Abstract

The education system in Indonesia is regulated by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2003. The constitution contains the meaning, purpose and matters relating to education in Indonesia. However, if we look further, the implementation of education in Indonesia is still far from what is stated in the constitution of Law No 20 of 2003. Efforts are needed to improve the quality of education of Indonesia's young generation, especially in the 3T areas, as well as providing education services, overcoming teacher limitations, and equalizing education in the 3T areas throughout Indonesia. To be able to develop education policies and solutions in Indonesia, we need to analyze the problems of education in Indonesia..

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of foreign music learning in class XII science 2 at SMAN 13 Padang. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive methods. The instrument in this research was the researcher himself and was assisted with supporting instruments in the form of writing equipment and a camera. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The data in this research uses primary and secondary data. The steps to analyze data are collecting data, identifying data, classifying data, describing and concluding data. The research results show that the learning process is going well and the teacher uses the RPP as a reference in learning even though the teacher has not carried out all the activities in the RPP. Students are helped by the audiovisual media provided by the teacher. This is proven by the percentage of 100% of students getting a score above the KKM with the lowest score being 84.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the activities in utilizing reading corners in forming the character of students in cultivating literacy at MI Al-Khoiriyah 02 Semarang. This research uses interview techniques, observation techniques and documentation retrieval techniques. This research uses a qualitative method which is supported by studies of scientific articles that are similar to the title. The study of scientific articles is to compare previous studies and find out information about research, determine problem topics, formulate problems and also record information from scientific articles. which is relevant. The purpose of this writing is to find out the use of reading corners which are carried out 5 minutes before Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) take place, and to find out what impacts they have in improving character education on student literacy. and how the teacher educates so that character education is realized in the madrasa.

Abstract

This research aims to find out one of the efforts to instill the spirit of nationalism in students through the flag ceremony at SMAS ST.Petrus Kewapante school. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The informants in this study were School Principal, Civic Education Teacher, Student Affairs Teacher, and Students of SMAS ST.Petrus Kewapante. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, documentation. Data analysis techniques in the form of data collection, data reduction, and data verification.The results of this study indicate that: In essence, teachers and students understand the spirit of nationalism as a homeland attitude that is important for every citizen including students. The flag ceremony at school is also considered important as an effort to strengthen the spirit of nationalism of students.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to strive to improve teachers' abilities in writing scientific papers through classroom action research training in the target area of ??Kalidawir District, Tulungagung Regency. Training activities are carried out in three stages, namely: preparation stage, implementation stage and reporting stage. The implementation of this training can be said to be successful. The indicators that serve as benchmarks for the success of implementing this service activity are the achievement of the activity objectives, namely increasing teachers' understanding of PTK, increasing motivation in implementing PTK and teachers gaining direct experience in preparing PTK proposals. The results of the research are scientific work which is rarely done by teachers, especially in madrasas. On the other hand, teachers realize that one of their tasks is to develop their ideas in the field of education in the form of scientific work. This is likely caused by limited abilities in compiling scientific work. The implementation of this training can be said to be successful. The indicators that serve as benchmarks for the success of implementing this training activity are the achievement of the activity objectives, namely increasing teachers' understanding of PTK, increasing motivation in implementing PTK and teachers gaining direct experience in preparing PTK proposals. The indicators that show success in providing experience implementing PTK and reporting PTK results cannot yet be measured. This is because no participant has officially submitted a request for assistance in implementing and reporting PTK results. Further training activities can be strengthened by providing special assistance to MI teachers to carry out classroom action research so that they are able to make PTK reports properly and correctly.

Abstract

This research explores the dynamics of conflict that occur between workers and factory entrepreneurs in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District, using the perspective of Karl Marx's conflict icon theory. Fish factories are one of the main economic sectors in this area, and conflicts between fish factory workers and entrepreneurs have a significant impact on the social and economic life of local communities. Karl Marx's conflict theory is used as an analytical framework to understand the root of the problem, the resources being contested, and the role of social class in this conflict. This research includes participatory observation methods, interviews, and document analysis to explore the perspectives of fish factory workers and entrepreneurs. The research results show that the conflict in Kedungrejo Village is related to economic inequality and control of production resources. Workers experience exploitation, low wages and unsafe working conditions, while fish factory entrepreneurs try to maximize their profits. This conflict reflects the conflict between the working class who seek to protect their economic rights and entrepreneurs who prioritize their profits. In the perspective of Karl Marx's conflict theory, this conflict is the result of a structural conflict between the working class (proletariat) and the owners of capital (capitalists). These conflicts reflect fundamental inequalities in the distribution of wealth and power. This research proposes the need for more inclusive and fair solutions in overcoming this conflict, such as collective bargaining, stricter labor regulations, and building awareness of the working class to increase their bargaining power in negotiations with fish factory entrepreneurs. Thus, this research provides insight into the dynamics of conflict between workers and fish factory entrepreneurs in the context of the Kedungrejo Village community, as well as its implications from the perspective of Karl Marx's conflict theory.

Abstract

This research was raised and the problems fthat research found in class V SDN 12 Padang Lua were that there were low students islamic education learning outcomes. This can be seen in the students’ MID scores, where there are still many student who have not achieved completeness, which is 75. This study aims to see whether the talking stick type cooperative learning model can affect student learning outcomes, especially in the subject of Islamic Religious Education at SDN 12 Padang Lua. In this study, the research used a quasi-experimental design and nonequivalent control group design. Based on the research result and hypothesis testing, it shows that the learning model, namely the cooperative talking stick type, has an effect on students learning outcomes in PAI subject for fifth grade student of class V at SDN 12 Padang Lua. In determination coefficient test, a value of 71,9% is influenced by the talking stick and cooperative learning model 28,1% influenced by other aspects not examined. Then in testing the hypothesis using the parametric test, test Sig. value is 0,033, where the value is Sig. 0,033 < 0,05. Therefore it was So it concluded that there was a significant influence on learning outcomes after the cooperative learning model was applied to the talking stick type in Islamic Religious Education subjects. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted (hypothesis accepted).

Abstract

Cyberspace is now no longer only able to connect people with devices, but also people with other people throughout the world. It is hoped that the existence of MSMEs will be able to stimulate the economy amidst the current economic slowdown. The use of digital technology-based marketing concepts (digital marketing) gives hope for MSMEs to develop into economic powerhouses. MSME players collaborate on promotional media and digital-based distribution media to gain maximum profits. Currently, almost all MSME businesses or even restaurants and fast food businesses use digital marketing-based promotional media and distribution media. This research focuses on discussing the role of digital marketing as a marketing strategy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the concept of people’s economic empowerment. This strategy is an adaptation step to be able to survive and transform into superior Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Carrying out a needs analysis can help find out whether the program fits the learner's goals and objectives for learning a language and at the same time can be used to help improve various components of the program that are more oriented to the learner's needs. Needs analysis can also help in evaluating existing programs and if deficiencies are found it can help in determining the need to introduce changes that may suit the needs of learners.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low reading culture of students towards religious books. The school has made efforts to develop the reading culture of its students. This study aims to determine how the strategy of developing a culture of reading books at school by teachers of religious subjects such as al-Qur'an hadith, akidah akhlak and what are the inhibiting factors of student reading culture at MAN 1 Pasaman. Through this type of research that uses a qualitative approach that describes the strategy of developing a student reading culture in improving religious literacy at MAN 1 Pasaman. This study obtained data through interviews with Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in class XI and Akidah Akhlak teachers in classes X and XI which are the main data, then interviews with several students and observations as supporting data from the interview results. The results of the study show that the reading culture development strategies pursued by the school and carried out by teachers are not fully satisfactory and still have shortcomings. There are 5 strategies for developing a student reading culture, namely: mandatory visits to the library, reading activities 15 minutes before learning, procurement of mading, procurement of literacy corners, procurement of competitions entitled literacy. all strategies have been implemented,but there are still shortcomings. The inhibiting factors for students' reading culture are the lack of reading habits and the lack of awareness of thr importance of reading textbooks, environmental factors, namely from peers and from the family environment and lastly, the lack of use of facilities and infrastructure at school.,
