Abstract

Although the Islamic banks is still limited, its value has grown by 5.29%. But the value is relatively cheap. The health factor of bank is the most essential, involve: Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital and Company Size, so the purpose of this study is to test the effect of NPF, foreign exchange to equity, gross income exposure, self-assessment GCG, ROA, CAR and firm size on firm value as proxied by Tobin's q.The research sample includes 10 banks in IDX, consisting of 3 Islamic Commercial Banks and 7 Commercial Banks that have Sharia Business Units, in order to obtain 30 units of analysis. Multiple regression analysis using Eviews version 12. The results showed that: 1) NPF had negative but insignificant effect on firm value, 2) foreign exchange to equity had positive but insignificant effect on firm value, 3) gross income exposure had positive but insignificant effect on firm value. , 4) self-assessment GCG has significant negative effect on firm value, 5) ROA has positive but insignificant effect on firm value, 6) CAR has positive but insignificant effect on firm value, 7) firm size has significant positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and examine the influence of organizational culture, knowledge management and work motivation on the performance of the Regional Personnel Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The analytical model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents. The research sample determination method used the census method where all civil servants at the Regional Personnel Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province were used as research respondents.The results of the study found that: 1) organizational culture, knowledge management and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) organizational culture partially positive and significant effect on employee performance; 3) knowledge management partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 4) work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transparency, participation and accountability on the performance of village officials in Lohia District, Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study was village officials in Lohia District, Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province with a sample of 63 people. The analysis used multiple regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 22 Software.The results of the study show that (1) Transparency, participation and accountability together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials in Lohia District, Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province (2) Transparency has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials in Lohia District, District Muna, Southeast Sulawesi Province, (3) Participation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials in Lohia District, Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, and (4) Accountability has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are (1). To find out and analyze whether work stress, non-physical work environment, and work motivation affect the job satisfaction of nurses in the Bahteramas Hospital Inpatient Room, Southeast Sulawesi Province during the Covid-19 Pandemic; (2) To find out and analyze whether work stress affects the job satisfaction of nurses in the Inpatient Room at Bahteramas Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province during the Covid-19 Pandemic; (3) To find out and analyze whether the non-physical work environment affects the job satisfaction of nurses in the Inpatient Room at Bahteramas Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province during the Covid-19 Pandemic; (4) To find out and analyze whether work motivation affects the job satisfaction of nurses in the Inpatient Room at Bahteramas Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The analysis tool uses Multivariate Linear Regression with a sample of 98 respondents.The results showed (1) work stress, non-physical work environment, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of nurses at the Bahteramas Regional General Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province, (2) work stress had a negative and significant effect on the job satisfaction of nurses at the Regional General Hospital. Bahteramas Southeast Sulawesi Province, (3) Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of nurses at the Bahteramas Regional General Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province, (4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of nurses at the Bahteramas Regional General Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

This study aims of this study are (1) to find out and analyze whether the work environment, compensation, and motivation affect job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees; (2) To find out and analyze whether the work environment affects job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees; (3) To find out and analyze whether compensation affects job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees; (4) To find out and analyze whether motivation affects job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees.This research is a type of quantitative research, data collection uses research instruments, and data analysis is quantitative or statistical, intending to test predetermined hypotheses and use Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) analysis tools V.24.The results of the research work environment, compensation, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees. The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji dan membuktikan secara empiris Pengaruh Pembelajaran Organisasi, Motivasi dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Konawe.Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian explanatory yang bertujuan menjelaskan Hubungan kausal antar variabel dengan  menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam Penelitian ini adalah Berdasarkan data dari bagian kepegawaian, jumlah pegawai adalah 53 orang pegawai negeri sipil. Dengan demikian maka semua populasi dijadikan sampel atau menggunakan teknik sensus, dengan pertimbangan bahwa Jumlah populasi terbatas/kecil.. Metode analisis untuk menjawab hipotesis dalam Penelitian ini adalah Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif dan statistika inferesial yaitu analisis regresi multivariat dengan menggunakan sofware SPSS dan MS Excel Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pembelajaran organisasi, motivasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kabupaten Konawe, Pembelajaran organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of remuneration and teamwork on performance mediated by job satisfaction for members of the Kendari Police Traffic Unit. This research approach is a survey with an explanatory research design. Data collection was carried out in a cross-sectional manner using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study were 64 members of the Kendari Police Traffic Unit. The analytical method used for testing the hypothesis of this study is Partial least square (PLS). The results showed that remuneration and teamwork had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and police performance. Then job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on police performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction acts as a partial mediation on the effect of remuneration and teamwork on police performance. This means that the increase in job satisfaction is significantly influenced by remuneration and teamwork. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a significant contribution to improving police performance. Thus, good remuneration and teamwork contribute significantly to improving police performance directly or indirectly through mediating job satisfaction

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of testing and explaining the effect of compensation, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital. This type of research is a quantitative approach with explanatory research. The population in the study were all employees of the Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital, totaling 60 employees, not including the leadership. the sampling technique was carried out randomly based on strata (stratified proportional random sampling, meaning that the object of research was all employees of Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital. Analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS version 3.2 program packageThe results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital. The direction of the influence of this relationship is positive, which means that the better the compensation, the better the performance of the Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital employees. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital. The direction of the influence of this relationship is positive, which means that the better the work environment, the better the performance of Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital employees and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital employees. The direction of the influence of this relationship is positive, which means that the better job satisfaction, the performance of Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital employees will also be better.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) examine the influences quality of work life on performance, 2) analyze the influences of competence on performance, 3) analyze the impacts of quality of work life  on job satisfaction, 4) analyze the impacts of competence on job satisfaction, 5) analyze the impacts of job satisfaction on performance.6) analyzing job satisfaction that mediate the effect quality of work life on performance, 7) analyze job satisfaction that mediate the effect of incompetence on  performance. This study uses quantitative methods and questionnaires for the data collection process. Furthermore, the population of this study were all nurses from Bahteramas Regional General Hospital in Southeast Sulawesi Province. For the sampling technique, the researcher used multistage sampling with the total of 174 samples obtained using the determination of the sample according to Ferdinand (2006). The researcher used Warp Partial Least Squares (PLS) for analyzing the data in this study. The results of the study showed that: 1) the quality of work life had a positive and insignificant effect on performance, 2) competence had a positive and significant effect on performance, 3) the quality of work life had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, 4) competence had a significant effect on job satisfaction, 5) job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on performance, 6) job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on mediating the effect of work life quality on performance, 7) job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on mediating the influence of competence on performance

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) analyze the effect of marketing mix and product innovation on purchasing decisions 2) analyze the effect of marketing mix, product innovation and purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction. 3) analyze the effect of marketing mix on customer satisfaction mediated by purchasing decisions. 4) analyze the effect of product innovation on customer satisfaction mediated by purchasing decisions. The research population is the Home Industry Consumer of His Majesty Lampion, totaling 105 respondents, the technique of determining the sample is using the census technique so that the number of research samples is 105 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The research data was processed using the smart PLS 2 application to test the direct and indirect effects. The results of the study: 1) marketing mix and product innovation have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 2) marketing mix and product innovation have a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction, while purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, 3) marketing mix has an effect positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction mediated by purchasing decisions, 7) product innovation positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction mediated by purchasing decisions.
