Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Lurah Office in Solok City. A quantitative method was employed, involving a sample of 106 respondents. The results of the statistical analysis indicate that Leadership partially has no significant effect on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the t-test value (tcount 1,565 < ttable 1,983) with a significance value of 0.121 > 0.05. Conversely, Work Motivation partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance, as demonstrated by the t-test value (tcount 6,561 > ttable 1,983) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, the study concludes that Leadership and Work Motivation simultaneously influence Employee Performance at the Lurah Office in Solok City. This is supported by the F-test results (fcount 55,941 > ftable 3,058) with a significance level of 0.000, which is considerably lower than alpha (0.05). The R-Square value was found to be 0.521, indicating that these variables contribute 52.1% to Employee Performance, while the remaining 47.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of competence, loyalty, and work discipline on employee performance at the Solok City Agriculture and Food Service Office. The research employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 110 respondents. The results of the t-test indicate that competence (X1), work discipline (X2), and loyalty (X3) significantly affect employee performance. Statistical analysis shows that competence (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 2.257 > t-table 1.982 and a significance value of 0.026 < 0.05. Therefore, employee performance is strongly influenced by competence. Furthermore, work discipline (X2) also has a significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 3.502 > t-table 1.982 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. This finding indicates that employee performance is greatly influenced by work discipline. In addition, loyalty (X3) significantly affects employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 2.759 > t-table 1.982 and a significance value of 0.007 < 0.05. Thus, employee performance is also significantly influenced by loyalty. At the Solok City Agriculture and Food Service Office, competence, work discipline, and loyalty collectively have a substantial impact on employee performance. This is supported by the results of the F-test, which show an F-calculated value of 31.956 > F-table 2.690 and a significance value of 0.000, which is lower than α (0.05). The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.475 indicates that competence, work discipline, and loyalty contribute 47.5% to employee performance, while the remaining 52.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The improvement of the quality of graduates in integrated Islamic elementary schools is highly determined by the quality of educators andeducation staff. Problems that often arise in the management of private schools are the recruitment and selection process that is not fully based onstrategic needs and expected quality indicators of graduates. This study aims to analyze the recruitment and selection strategies of educators andeducation personnel and their implications on the quality of graduates at SDIT Al Malik Prabumulih. The research uses a qualitative approachwith a case study design. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with school principals, selection teams, and teachers, observation of the recruitment process, and analysis of internal policy documents. The results of the study show that the recruitment strategy based on four teachercompetencies (pedagogic, professional, social, and personality) strengthened with religious standards typical of integrated Islamic schools hassignificant implications for improving the quality of graduates, both in academic aspects and Islamic character. Selection is carried out throughmultiple stages: administration, written and psychological tests, microteaching, Qur'an reading and memorization tests, aptitude tests, and Islamicvalue interviews. Final decision-making is carried out through committee assessments, school principals' istikharah and foundation meetings.Teacher performance evaluations are carried out monthly, semi-annually, and annually with a reward and punishment system. The contribution ofthis research is the development of a model of "Quality-Based Recruitment of Islamic Graduates" that integrates professional competence, valuesuitability, and a continuous evaluation system as a strategy to improve the quality of integrated Islamic elementary schools.

Abstract

The implementation of the OSS-RBA system following the enactment of UU Cipta Kerja was intended to simplify and accelerate business licensing in Indonesia. However, the issuance of Building Approval Permits (PBG) through OSS-RBA often conflicts with the Digital Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR), which should function as the main instrument of spatial control. This study aims to analyze the legal relationship between digital RDTR and PBG issuance, identify the causes of inconsistency, and formulate an integration model to ensure legal certainty. This research uses a normative legal method with statutory and conceptual approaches. Legal materials consist of legislation, books, journals, and related references, analyzed descriptively. The results show that RDTR remains the primary legal basis for determining spatial conformity, while PBG must comply with spatial planning rules and technical building standards. Inconsistencies occur due to limited digital RDTR availability, regulatory disharmony, overlapping authority between central and regional governments, and weak coordination. These conditions may cause PBG to be administratively valid but problematic in spatial terms. Therefore, stronger integration between RDTR and OSS-RBA is required through data synchronization, regulatory harmonization, stronger regional verification, and effective supervision. This is necessary to ensure efficient licensing, legal certainty, and good governance.

Abstract

This literature study using a thematic interpretation approach was conducted to examine how Islamic values are integrated into guidance and counseling services to strengthen students’ character. The findings reveal that the value of tauhid (Islamic monotheism) serves as the foundation for fostering integrity and social awareness, which are essential for counselors in professional practice. The provision of counseling services incorporating spiritual elements has proven effective in shaping students’ character. It is expected that guidance and counseling teachers consistently apply this approach and develop Islamic-integrated counseling service modules in order to optimize the implementation of counseling services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of web-based student services (SILAYAK) at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Raden Fatah Palembang, and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. SILAYAK is an academic service innovation that is effective in improving the quality of student services. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The key informants were the Head of Administration and the SILAYAK administrator, while the supporting informants were students of the Islamic Education Management study program. The results show that the web-based student service system (SILAYAK) has been implemented quite effectively based on the five service quality indicators (SERVQUAL), namely reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness. The system provides easy access to academic services online, improves time efficiency, and simplifies student administrative processes. However, several obstacles remain, particularly related to internet network issues and technical disruptions that hinder optimal service performance. Supporting factors for service effectiveness include the availability of digital-based systems, ease of access to information, and the readiness of human resources in operating the system. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include dependence on internet connectivity, potential system errors, and limited user understanding of application procedures. Therefore, improvements in technical aspects and infrastructure are needed to ensure optimal performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of profitability and investment decisions on firm value, with dividend policy serving as a moderating variable. Profitability in this study is measured using Return on Assets (ROA), investment decisions are measured using Total Assets Growth (TAG), dividend policy is formulated through the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and firm value is measured based on Price to Book Value (PBV). This research employs a quantitative approach, with samples selected using purposive sampling techniques. A total of 76 samples were obtained from 19 LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2023 period. Using multiple linear regression analysis, the results indicate that firm value is positively influenced by profitability. Meanwhile, investment decisions have no significant effect on firm value. Dividend policy is able to moderate the relationship between profitability and firm value. However, dividend policy is unable to moderate the relationship between investment decisions and firm value.
