Abstract

The development of digital governance has accelerated the transformation of public financial management through e-budgeting, e-reporting, and integrated digital financial systems. However, studies discussing digital public financial management in cross-border areas remain fragmented and dispersed across disciplines. This study aims to systematically map the development of research on digital public financial management in cross-border contexts through publication trends, influential journals, active researchers, keyword patterns, countries, institutions, and research areas. This research employed a qualitative approach using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and bibliometric analysis based on 48 Scopus-indexed articles published between 2020 and 2026. The findings indicate that publications increased significantly after 2023, reflecting growing scholarly interest in cross-border digital finance and governance. The literature is dominated by economics and finance perspectives, while public financial governance and fiscal accountability in border areas remain underexplored. In addition, knowledge production is still concentrated in a limited number of countries and institutions, particularly in Europe. This study contributes by providing an intellectual mapping of the field and identifying opportunities for future research integrating digital governance, public financial management, and border studies.

Abstract

Flight crew productivity is a strategic factor in maintaining flight safety, operational efficiency, and airline competitiveness in the high-reliability aviation industry. This study aims to analyze and synthesize factors influencing flight crew productivity through a conceptual approach based on literature review. The research method used is library research with a systematic literature review technique. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of scientific articles, proceedings, and relevant previous research reports. Data sources were obtained from scientific databases such as Scopus, EBSCO, Copernicus, and SINTA. The results of the study indicate that adequate individual capabilities, a high level of work engagement, a measurable KPI system, and a fair and competitive remuneration scheme have a positive relationship with increasing aircrew productivity. Managerial implications emphasize the importance of designing integrated human resource policies, particularly in competency development, a safety- and efficiency-based performance appraisal system, and compensation management oriented towards sustainable performance.

Abstract

Patient trust is a crucial variable in hospital management, determining clinical success, treatment adherence, and institutional loyalty. In the increasingly competitive and digitalized modern healthcare landscape, hospitals face unique challenges stemming from the inherent characteristics of healthcare services. This article presents a systematic literature review exploring the determinants of patient trust through the lens of hospital service characteristics: intangibility, inseparability, variability, and perishability. This study followed the PRISMA protocol and analyzed 150 articles published between 2010 and 2026 from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases. The review results indicate that assurance and empathy are the most significant service quality dimensions in mitigating perceived risk due to intangibility. Meanwhile, the quality of therapeutic communication is a key factor in managing inseparability, and standardization of operational procedures is necessary to address variability. The study also identifies the role of digital technology and the physical environment as "tangible evidence" that strengthens hospital credibility. The managerial implications of this research emphasize the need for organizational culture transformation oriented toward humanitarian values and transparency to rebuild public trust that has eroded in the post-pandemic era.

Abstract

Learning planning is a strategic component of instructional management because it guides teachers in linking objectives, materials, learning strategies, media, and assessment with students' characteristics. In practice, however, learning plans are often prepared individually and tend to be administrative, so teachers have limited opportunities to reflect on pedagogical decisions with colleagues. This study aims to describe and analyze collaborative-based learning planning management in improving teachers' pedagogical competence at SD Negeri Batujaya. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The field data show that SD Negeri Batujaya has nine educators and education personnel consisting of one principal, six classroom teachers, and two subject teachers. The school also holds a teacher learning community twice a month. The findings indicate that collaborative planning is supported by the principal's academic leadership, the small number of teachers that enables intensive coordination, and the existence of a routine learning community. Collaboration helps teachers discuss teaching modules, student characteristics, learning strategies, media, and assessment. The main constraints are limited time, unequal teacher participation, and limited learning facilities. The study implies that a structured learning community can serve as a practical managerial strategy for strengthening teachers' pedagogical competence in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and compensation on employee turnover intention at PT X  Merak–Cilegon. The phenomenon of high turnover intention among employees at the Operator/Clerk/Technician to Supervisor levels has highlighted the need to investigate the factors influencing employees' intentions to leave the company. Career development and compensation were selected as the independent variables because the results of the preliminary survey indicated that these factors were the most dominant determinants affecting turnover intention This study employed a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The population consisted of employees of PT X at the Operator/Clerk/Technician to Supervisor levels. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling, resulting in a sample of 170 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate that career development has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Compensation also has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Simultaneously, career development and compensation have a significant effect on employee turnover intention. These findings suggest that the better the career development opportunities provided by the company and the fairer and more adequate the compensation received by employees, the lower the level of employee turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Work-Life Balance and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention with Job Stress as a mediating variable among working Master of Management students. This study applies the Job Demands-Resources Model and Social Exchange Theory to explain the relationships among variables. A quantitative approach with a causal research design was employed. The population consisted of 95 working Master of Management students enrolled in 2025, and 50 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that Work-Life Balance and Organizational Commitment have significant negative effects on Job Stress, while Job Stress has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention. However, Work-Life Balance and Organizational Commitment do not directly affect Turnover Intention. Furthermore, Job Stress significantly mediates the effects of Work-Life Balance and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention. These findings indicate that reducing job stress is an important mechanism for lowering Turnover Intention among working students. The study contributes to the application of the Job Demands-Resources Model and Social Exchange Theory in the context of working graduate students.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of workload and work-life balance on employee performance through job satisfaction among working master’s students in Jakarta. This population faces dual demands from professional and academic responsibilities, making the maintenance of job satisfaction and performance increasingly challenging. Drawing on the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) Model and Social Exchange Theory, this study investigates how job demands and resources influence employee outcomes. A quantitative causal approach was employed using data from 57 working master’s students collected through convenience sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4. The results show that workload negatively and significantly affects job satisfaction but has no significant direct effect on employee performance. In contrast, work-life balance positively and significantly affects both job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction positively affects employee performance and fully mediates the relationship between workload and employee performance, while partially mediating the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance. These findings support the JD-R Model and Social Exchange Theory by highlighting the role of job satisfaction as a mechanism linking work conditions and employee performance. Practically, organizations and higher education institutions should support work-life balance and manage workload effectively to enhance satisfaction and performance among working postgraduate students.
