Abstract

The government program related to the health insurance policy managed by BPJS Kesehatan is not only focused on health aspects but also has a significant impact on social and religious matters, particularly for the Muslim community in Indonesia. This policy program aligns with the fundamental principles of Islamic law, which aims to protect life, wealth, offspring, and so on, in order to achieve the welfare of the family. The purpose of this writing is to analyze the integration of Islamic law in the National Health Insurance (JKN) policy and its impact on the resilience of Muslim families. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through literature studies, followed by thematic analysis to identify the convergence points between Islamic values and the principles of JKN. The research findings show that the JKN policy accommodates Islamic legal values, such as the principle of ta’awun (mutual help). JKN directly contributes to the protection of life, intellect, wealth, and offspring through maternal and child health programs aimed at shielding families from catastrophic healthcare costs. The impact of this is seen in the resilience of families, with a reduction in financial pressure due to illness, improved health quality of family members, and the realization of a sense of security, which is a pillar of a peaceful, loving, and compassionate family (sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah).

Abstract

The increase in the number of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Indonesia reflects a positive trend in strengthening the rural economy. However, these enterprises still face various challenges related to governance and operational effectiveness. This study aims to analyze the governance of BUMDes Sumber Rejeki in Sari Mulya Village by integrating public sector governance aspects with the managerial functions of public organizations. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling techniques, data collection through in-depth interviews and document analysis, and data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings reveal that organizational structure and participatory leadership have been established. However, recruitment mechanisms, procedural documentation, internal supervision, and risk management have not been fully optimized. Managerial functions such as planning, organizing, mobilizing, and controlling have been implemented adaptively, but they are not yet integrated into a sustainable institutional system. These findings suggest that strengthening written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal evaluation systems, community participation, and local potential-based planning are strategic steps toward building a more accountable and sustainable governance model for BUMDes.

Abstract

Gross motor development in early childhood is a fundamental aspect in supporting physical, social, and cognitive growth. Children with autism often experience difficulties in gross motor skills such as walking, kicking, and throwing, thus requiring structured learning strategies. This study aims to analyze the application of skill play stimulation in training gross motor skills in children with autism at Sinar Indonesia School Cibubur. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. The research population consisted of all children with autism who participated in the inclusion program, while the sample was selected purposively, namely one child with gross motor delays. The research instruments included participatory observation, semi-structured interviews with the principal, classroom teachers, and assistant teachers, as well as photo and video documentation. Data analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman's interactive model, which included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the application of skill play involving kicking a ball, walking on a balance beam, and throwing and catching a ball was able to improve the children's coordination, balance, concentration, and self-confidence. The support of assistant teachers, the use of simple instructions and visual media, and the giving of praise and rewards were important factors in the success of the stimulation. These findings confirm that skill play is effective in inclusive learning to improve the gross motor development of children with autism. Further research is recommended to involve more participants and extend the duration of the intervention to strengthen the generalization of the results.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of class X students of SMAN 1 Nan Sabaris, Padang Pariaman Regency. This is caused by low literacy interest and low student participation in the learning process. This study aims to determine the extent of influence of literacy interest and student participation in learning on student learning outcomes in economics for class X at SMAN 1 Nan Sabaris, Padang Pariaman Regency. This research is a correlational study. The population of this study was all 287 students of class X of SMAN 1 Nan Sabaris, Padang Pariaman Regency. The sampling technique used stratified proportional random sampling, totaling 167 students. The research instrument was a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used were prerequisite analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence of literacy interest (X1) and student participation level in learning (X2) on economics learning outcomes (Y), with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a calculated t-value of 7.377 >1.667 (t-table). Literacy interest and student participation level in learning have a coefficient (b1) of 0.038. This means that every 1% change in literacy interest will increase literacy interest by 3.8%. Furthermore, the coefficient (b2) is 0.058. This means that every 1% change in student participation level in learning will increase student participation level by 5.8%. The results of multiple regression testing indicate that the coefficient of determination (R2) of 30.3% of learning outcomes is influenced by literacy interest and student participation level in learning, while the remaining 69.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to explore public engagement as a determining factor in the management of sustainable tourism at Bukik Tabuah Ecotourism. The issue raised is how far the public plays an active role in control and development functions, in line with the participatory principles of ecotourism. Using a descriptive qualitative method and in-depth interviews with ecotourism managers, the Wali Nagari, and the local community, this research seeks to identify the concrete forms of such participation. The results show that public engagement at Bukik Tabuah is crucial and operational, manifested through an effective two-way dialogue mechanism. The main focus of public involvement is on socio-cultural control, which has led to firm agreements in the form of rules prohibiting illegal couples and the carrying of prohibited goods, emphasizing the community's role in maintaining local norms. Furthermore, engagement also includes the supervision role of the Nagari in monitoring potential social impacts and providing suggestions for infrastructure improvements (facilities and infrastructure). Although input is accommodated, its realization is gradual due to priority adjustments. Therefore, Bukik Tabuah Ecotourism proves that public engagement is not merely about conveying aspirations, but serves as a key instrument in maintaining cultural harmony, conducting oversight, and promoting sustainable community-based development.

Abstract

The limited availability of burial land in urban areas has become a significant issue in the management of public space. This study aims to analyze the management of burial land by the Tunggul Hitam Cemetery Unit (UPTD TPU) of Padang City in addressing the land scarcity issue using a public management approach. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out interactively through processes of reduction, presentation, as well as conclusion drawing and verification. The results show that the UPTD TPU Tunggul Hitam has effectively applied the four functions of management according to George R. Terry planning, organizing, directing, and controlling despite facing various limitations. In the planning phase, the policy of land-sharing and the expansion plan for the Air Dingin cemetery are the primary strategies to address the land crisis. In organizing, task divisions are clear, but limitations in human resources and inter-departmental coordination remain obstacles. In directing, participatory leadership styles and open communication have boosted employee morale, while in controlling, field monitoring and administration are regularly carried out, although they are still limited in digital capacity. Overall, the UPTD has demonstrated an adaptive management pattern that aligns with the principles of efficiency, accountability, and sustainable public service. The findings of this study are expected to provide input for local governments in formulating integrated burial land management policies in the future.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of the lack of cooperation attitudes among second-grade students at SDN 160 Palembang, where interaction and collaboration within groups are still limited. To address this challenge, the study aims to describe the process of implementing the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model and to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study involved the teacher and second-grade students of class II D as subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, with validation through triangulation. The results of the study show that the CIRC model successfully fostered students' cooperation attitudes, self-confidence, and communication. This success was supported by the teacher's creativity and the use of effective learning media. However, the implementation of the model was hindered by an unfavorable classroom environment and limited time allocation. The study concludes that the CIRC model is effective, but it requires better classroom management strategies to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the creative economy in enhancing regional competitiveness, particularly in the film subsector in Tasikmalaya Regency. The serial film Macan dalam Toples (MDT) by Layar Lokal is an example of the contribution of local creators, but it still faces challenges in audience retention and market expansion. The aim of the study is to analyze the marketing strategy of MDT through the 4P marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) and a holistic marketing approach. The method used is qualitative, case study, including in-depth interviews, observations, and literature review. The results show that MDT builds emotional closeness with the local audience, but the inconsistent storyline lowers retention. The free pricing strategy is effective in reaching audiences, but it has not yet generated revenue. Distribution is through YouTube, but irregular release schedules weaken enthusiasm. Promotion via social media effectively reaches communities, but it is limited in expanding exposure. The holistic marketing analysis identifies four main constraints: 1) internal marketing is hindered by resource limitations, 2) relationships have not been optimized, 3) integrated marketing is weak, and 4) performance marketing is underutilized and difficult to measure for optimization. Based on these findings, it can be seen that the 4P strategy is strong but not yet optimal in increasing viewers and revenue. The application of holistic marketing offers a framework to improve content, distribution, and promotion.
