Abstract

His study examines the role of guidance and counseling teachers in shaping and improving student values and morals in school. The study aims to investigate the impact of guidance and counseling on students' moral development and the strategies used by teachers to promote moral values. The research employed a mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methods. The results show that guidance and counseling teachers play a significant role in fostering moral values and ethics among students. The study highlights the importance of teacher-student relationships, classroom management, and the use of various teaching strategies in promoting moral development. The findings also suggest that guidance and counseling teachers should be equipped with the necessary skills and resources to effectively address the moral needs of students. The study concludes that the role of guidance and counseling teachers in forming and enhancing student values and morals is crucial in creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and find new ways to develop students' careers based on the independent curriculum through the analysis of field work practices. To achieve this goal, the researcher used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire questionnaire given to students who play an important role in field work practices at the Faculty of Febi IAIN Lhokseumawe. There were 4 students who became sources of information in this study and 1 lecturer. The results of this study include several things, among others: 1) Career development planning in higher education, 2) Types of career development programmes implemented, 3) Implementation and evaluation of field work practices, and 4) The effectiveness of independent curriculum-based career development implemented. Field work practices, workshops, and seminars carried out turned out to be able to improve student competence in career development.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an activity that until now has a positive value for economic development in Indonesia. Based on BPS data in the last 3 years (2021, 2022, and 2023), the decline in the unemployment rate continues to increase. Thus, the research aims to see how the implementation of project-based entrepreneurship is carried out by students. On the basis of his thinking, these entrepreneurial activities can help make students more creative, innovative, independent and help improve the Indonesian economy. This research is a qualitative type with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection in this study uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that the implementation of project-based entrepreneurship for students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Christian Education (FKIPK) IAKN Palangka is an activity that is in line with a project-based learning theory which has been widely carried out in secondary schools. The impact of the implementation of project-based entrepreneurship for students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Christian Education (FKIPK) IAKN Palangka Raya includes negative and positive sides. The negative side is that it is difficult for students to divide their time between project work and lecture activities. Meanwhile, the positive side of the implementation of project-based entrepreneurship provides experience, insight, entrepreneurial abilities and skills, as well as the growth of students' interest in entrepreneurship in a creative, innovative, and independent manner.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how important it is to study educational sociology for guidance and counseling teachers. This type of research is descriptive research with qualitative research methods. The data collection method used is literature which refers to research that has been researched and then analyzed into a scientific work. The results of this research show that guidance and counseling teachers must also be very important in socializing, especially in the world of education, because guidance and counseling teachers must be able to collaborate with any party such as students, subject teachers, homeroom teachers, school principals and others. other purposes to coordinate the development of these students.

Abstract

This research discusses job analysis and its implications for the performance of teaching staff. Job analysis is a crucial element in human resource management, because it helps organizations understand the tasks that must be performed in each position, set objective performance standards, and align individual goals with organizational goals. In addition, job analysis also supports career development, human resource planning, and ensures compliance with legal provisions related to occupational safety and health. In the educational context, job analysis is important to understand the duties and responsibilities of teaching staff in achieving educational goals in accordance with religious values. This research uses a literature review method to evaluate the impact of job analysis on the performance of teaching staff by referring to previous empirical studies. The results show that a clear understanding of duties and responsibilities can increase motivation, job satisfaction and overall performance of teaching staff.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of population growth and economic growth on the unemployment rate in Pontianak City through literature review and ethnographic methods. The research findings show that the theory of population growth explains how demographic dynamics can affect the availability of job opportunities. Rapid population growth in Pontianak City has had an impact on the increase in the labor force, which is not accompanied by adequate economic growth, thus causing an increase in the unemployment rate. In addition, other factors such as the quality of human resources, the distribution of development, and the availability of infrastructure also affect employment opportunities in the region. Efforts to control the rate of population growth through population programs, such as increasing access to education and health as well as empowering women, are expected to reduce the unemployment rate and improve the welfare of the community in Pontianak City in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Character education in the digital era faces various complex challenges. Rapid advances in technology mean that children spend more time in cyberspace, such as playing games and social media, rather than opening learning sites. In this research, the method used is a qualitative descriptive method with literature study. The research results show that there are several challenges to character education in the digital era, including balance aspects, safety and security aspects, cyberbullying aspects, and copyright aspects. In overcoming these challenges, strategies that can be used are digital education, parental involvement and supervision, limiting screen time, and encouraging social interaction.

Abstract

Digital literacy is very important in education today, especially at the elementary school level. This article aims to explore strategies and challenges in increasing students' digital literacy in elementary schools in the digital era. The research method used is a literature study to analyze factors increasing digital literacy, such as curriculum development, teacher training, infrastructure access and technological resources. This research focuses on the importance of increasing students' digital literacy in elementary schools in the digital era, with a focus on challenges, strategies and factors for increasing digital literacy. The research results show that adequate access to technology infrastructure and resources, as well as parental involvement, are critical in increasing digital literacy. Challenges such as social and economic disparities, technology management, and resistance to change must be overcome with character strengthening strategies, understanding the importance of digital literacy, and collaboration from all stakeholders. A comprehensive and coordinated approach is needed to achieve optimal results in improving students' digital literacy in elementary schools.

Abstract

Technological developments are closely related to the trading system, especially export activities. Developing technology with various existing applications is the right choice because it makes international trade increasingly have a very broad market coverage. Export activities for an MSME apart from needing media that makes the MSME more known to more people and more widespread, it also needs a place as a forum for training and information about digitalization. PT. Lacorre Loka Maya is a digitally oriented learning institution providing Digital Export training for spices and fashion. This training aims to produce young exporters who can develop local products in the spice and fashion sectors so they are ready to enter the global market.

Abstract

This research is based on single parent women who play a dual role as housewives and work in place of their husbands. Despite this, single parent women are generally still able to meet their family's needs both in terms of economics, education and also attention to their children. This is an award in itself for single parent women. The research focus in writing this thesis is. 1.) What are the problems faced by single parent women in instilling a disciplined attitude towards learning in teenagers in Bangunjaya Village, Pakel District, Tulungagung Regency? 2.) What efforts are made by single parent women to instill a disciplined attitude towards learning in teenagers in Bangunjaya Village, Pakel District, Tulungagung Regency? The aim of the research is 1. To analyze the problems faced by single parent women in instilling a disciplined attitude towards learning in teenagers in Bangunjaya Village, Pakel District, Tulungagung Regency. 2. To analyze the efforts made by single parent women to instill a disciplined attitude towards learning in teenagers in Bangunjaya Village, Pakel District, Tulungagung Regency.The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative research type. The location of this research is Bangunjaya Village, Pakel District, Tulungagung Regency. Data sources taken use primary and secondary data. Data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in the form of the latest theory, presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking data validity. From the results of the data discussion, it can be seen that the results of this research are the first problems faced by single parent women in instilling a disciplined attitude towards learning in teenagers in Bangunjaya Village, Pakel District, Tulungagung Regency, namely their children who often have small arguments when asked to study and their children they often play on cellphones. There are also those who exhibit deviant behavior and some are victims of bullying and sometimes complain because their friends are always with their father figure but not with him. The second is the efforts made by single parent women to instill a disciplined attitude towards learning in children in Bangunjaya Village, namely they accompany their children to study, while they also confiscate children's cellphones so that children want to study. There are also those who provide punishment and guidance starting from the family, discipline through habits, discipline through organizations, discipline through educational tools such as extracurriculars at school.
