Abstract

Education plays an important role in improving the quality of a country's human resources. Therefore, the use of various learning methods is very important, especially to maximize the student learning process. This article discusses the effectiveness of learning methods using case studies, field trips, practicums and experiments in improving student learning outcomes and increasing student motivation in the learning process. This research uses a descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Learning methods using case studies and field trips provide direct experience for students and can significantly influence student involvement in the learning process. Likewise, practical and experimental methods provide direct experience in using theory in practice. However, implementing this method requires careful planning and quite a lot of money. Apart from that, teachers also play an important role in classroom management and providing the necessary guidance during the learning process. The use of various effective learning methods is expected to improve the quality of a country's education and produce quality human resources. Therefore, there needs to be support from various parties to apply this learning method in order to create a better and more qualified generation.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, selfcontrol, personality, intelligence, noble morals, and the skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state. To realize the goals of education in Indonesia, one of the most important and very influencing factors is the professionalism of teachers in carrying out learning activities. Teachers must have competencies that include four important things, namely personal competence, professional competence, social competence and pedagogical competence. In this way, professional teachers can improve the quality of education by developing students' potential and creating a conducive learning atmosphere.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the current decline in student learning achievement because they still carry online habits caused by Covid-19. This happens because they lack motivation and reduced discipline due to being online for too long. Therefore, it is necessary to provide motivation at the beginning of learning and it is necessary to tighten student discipline so that they can return to their original condition or be better. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between motivation in learning and the learning achievement of class VII students at MTs Ma'arif Udanawu, Blitar Regency. To find out whether there is a correlation between discipline and learning and the learning achievement of class VII students at MTs Ma'arif Udanawu, Blitar Regency. To determine the relationship between motivation and discipline on the learning achievement of class VII students at MTs Ma'arif Udanawu, Blitar Regency.This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. In this research, the subjects were class VII students at MTs Ma'arif Bakung Udanawu, Blitar Regency, totaling 373 students with a sample of 93 students. The approach used in data collection was distributing questionnaires to class VII students. Data analysis methods include research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression tests. The research results identified that 1) There is a partial positive and significant influence between motivation and learning achievement as shown by the t-count which is greater than the t-table (1.715 > 1.661). 2) Partially there is also a positive and significant influence between discipline and learning achievement as seen from the t-count results which exceed the t-table (1.843 > 1.661). 3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and discipline on learning achievement as indicated by Fcount greater than Ftable (4.835 > 3.10). 4) The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 31.8%. The conclusion of this research is that there is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and learning discipline and learning achievement.

Abstract

This research tries to explain the Empowerment Strategy implemented by LAZISMu as a social institution operating in the field of philanthropy. Social inequality and efforts to eradicate it through empowerment programs are the main focus of this research. Relying on many theories and opinions put forward by Charles Tilly, in his theory Tilly said that the emergence of collective movements was due to the reflection of responses to complaints, shortcomings, ambiguity, structural tensions and other social suffering. This research uses qualitative methods and involves a lot of observation processes. The conclusion of this research is that the movement built by LAZISMu is a form of Muhammadiyah's response as a religious organization which sees ignorance and poverty as the main problems hampering this country. Therefore, empowerment is carried out as a strategy and effort to improve social welfare.

Abstract

Abstract This article aims to analyze the concept, urgency, as well as the dynamics and challenges of upholding the rule of law with justice in Indonesia. The research method used is a literature study by reviewing various reliable sources such as books, journals, and laws and regulations. The results show that the upholding of the rule of law with justice in Indonesia still faces various problems, such as the behavior of state apparatus that has not been good, the potential for social conflict and violence, as well as the weakness of law enforcement itself. Efforts that can be made are to strengthen the integrity of law enforcement officials, increase public legal awareness, and carry out comprehensive legal system reforms. Thus, the upholding of the rule of law with justice can be realized and provide legal certainty and protection of the rights of the community.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of a cognitive approach in science and science learning at SDN 01 Demangan. This research aims to increase students' knowledge about the importance of science education. Apart from that, this research also aims to shape the character of love for nature and social for students through a cognitive approach because today's children really lack an understanding of love for nature and social. The results of the research show that understanding the implementation of the cognitive approach is effective enough to be provided during science learning. The cognitive approach emphasizes that behavior is a mental process in which individuals (organisms) are active in capturing, assessing, comparing, and responding to stimuli before reacting. Individuals receive a stimulus and then carry out mental processes before reacting to the stimulus that comes.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the large number of students who had difficulty understanding social studies learning and the lack of school facilities. As with the use of projectors, other teachers still alternate, as a result, many teachers still use conventional learning methods. Researchers think that the use of the PBL learning model is helpful Mind Mapping students can be involved in the learning process from analyzing problems to problem solving. The formulation of the problem in this research is 1) How to implement the assisted PBL learning model Mind Mapping on IPS subjects at MTs ASWAJA Tunggangri. 2) How the influence of the PBL learning model helps Mind Mapping on the effectiveness of social studies learning at MTs ASWAJA Tunggangri? with learning objectives. 1) To find out the implementation of the assisted PBL learning model Mind Mapping on the IPS journey point at MTs ASWAJA Tunggangri. 2) To find out the influence of the assisted PBL learning model Mind Mapping on the effectiveness of social studies learning at MTs ASWAJA Tunggangri. The approach used is a quantitative approach, a type of quasi-experimental research with the entire population of class VII MTs ASWAJA Tunggangri. With a research sample of 2 classes, namely experimental VII A and control class VII B, with a sampling technique simple rondom sampling. In collecting data, researchers used tests, questionnaires and documentation with statistical data analysis techniques, namely the independent sample t-test and N-Gain values ​​which were previously tested for normality and homogeneity. Research results 1. In the experimental class with the assisted PBL learning model mind mapping students play more of a role in the learning process from analyzing problems, discussing to problem solving, whereas in the control class using conventional students seem bored in the learning process, so the application of the conventional model is less effective in implementing the learning model. 2. Results show test output Independent sample t-test The effectiveness of student learning with the help of N-Gain percent in the experimental class was 0.6369 in the 56-75 category, so the effectiveness score was considered quite effective, while in the control class it was 0.3554 in the <40 category which was considered ineffective. With the results of the hypothesis test having a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000. With this sig value 0.000 ≤ 0.05 then H0 rejected and H1 accepted. So there are differences in student learning outcomes between classes that were given behavior and classes that were not given behavior as well as the effectiveness of learning that was determined between the experimental class and the control class.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the structure of procedural texts in the form of titles, objectives, tools/materials, and stages written by students at SMP. The method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The techniques used in this research are test, observation and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis techniques used are reading, grouping, speaking, presenting and concluding. By using the project based learning (PJBL) model by grouping students to improve speaking skills to realize the growth of motivation among students in their same group.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to increase social participation among students through learning Social Sciences (IPS). Participation in social activities is an important part of education because it prepares people to engage effectively in society. The research method used was classroom action (PTK) involving class VII students in one of the junior high schools in city X. The research process was divided into two stages, each through four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection was carried out by observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation, then analyzed quantitatively. This study found that social studies education can significantly increase students' social participation. Employees' ability to communicate and collaborate is used as a sign of progress.

Abstract

Puberty development is a critical phase in an individual's life marked by significant physical, emotional, social and cognitive changes. This phase occurs when the body experiences rapid growth and hormonal changes that affect various aspects of a teenager's life. Physical development includes growth of reproductive organs, secondary development, and increases in physical capacity. Apart from that, teenagers also experience emotional developments such as emotional turmoil and the search for self-identity. Adolescent social development involves identity exploration, interaction with peers, and adjustment to social norms. Cognitive development also develops with increasingly mature abstract and analytical thinking abilities. This study illustrates the importance of an in-depth understanding of pubertal development to support the well-being and optimal growth of adolescents.
