Abstract

High crime rates can have a negative impact on society's moral values. Crime can create insecurity, distrust and worry in society, which can undermine moral values. Apart from that, crime can also create damaging social norms. However, it is important to remember that the relationship between crime and moral values ​​is complex, and many other factors also play a role in shaping a society's moral values. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely natural, reasonable and what is, while the method used is descriptive analysis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is a need for solutions to overcome increasingly high levels of criminality from various domains, especially from the legal and educational domains to improve moral values ​​and maintain healthy social integrity.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the idea of ​​renewing Islamic education by Abdullah Ahmad. The method used in this research is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. This research data was taken from the Google Scholar database. The author used Google Scholar as the main source of information by analyzing documents related to the idea of ​​renewing Islamic education by Abdullah Ahmad. The results of this research show that first, the curriculum according to H. Abdullah Ahmad is that there is no separation between general knowledge and religious knowledge, the two must be balanced, not separated. Second, effective learning methods according to H. Abdullah Ahmad, namely; (a) debating club method, (b) praise and punishment method, (c) play and recreation method. Third, the learning media offered by H. Abdullah Ahmad uses a system of using tables, chairs and whiteboards in the learning process. Fourth, Media, the use of print media as a learning medium according to H. Abdullah Ahmad is also necessary so that the educational message reaches the learning objectives. Fifth, Education Cost Budget. With the change to HIS, Adabiyah succeeded in getting subsidies from the Dutch colonial government

Abstract

Thesis on behalf of Doni Muliadi, NIM : 4318081, This thesis is entitled "Mamak's Persuasive Communication Against His Cousins ​​in the Application of Kato Nan Ampek's Philosophy in Nagori Koto Panjang. Student of Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Study Program, Faculty of Ushuluddin Adab and Da'wah. This study proposes two main issues, namely how the factors influence, the Forms of Mamak's Persuasive Communication Against Childhood in the Application of Kato Nan Ampek's Philosophy in Nagori Koto Panjang. The research method used is qualitative which is descriptive qualitative, with the aim of being able to describe the phenomenon of society in maintaining Mamak's communication with Kemanakan. The results of this study can be concluded that the factors that influence Mamak's Persuasive Communication regarding whereabouts are clarity of purpose, things that pay attention to the person who is the other person talking to, and the right way to invite friends to apply the Kato Nan Ampek Philosophy in Nagori Koto Panjang so that there is communication between mamak and whereabouts. Forms of Mamak's Persuasive Communication towards Kemanakan by inviting whereabouts to use persuasive words, kind words towards nephews with the aim of giving an impression that can be interesting to Kemanakans to apply polite words and repeat them, giving rewards for what is done whereabouts by giving good or bad threats and embracing events that attract public attention in the form of violations of customary norms which are often found by speaking harshly to other people so that the existence of Mamak's Persuasive Communication towards Kemanakan can change the application of the Kato nan Ampek Philosophy in Nagori Koto Panjang.

Abstract

This research problem arises from the need to understand and analyse the Talent and Interest Development of Learners at SMP Negeri 1 Tilatang Kamang, West Sumatra. The purpose of the study was to explore the holistic approach applied by the school in developing learners' talents and interests, as well as to identify the impact of the development strategies implemented. The research methodology used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observation, and document analysis. Teachers, students, and other related parties at SMP Negeri 1 Tilatang Kamang became the research subjects, who provided a comprehensive view related to the development of talents and interests. This research contributes an in-depth understanding of the implementation of talent and interest development at SMP Negeri 1 Tilatang Kamang, with positive implications for learners' personal and academic development. The results show that the school applies a holistic education philosophy by forging close partnerships with the local community, industry and local artists. Teachers play an active role as mentors, and the inclusive grading system creates an environment that stimulates learners' development in various areas. Diverse extracurricular activities and the integration of practical skills in learning result in learners who are not only academically competent but also prepared to face future challenges

Abstract

Early childhood (0-6 years) is considered a critical period that determines adolescent and adult development. This phase shows a process of change that includes growth, development, maturity, and perfection, both physically and mentally, which takes place throughout life in successive stages. Therefore, providing beneficial education to children at an early age is natural and important to prepare them for the future. One important aspect of educating children at an early age is sex education. The aim of this approach is to provide information and help children understand how to safeguard and protect their bodies from potential harm. This research uses a literature study method with a qualitative approach, relying on secondary data sources such as books, journals, articles and related publications. The results of this study show that sex education involves conveying information and forming attitudes related to sex, gender, gender identity, inter-gender relations, and other intimate aspects. The importance of providing sex education from an early age is to provide children with an understanding of how to safeguard and protect their bodies from potential harm.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of Change Agents in Addressing Bullying Cases in School Environments. Child violence, especially in the form of bullying, is a serious issue that is increasingly worrying in Indonesia. verbal. Schools are one of the environments that are vulnerable to bullying. The formation of change agents in schools is one of the efforts to prevent bullying. Change agents are students who are selected from among the students in the school, who are considered to have the most interaction with other students. Change agents have preventive and curative roles in preventing bullying. This study was conducted in a descriptive form using a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is a research method based on postpositivism philosophy. The results of the study showed that Change agents in schools play a preventive and curative role in preventing bullying. The preventive role involves the formation of change agents and monitoring of bullying cases, while the curative role involves reporting and processing bullying cases to the guidance counselor and cooperation with the parents of the victim and the perpetrator.

Abstract

In connection with technological developments which also have a negative impact on users, most of whom are the successors of the nation itself. Currently, many of the nation's successors are seen starting to have bad personalities, such as filling their free time with gadgets rather than other useful things, so that the attitudes they produce are less in line with the normal characteristics of the nation's children. The purpose of this research is to see how guidance and counseling teachers' efforts are in increasing understanding of good personality at MAN 1 Bukittinggi City. Data has been collected using observation and interview methods. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. There are several efforts made by BK teachers to increase understanding of good personality in this research, namely 1) Providing material about good personality through one of the guidance and counseling services such as classical guidance, 2) Providing support- positive support for students' daily activities so as to create self-confidence in individuals to have a good personality, both at school and outside school, 3) If you experience problems in your daily life that require counseling, they will be maximized with individual counseling or counselling group.

Abstract

This article explores a case study of students violating rules at SMKN 1 Bukittinggi, focusing on the types of violations, triggering factors, the impact on academic achievement, and the school's efforts to address the issue. Utilizing a qualitative approach, including interviews, observations, and content analysis, this research delves into the complex internal dynamics of the school and external factors influencing student behavior. The research results highlight various rule violations, starting from non-compliance with class rules such as violations of the rules in the PBM. Triggering factors encompass personal aspects, family environment, and social pressures. The school has implemented various mentoring programs. Nevertheless, continuous evaluation is necessary to adjust the effectiveness of these programs. The role of parents is also acknowledged as crucial in supporting the school's efforts.. By recommending measures such as community involvement, policy reinforcement, and the use of technology for monitoring, this article presents a comprehensive perspective to assist schools in addressing similar challenges. It is anticipated that these findings contribute positively to further discussions on enhancing discipline and the learning environment in vocational high schools.
