Abstract

The existence of word vowel phonemes in all languages, including in Indonesian is very dominant. All words in their internal structure must be found in phonemes. As a result of the existence of a very dominant vowel phoneme, its existence is able to form what is called a phoneme vocal sequence. The application of research theory in connection with efforts to describe vowel series phonemes is based on the linguistic theory of the phonological field of the phonemic subfield. Because the study focuses on the smallest unit of language sounds, namely phonemes. The research implementation is based on three strategic stages, namely:1. provision of data, 2. classification and analysis of data, 3. preparation / writing of reports. The findings of the data are more secondary, so the findings of the data focus on the availability of references, so that the existence of a large Indonesian language dictionary acts as a "smart" book. The findings of primary data are relatively difficult to do. There are seven kinds of vocal phonemes, namely / a, i, u, ê, é, è, o /. The seven vowel phonemes are relatively capable of forming vowel phonemes, so that in the end a table can be made from each of the seven vowel phonemes in question.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the results of the ability to summarize the contents of the text of the results of observations of class VII A Bajeng Script Middle School. This study aims to find out (1) The implementation of learning summarizes the contents of the text of the observation report using the CIRC learning model (2) Improving the ability of learning outcomes in summarizing the text of the observation report using the CIRC learning model in class VII A SMP Aksara Bajeng. This research is classroom action research which consists of two cycles. The subjects of this study were all students of class VII A with a total of 25 students. The treatment given to research subjects to improve learning outcomes of the material summarizes the contents of the text of the observation report using the CIRC learning model. The results showed that the implementation of learning using the CIRC learning model was appropriate to improve students' abilities in summarizing the text of the observation report. This is evidenced by the value of student learning outcomes that have increased each cycle. In the initial test the average value of students was 47.92 with a learning mastery level of 28%. In cycle I the average value of student learning was 62.4 with a mastery level of 44%. Cycle II student average score of 81.8 with a mastery level of 80%. Based on the research results above, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of class VII A students at Bajeng Script Middle School through the application of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition learning model have increased.

Abstract

This study discusses learning Fiqh in the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) learning method with a learning concept that helps teachers relate the material taught to students' real-world situations and encourages students to make connections between the knowledge they have and its application in their lives as family members and public. This article uses the content analysis research method. Content analysis is a research method used to understand the meaning of written text, images, or audio in certain contexts. This method is carried out by identifying and categorizing information contained in text or images, then interpreting the meaning contained therein. The results of the study show that the learning strategy of Contextual Teaching and Learning in the Subject of Fiqh plays a very important role for students and is also increasingly motivated to participate in learning and is able to solve all the problems encountered, both problems that are found directly during the learning process and when solving evaluation questions that are given, then the overall results of this study indicate that the model of applying the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) strategy with the cooperative learning method is able to increase student activity and mastery of concepts of learning material and is very suitable to be applied to train students' abilities to find, associate previous material with studied material.

Abstract

Several threats continue to cause species declines and even extinctions, despite increased efforts from non-governmental organizations, academics, and governments over the past few decades. Conservation scientists must be interested in the factors that motivate human behavior because resource use by a growing human population is a significant driver of biodiversity loss. Monetary models have been applied to human decision making for a long time; in any case, people are not ?nancially sane creatures and different qualities of the chief (counting demeanor) and the tension that individuals see to act with a particular goal in mind (emotional standards) may in?uence navigation; Social psychologists who are interested in human decision-making take these characteristics into consideration. We look at how behavioral theories from social psychology have been applied to conservation and resource management. Since many studies focus on general attitudes toward conservation rather than specific conservation-relevant behaviors, they are of limited use when developing interventions to change specific behaviors (such as reducing hunting of endangered species). Behaviors that have an impact on conservation goals will be better understood, allowing for improved intervention design by more specifically defining the behavior of interest and investigating attitude in the context of other social-psychological predictors of behavior (such as subjective norms, the presence of facilitating factors, and moral obligation).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce an assessment instrument based on multicultural education on the Indonesian language subject matter, the theme of Unity in Differences for grade VI elementary schools that is feasible (valid, practical and effective) to improve the quality of processes and learning outcomes for grade VI elementary school students. This research is research development (R & D) which refers to the theory of Borg and Gall. Limited trials were conducted in class VI with 3 (three) elementary schools, namely SD N Pedurungan Kidul 02, SD N Pedurungan Kidul 05, and SD Muhammadiyah 08 Semarang.. Limited trial using one group pretest-posttest design. Methods of data collection using observation techniques, test techniques and questionnaires to obtain validity results. Data analysis techniques are descriptive and quantitative. The results of the validity test of the assessment instrument were stated to be very valid with a percentage of 88.75%. The multicultural education-based assessment instrument developed is classified as practical criteria, where the results of the teacher and student responses show an assessment of 88% with very feasible criteria. The multicultural education-based assessment instrument that has been developed is effective in improving the quality of the process and learning outcomes with the theme of the beauty of togetherness with the results of the student's effectiveness test being 80% of the scores meet the kkm. The results of the study concluded that the assessment instrument based on multicultural education that was developed met the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective so that it was feasible to improve the quality of the student learning process on the theme of beautiful togetherness of civic education lesson content for grade iv elementary school.

Abstract

Learning supervision is all the efforts of educational leaders to assist, supervise, improve, develop teachers in their learning process, so that what they do can be carried out effectively and efficiently in achieving educational goals. The focus of this research is how is the implementation of academic supervision in improving teacher performance, how are academic supervision techniques in improving teacher performance, what are the obstacles to academic supervision in improving teacher performance. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of learning supervision in improving teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah Al-istiqomah. field research research (field). Data collection techniques using structured interviews, passive participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data in this study uses source triangulation. As a result, this learning supervision is needed. Due to being a medium for madrasah/school heads in order to supervise and foster the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Al-istiqoamh teachers, especially in the field of the learning process, it is hoped that the implementation of this learning supervision will bring significant changes.

Abstract

The improvement of the quality of educational unit organizers is carried out through an organizational culture implemented by the head of the educational unit. The head of the educational unit in this case plays a managerial and supervisory role in improving the quality of the educational organization. The implementation of quality improvement in this regard is carried out through the implementation of the basic values of civil servants (ASN) based on peer assessment, which is then integrated with rewards and punishments. This is done in accordance with the goals of the school action research, which aims to enhance the integrity and performance of the school organization. The School Action Research (PTS) in this case is carried out at SMK Negeri 1 Koto Besar with the research subjects being educators, educational personnel, as well as the head and deputy head of the educational unit. The School Action Research (PTS) is conducted in 2 cycles, and after data collection and analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: there is an increase in integrity in the school organization at SMK Negeri 1 Koto Besar through peer assessment in the implementation of the basic values of civil servants (ASN). The percentage ranges from 12% for discipline to below 5% for the indicators of professionalism, cooperation, loyalty, honesty, work initiative, commitment and responsibility, service orientation, and social personality, which need to be optimized as they have not yet met the requirements. As a form of appreciation and motivation, rewards in the form of certificates and material rewards, as well as punishments in the form of reduced teaching hours, have a positive impact on instilling the value of integrity in the educational unit.

Abstract

In communicating, we often experience misunderstandings about something being discussed, or get stuck in awkward situations because the conversation is not going smoothly. Discourse markers are crucial in communication, helping speakers formulate new ideas and make their speech more natural. This study analyzed the types and functions of discourse markers in Jay Shetty’s On Purpose program using a descriptive-qualitative approach. The researcher combined the theories of Biber et al. (1999) and Castro (2009) to classify the types and functions of discourse markers. The result revealed that the most commonly used discourse marker is the clause “you know”, and the dominant function of discourse markers that are used is response or reaction markers and back-channel signals, which help speaker express reaction to previous discourse, show understanding, and continued attention while other speakers are getting their turn.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low mastery of science concepts for fifth grade students of SDN 008 Salo Timur. This study aims to improve the mastery of science concepts for fifth grade students of SDN 008 Salo Timur. This research is a class follow-up study, which was carried out in two cycles and each cycle consisted of two meetings. The subjects in this study were 1 teacher and 29 students, while the object was using a problem based learning model to improve students' mastery of science concepts. The research instrument consisted of a teacher activity observation sheet and an observation sheet for student activities during the learning process using a problem based learning model. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the results of research that has been carried out through 2 cycles, at the second meeting of the first cycle the classical mastery of mastery of science concepts is only 24, 13% in the low category and the average learning value is only 67.03 in the medium category. It is known that there was an increase in students' mastery of science concepts after improvements were made in the second cycle of meeting 2, the results of classical mastery of students' mastery of science concepts were 86.20% in the very high category and the average student learning score was 80.55 in the high category. Based on the results of this study, it is shown that if a problem based learning model is used, it can increase the mastery of science concepts for students of class V 008 East Salo.

Abstract

This research examines the process of implementing the new Student Acceptance System (PPDB) at SMA Negeri 1 Sugihan in the 2023/2024 academic year. This type of research is qualitative, with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and data verification. To obtain the validity of the data, this research was carried out through triangulation namely source, time and method. The results of the study show that the process of accepting new students through the zoning system has been carried out properly, by allocating a minimum of 50% of admissions from the zoning system. This system follows the rules of the government and also the regulations of the existing system. Acceptance of the zoning pathway is important to implement to provide a sense of justice for students who are in the closest environment to the school.
