Abstract

Revolution 4.0 is marked by the era of digitalization, namely by the rapid development of science and technology. Technology in the industrial era 4.0 caused the human role to be shifted. This causes changes in how to work and relate to one another. In the digital era, the education system is expected to realize that students have skills capable of critical thinking and problem solving, creative and innovative skills, communication and collaboration skills, and skilled use of information and technology. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to determine the effectiveness of the independent learning curriculum in implementing the learning process and the constraints and solutions that can be provided in implementing the independent learning curriculum in the learning process. The research method used is the method of literature study and qualitative research. The results obtained from the research that has been carried out are the application of the “Merdeka” curriculum, the effectiveness of the “Merdeka” curriculum, the advantages of implementing an “Merdeka” curriculum, and the constraints of implementing an “Merdeka” curriculum. Implementing the independent learning curriculum is more straightforward than the 2013 one. The effectiveness of the 2013 curriculum is quite good and beneficial in terms of students who are free to choose according to their interests and talents and teachers who only need to explain some of the material's content. Of course, in implementing this “Merdeka” curriculum, there are obstacles, such as various media.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the teacher's role as an applicator of Pancasila student profiles in the independent curriculum. This research is based on the development of the era which is getting faster which is marked by the development of information technology which triggers the fading of noble values and behavioral deviations in children. Therefore, it is necessary to have character education to foster and guide students to become individuals who behave, behave, and order words well. In the independent curriculum, there is a profile of Pancasila students which is a form of character education. Through the programs, students are expected to be able to apply Pancasila values in their lives. In making it happen, the role of a teacher is needed. This research uses qualitative methods through literature studies and interviews. The data that has been obtained will be processed and then analyzed. From the data that has been obtained, it can be concluded that the teacher has a strategic role in realizing the goals of having a Pancasila student profile. The teacher who is known as someone who is admired and imitated has a role as a role model for students to behave and behave. The teacher is the leader in the class. So that the condition of the teacher in learning can directly affect the condition of students. Teachers are indeed role models for students, but school principals and non-educational staff should also be good examples for students because in realizing a Pancasila student profile that can be applied by students, teachers also need support from all elements of the school.

Abstract

Teaching aids can help students to gain an understanding of the concepts they learn. Based on the facts obtained at SMAN 1 Waru through teacher interviews and observations of the physics laboratory, the sound wave material of the sound source sub-chapter on organ pipes has never been practiced. The school needs more props to facilitate organ pipe practicum activities. This development's main objective is to create feasible closed organ pipe props in terms of accuracy and precision of sound propagation speed. The analysis stage is the initial stage in the ADDIE model development research. The ADDIE model development research carried out only until the Development stage, because the purpose of this research is only limited to developing and conducting trials in terms of accuracy and precision of the data obtained to produce a closed organa pipe props as a valid learning media to be implemented based on the validator's assessment. The speed of propagation of sound in air is obtained by multiplying the frequency value by the wavelength. The average value of the wavelength produced is (344.22 ± 0.034) m/s. The value of the sound propagation speed in the air produced using the developed closed organa pipe is not exactly the same as the theory but the value is almost close. The difference between the speed of propagation of sound in the air by experiment and theory is 1.22, so with a precision of 99.99% and the percentage of accuracy error is 99.65%, it is classified as a fairly high level of accuracy. Therefore, it can be concluded that the developed closed organa pipe props can be used as learning media to determine the value of sound propagation velocity.

Abstract

Oxygen is a very important gas for humans. The need for oxygen around the plant is very low because the exhaust gas from various factories often becomes pollutants, one of which is the cement industry. The oxygen content needs to be known so that the level of vigilance of workers and the community is higher. For this reason, it is necessary to make a monitoring device for oxygen content. In this view will be discussed several gas sensors, especially oxygen sensors. In addition, Arduino microcontrollers and Raspberry Pi microprocessors were also discussed. The goal is to be able to determine the type of oxygen sensor as a detector of oxygen levels in the air. The discussion of microcontrollers and microprocessors is also a determinant of the motherboard connected to the oxygen sensor. Thus, the explanation of this review can be used to develop a monitoring system for oxygen content in the air.  The research method used is in the form of literature studies. Literature study is the process of finding research data or information by reading scientific journals, reference books, and articles about oxygen content monitoring devices. This tool functions as a gas analyzer by choosing the MQ-135 sensor as an oxygen sensor because it is more affordable and easy to obtain which is supported by the Raspberry Pi device.
