Abstract

This study examines Malaysia's crucial role in the global Halal market, focusing on stakeholder perspectives, product analyses, and policy evaluations. Interviews with key industry players and coupled with a phone interview reveal diverse insights. Stakeholders emphasize the industry's commitment to producing lawful consumer goods and highlight challenges in community understanding. The analysis of products sold in the Muslim market, excluding meat, unveils common non-Halal elements, underscoring the intricate balance required for Shariah law compliance. A detailed examination of Malaysia's Halal industry policies, covering certification procedures, auditing, and monitoring, highlights the nation's proactive approach. The study concludes that Malaysia's commitment, invigorated by the Halal Industry Development Corporation, significantly contributes to setting high global standards. By harmonizing stakeholder views, dissecting product realities, and evaluating policy effectiveness, this research provides a comprehensive understanding of Malaysia's Halal industry dynamics. The insights gleaned are valuable for academics, industry practitioners, policymakers, and consumers navigating the dynamic landscape of the Halal market.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effect website quality 4.0 and brand image toward purchase decision and consumer loyalty at E-Commerce Shopee. This research is a quantitative research and primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research. The population in this study is the people of Pekanbaru city who have used E-Commerce Shopee for the last 3 months. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling with sample criteria that can be correspondents are people who have transacted using E-Commerce Shopee for the last 3 months, aged 17 years and over and domiciled in Pekanbaru city. The subjects of this study were 120 respondents. For data analyze using path analysis with WARPPLS 7.O. The result shown that website quality 4.0 and brand image have positive and significant effect to purchase decision and customer loyalty in using the E-Commerce Shopee, website quality 4.0 has positive and significantly effect to customer loyalty through purchase decision, brand image has positive and significantly effect to customer loyalty through purchase decision and purchase decision has positive and significantly effect to customer loyalty in using the E-Commerce Shopee in Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study seeks to investigate the impact of E-Service Quality, E-Satisfaction, and the interaction between E-Service Quality and E-Satisfaction on the formation of E-Student Word of Mouth within the Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Ahmad Dahlan University in Yogyakarta. The sample selection involved a combination of convenience sampling and purposive sampling methods. Data collection was accomplished by distributing questionnaires to respondents, addressing aspects of E-Service Quality, E-Satisfaction, and E-WOM. Moderator Regression Analysis (MRA) was employed as the analytical tool. Additionally, T-tests and F-tests were utilized to examine the hypotheses put forth. The results of the partial regression coefficient test using the T-test indicate that both E-Service Quality and E-Satisfaction, as well as their interaction, have a significant influence on E-Student Word of Mouth. Furthermore, the regression coefficient analysis through the F-test demonstrates that the variables E-Service Quality, E-Satisfaction, and their interaction also collectively contribute to the influence on E-WOM. These variables - E-Service Quality, E-Satisfaction, and their interaction - can explain up to 85% of the variance in E-WOM, with the remaining 15% attributed to other variables not included in the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Marketing Mix and service quality on Word-of-Mouth (WoM) and usage behavior of online transportation service platforms. The research is descriptive with the sampling technique used is simple random sampling, through a survey conducted on 382 samples using questionnaires as research instruments. There are four latent variables in this study, namely marketing mix and service quality as independent variables, word of mouth as intervening variables and use of travel service platforms as dependent variables. The descriptive data obtained was processed using SPSS 24 and the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data was processed using SMART PLS. The findings from this study provide insight to online transportation service platform providers in optimizing marketing strategies and improving service quality to increase platform usage. The practical implications of these results can lead to increased user retention and long-term business growth.

Abstract

This research aimed to test influence between service quality, student satisfaction also interaction between service quality and student satisfaction in the building word of mouth communication. Research conducted by Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University Ahmad Dahlan. Sample categorized with sampling convenience method and purposive sampling. Data collection efforted by giving list of question to the respondent that is contains about service quality, student satisfaction and word of mouth communication. This research use Moderator Regression Analysis. In the other side, T test and F test are used to test asked hypothesis. The result of partially regression coefficient test with T test shows that service quality, student satisfaction, interaction between them influence significantly to word of mouth communication. In the other side coefficient regression test’s result shows that variables of service quality student’s satisfaction also interaction between them both influence to word of mouth communication. Variables of service quality and student’s satisfaction are able to explain word of mouth communication variable up to 78,2% and the rest is 21,8% caused by another variable that is not included in the research model

Abstract

In today's digitally modern world, characterized by dynamic business landscapes, effective leadership is crucial and cannot be overstated. Strong, decisive, and capable leaders are crucial in overcoming obstacles and complexity related to the company's 5.0 dynamic. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current state of leadership research by focusing on factors that significantly affect leadership. Motivated by the need to create a comprehensive body of literature on peer pressure, this study used a bibliometric approach, identifying 163 studies using the terms "leadership development" and "strong leadership" from the Scopus database. The most frequently reviewed articles are analyzed to highlight key contributions and provide general information about this field. All of the aforementioned information covers several aspects such as the relationship between managers and employees, manager characteristics, and strong management influence on employees' work and creativity. The practical implications of this research have the potential to serve as a valuable reference for researchers and practitioners, assisting in the development of clear and concise conclusions with the relevant context. Organizations should be encouraged to integrate their internal processes with the results of their bibliometric analysis. This study highlights the importance of leadership in managing business ventures and daily operations, as well as providing insights into the current state of research and the role of researchers in developing critical understanding of leadership

Abstract

The present research delves into the elements that influence the performance of private label businesses in Indonesia's Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) market. Specifically, it examines the interdependent aspects of pricing strategy, brand, promotion, and consumer perception. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), a quantitative method, was utilized to examine the association between these factors utilizing a sample of 197 MSMEs. The findings provide important information for MSMEs trying to survive in the cutthroat market environment by demonstrating a strong and positive correlation between each component and private label performance. This research provides useful suggestions for enhancing private label tactics and expanding market share in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research investigates the strategies for utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics to enhance the effectiveness of public services within Indonesian local governments. A quantitative analysis was conducted, involving a diverse sample of 200 participants, including local government officials, IT professionals, and citizens across various regions. The study employs a structural equation modeling approach, assessing the relationships between the implementation of AI, data analytics, and the effectiveness of public services. The measurement model confirms the reliability and validity of the constructs, while the structural model reveals significant positive paths from both data analytics and AI utilization to public service effectiveness. The findings contribute to the evolving landscape of technological integration in public administration, offering evidence-based insights for policymakers and practitioners.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship amongst farmers' quality of life, environmental initiatives, economic sustainability, and the growth of social entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector in West Java. The study investigates the correlations between these variables on a sample of 200 farmers using structural equation modeling. The results show a strong positive correlation between the growth of social entrepreneurship, environmental initiatives, farmers' quality of life, and economic sustainability. The study emphasizes how crucial it is to support a comprehensive and integrated strategy that takes into account farmer well-being, environmental sustainability, and economic stability in order to support the expansion of socially entrepreneurial endeavors in the agricultural sector.
