation Unit, totaling 53 people. The analytical tools used in testing the hypothesis are descriptive analysis and inferential analysis of Multiple Linear Regression by using the software package SPSS Version 24.0.The results of this study are job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Ditreskimum Police of the Southeast Sulawesi Police, the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Ditreskimum Police of the Southeast Sulawesi Police and Career development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the members of the Ditreskimum Police of the Southeast Sulawesi Police

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of competence on organizational commitment of the personnel of the Ditreskrimum Polda Sultra. Leader member exchange on organizational commitment. Competence on performance. Leader member exchange on performance. Organizational commitment to performance. Competence on performance through organizational commitment mediated commitment and leader member exchange on performance mediated organizational commitment. The population in this study were 56 personnel. Data analysis in this study is SmartPLS version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of the Ditreskrimum Polda Sultra personnel. This means that the better the competence, the higher the organizational commitment. Leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This means that the better the leader member exchange, the higher the organizational commitment. Competence has a positive and significant effect on performance. This means that the better the competence , the better the performance of the personnel . Leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. This means that the better the competence, the higher the organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. This means that the better the organizational commitment, the better the performance of personnel. Competence has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by organizational commitment. This means that competence will improve personnel performance through organizational commitment. Leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) examine the effect of macroeconomic on investment decision of SMEs, (2) examine the effect of behavioral bias on investment decision of SMEs, (3) examine the effect of macroeconomic on the risk perception of SMEs, (4) examine the effect of behavioral bias on the risk perception of SMEs, (5) examine the effect of risk perception on investment decision of SMEs, (6) examine the risk perception as a mediator of macroeconomic influence on investment decision of SMEs, (7) examine risk perception as a mediator of the influence of behavioral bias on investment decision of SMEs.This study use a quantitative approach, with the analytical method is SEM-PLS (Structure Equation Model-Partial Least Square). The result shows that macroeconomic does not significantly affect the investment decision of SMEs, but significantly influences the risk perception of SMEs. The behavioral bias significantly affect the investment decision of SMEs, but does not significantly affect the risk perception of SMEs. The risk perception does not significantly affect investment decision of SMEs. The risk perception was proven unable to act as a mediator in the influence of macroeconomic and behavioral bias on investment decision of SMEs

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of: 1) knowledge management on employee job satisfaction. 2) work environment on employee job satisfaction. 3) knowledge management on employee performance. 4) work environment on employee performance. 5) job satisfaction on employee performance. 6) knowledge management has an effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediation. 7) work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediation. The research method is using quantitative research. The data used are secondary and primary data. Data analysis usingSmart PLS 3.0 software. Sampling technique using The saturated sample is 51 employees at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency of South Konawe Regency. The results showed that; 1)Management knowledge has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Management knowledge has no significant effect on employee performance. 4) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 6)The effect of management knowledge on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction has a significant or fully mediated effect. 7). The influence of the work environment on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction has a significant or partially mediated effect.
