Abstract

Integrated Social Studies (IPS) is a highly potential learning approach to improve the quality of IPS learning. However, the development of integrated IPS materials still faces various challenges. The purpose of this research is to focus on the main problem, namely, there are several challenges faced by teachers in developing integrated IPS materials. Therefore, efforts are made to overcome these problems in MTS Islamiyah Medan. The method used in this research is through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results obtained include the constraints of limited learning resources, the challenges of integrating IPS materials, educational background, and the lack of facilities such as technology.

Abstract

Financial administration is the process of managing financial resources in an organization or institution. This includes planning, controlling and making decisions regarding the acquisition and use of funds to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. The emergence of information technology is poised to revolutionize the field of education. With the increasingly rapid development of technology, the role of management information systems in maintaining school competitiveness has become very important. To adapt to the demands of Industry 5.0, educational institutions must use portable application-based management information systems to simplify data management. Principals, teachers, students and parents, the system can be customized to meet the unique needs of each school, increase school engagement, and better prepare students for a computer-based world. School financial administration is not only about managing money, but also about ensuring that financial resources support the school's vision, mission and programs in improving the quality of education. This abstract discusses how to manage and organize school finances effectively in educational activities. This research aims to analyze and understand how to overcome financial problems in schools. Overall, school financial administration in the Society 5.0 era must focus on efficient management of funding sources and transparent accountability. Schools need to utilize technology to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial management, while overcoming various problems that arise due to changes in technology and policy. With the right approach, school financial administration can contribute significantly to improving the quality of education and public trust.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the complaints that some students were less enthusiastic about learning about running. (2) Some female students tend to be less active, when they are learning sports they get bored quickly and just sit on the side of the field. (3) The lessons given have not been packaged in modifications so that students are found who are less enthusiastic, bored and lazy to move. (4) Facilities and infrastructure such as balls, there are only two standard balls, one of which is leaky and the other is very hard when kicked. (5) The field used is made of paving. For this reason, the problem formulation can be drawn: How does Interval Training influence the 100 meter running speed of Class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Ampelgading? This research method is development research which refers to the development model from Borg & Gall. (1) carry out product analysis to be developed from the results of field observations and literature review. (2) developing the initial product form. (3) expert evaluation using one physical education expert and two junior high school physical education learning experts. (4) small group trials (10 students) using questionnaires and evaluation sheets which were then analyzed. (4) initial product revision. (5) large-scale trial (28 students). (6) revision of the final product after conducting large-scale field trials. (7) final results of the learning development model using interval techniques through revision of large-scale field trials. The data analysis technique uses the percentage description technique.

Abstract

This research aims to improve learning activities and achievement in science and technology on Indonesian Cultural Wealth material through the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model in grade 4 of elementary school. This research uses a Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach with a two-cycle system. This research was conducted on grade 4 students at SDN Bantengan 01, Wungu District, Madiun Regency. Research data was collected through observation and tests. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive approach that focused on students' learning activities and achievements, as well as the learning implementation process. The research results showed that students' science and science learning achievement increased in the percentage of classical learning completion from 30.76% (4 out of 13 students) in the initial test to 84.61% (11 out of 13 students) in Cycle II. The percentage of learning completeness (classical) in Cycle II has met the predetermined target, namely 80% of all students achieved a score ≥ 70 (complete learning). Student activity in learning has also increased. This is evidenced by the increase in the percentage of classically active students from 30.76% (4 out of 13 students) in Cycle I to 76.92% (10 out of 13 students) in Cycle II. The percentage of classical student activity in Cycle II has met the specified target, namely ≥ 70%.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of the five daily prayers on the discipline and quality of life of Muslim individuals. Prayer as one of the pillars of Islam has an important role not only in the spiritual aspect, but also in the development of character and daily lifestyle. The method used in this study is a mixed approach, namely qualitative and quantitative, involving 200 respondents who routinely perform prayers. Data were collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews to understand the impact of prayer on personal discipline, mental health, and overall quality of life. The results showed that 85% of respondents felt an increase in discipline in managing time and responsibility after performing prayers regularly. In addition, 75% of respondents reported an increase in quality of life characterized by better mental health, reduced stress, and improved social relationships. These findings indicate that the practice of the five daily prayers not only contributes to the spiritual aspect, but also has a significant positive impact on the discipline and quality of life of individuals. This study is expected to be the basis for further research on the role of worship in improving the welfare of individuals and society.

Abstract

The large number of students who are less motivated in learning mathematics results in a decline in students' mathematics learning outcomes. Therefore, several strategies and learning models are needed that can meet the needs of students. This study aims to optimize the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SDN Munggut 03 by implementing e-book media with the CRT approach. In simple terms, e-books can be defined as electronic books or digital books. While the CRT approach is a learning approach that offers a meaningful learning experience, where students gain recognition and appreciation for cultural diversity and its integration with learning materials. This study used the PTK (Classroom Action Research) method where there were 2 research cycles. Data were collected through test, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that the application of e-book media adapted to the cultural context (CRT) was effective in significantly increasing participation, motivation and mathematics learning outcomes in fifth grade students of SDN Munggut 03, Madiun Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to describe Problem Solving learning using card media in Pancasila Education learning material Types of House Rules for Grade 2 Elementary School students. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative research approach. This research was conducted on grade 2 students at SDN Bantengan 01, Wungu District, Madiun Regency. Data collection was carried out by direct observation, interviews and documentation. In analyzing the data, researchers used qualitative data analysis which was carried out interactively and took place continuously through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of the research show that: (1) The application of Problem Solving learning using card media in Pancasila Education learning is carried out by applying certain learning steps, namely problem formulation, problem study, hypothesis formulation, data collection as material to prove the hypothesis, hypothesis verification, and determining solution options. (2) The learning outcomes achieved can be seen from the cognitive and affective aspects. Judging from the cognitive aspect, students show good abilities in understanding the lesson material (85% complete, 15% incomplete). Viewed from the affective aspect, students show activeness during the implementation of Problem Solving learning using card media in Civics learning (75%), including being able to understand problems (60%), being able to solve problems (40%), and being able to complete assignments (85%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the problem-based learning model on cognitive learning outcomes in the IPS subject of sixth-grade students at SDN Bandungrejo 1. This research uses a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design in the form of a one-group pre-test post-test. The data sampling technique used in this research is total sampling. The data collection technique involves using observation sheets to assess the implementation of learning activities by students and teachers, as well as pre-tests on cognitive learning outcomes. The results of this study show that the comparison of the total pretest score of 208 and the posttest score of 603, with an average pretest score of 8.66 and an average posttest score of 25.12. It can be concluded descriptively that the posttest scores after the treatment with the problem-based learning model were much higher compared to the pretest scores before the treatment was given. The results of the non-parametric statistical test calculation using the Wilcoxon signed rank test show an Asymp Sig. (2-tailed) value of < 0.001 < 0.05, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a difference in pretest and posttest results after the treatment using the problem-based learning model, which means that the use of the problem-based learning model affects the cognitive learning outcomes of sixth-grade students at SDN Bandungrejo 1.

Abstract

Teams Games Tournament (TGT) is a cooperative learning model that helps fourth-grade students at SDN 01 Winongo do better in math. The goal of this project is to show how the TGT cooperative learning model can help students learn math better and explain how it does so. A study of how well students learned math before and after the instruction was used to get the data analysis. In this study, the assistance was supposed to lead to each student getting a final percentage score of at least 70%. The results of this study showed that before the help, kids had an average score of 57 on tests related to math. In Cycle I, students learned math on average to a level of 70, but by Cycle II, they were at a level of 90. With this information, we can say that using the TGT learning model helps kids get better at math. All of the people who took part in the final review got the effects that were expected from the intervention.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the difficulties experienced by teachers when teaching using a realistic mathematics approach or the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. This research was carried out by us students at the Mataram State Islamic University. The research was located at MIN 2 Mataram City, specifically on class III D teachers. Researchers also analyzed the data using qualitative data analysis, based on the results obtained from interviews and observations which were then described. The results of interviews and observations show that the difficulties experienced by teachers when teaching using a realistic mathematics approach are the large number of students, classroom conditions, time and limited learning media.
