Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the absorption capacity of Jember TPA Inclusion Middle School students after being given additional lesson hours on number counting operations material. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were students in classes V11, V11 and 1X of Jember TPA Inclusion Middle School. The instruments used were field notes, tests of students' ability to absorb number calculation operations and interviews. The results obtained were student absorption capacity of 67% and classical completion 35%, because classical completeness is lower than the absorption capacity, classically it is said to be incomplete, meaning that you have to repeat the previous KD even though there are several students who have completed it, so it can be said that the students' absorption capacity in number counting operations is said to be very low.

Abstract

A learning strategy is a method, steps, tactics, or a design that will be used by teachers in the learning process, in order to achieve learning objectives, namely increasing students' understanding and improving students' cognitive abilities. In the Arabic language learning strategy, of course the objectives of learning Arabic are; Firstly, so that students can read and understand the Al-Quran and the hadiths of the Prophet, Arabic books, Arabic texts and the history of Islamic culture. Second, apart from learning, the aim of studying Arabic is to improve your skills in communicating in Arabic. Third, to increase your skills, interests and talents in Arabic. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out what strategies are suitable to use in achieving the goals of learning Arabic. This research is qualitative in nature using literature study using descriptive analysis methods. The results of this research show that effective learning will create creative and active participants and improve students' cognitive abilities. Quality learning depends on the motivation, enthusiasm and creativity of an educator in the learning process, therefore an educator needs a strategy to achieve the desired goals. The strategies in learning Arabic are: (1) mufrodat learning strategy, (2) listening/istima' learning strategy, (3) reading/qira'ah learning strategy, (4) speaking/kalam learning strategy, (5) tarkib learning strategies, and (6) kitabah learning strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: the differences in the influence of the inquiry learning model and the Direct Learning model on student learning outcomes; This research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design type. The population in this study was all class VIII of SMP Negeri 27 Medan for the 2022/2023 academic year. The test was carried out using Two Way ANOVA. The results of the research show that (1) there are differences in the influence between the inquiry learning model and the direct learning model on social studies student learning outcomes; There is no interaction between initial social studies abilities (high, medium and low) and learning models on student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 4 Medan.

Abstract

Student motivation is primarily PPKN education. However, in reality, students' abilities in PPKN lessons are still very low. For this reason, researchers conducted research with the aim of improving PPKN student learning outcomes on material respecting the cultural environment and local services in PPKN subjects in Class VII of SMP Negeri 3 Pintu Rime Gayo, Bener Meriah Regency, Aceh Province for the 2021 academic year. There are 19 students. After discussion, the situation found was that students thought that the material was difficult and they never put it into practice in learning. Students do not understand examples of local culture and examples of local services. Apart from that, the PPKN test results also showed an average score of 65 where only 40% of students passed the KKM. After using the PJBL learning model, PPKn learning motivation increased, the researchers also carried out an evaluation by giving a quiz in the form of multiple choices and from the results the scores that could be seen were very good. After my analysis, of the 19 students, only 2 were less than the KKM, while 18 students (90%) got scores above the set KKM.

Abstract

The journey has been winding and full of challenges since its formation until its current state which has made history an interesting study material. Moreover, recently there has been a group of people who doubt the existence of PPKn. Due to the many abuses and betrayals of Pancasila and Citizenship Education, complete human development has been hampered. And there are also those who question the success of PPKn teaching on the morals of students in particular and the wider community in general. This research uses three rounds of action research. Each round consists of 4 stages, namely: design, activities and observations, reflection and revision. The target of this research is class XI students. TB 2. Civics academic year. The data obtained is in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis, it was found that student learning achievement increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (67.44%), cycle II (79.01%), cycle III (90.70%). The conclusion of this research is that cooperative learning methods can have a positive influence on the achievement and learning motivation of class XI.TB.2 students and this learning model can be used as an alternative for PPKn learning. This research was carried out at SMKN Meukek, South Aceh Regency.

Abstract

The learning model used by teachers should be able to help students' analysis process. However, student learning outcomes in the field of Chemistry are still worrying, this can be seen from the results of the final school exams. One learning model that can improve student learning outcomes is the problem based learning (PBL) learning model. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is a difference in the learning outcomes of students who are taught with the problem based learning model and without the problem based learning model on Stoichiometry material at Tarbiyah Labuhanhaji Private High School? The research method used is quasi-experimental research using one experimental class and one control class. Sampling was carried out using cluster sampling. In this study the sample consisted of two classes, namely class X-1 as the experimental class and class X-2 as the control class. Data collection was carried out using tests. Based on the research results, the results of the independent sample t-test analysis were obtained with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, thus indicating that the learning outcomes of students who were taught using the problem based learning model were higher than the learning outcomes of students. which is taught without a problem based learning model on Stoichiometry material at Tarbiyah Labuhanhaji Private High School.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering muncul dalam sistem pengarsipan yang digunakan secara offline ataupun secara fisik, akan mengalami kerusakan seperti dimakan oleh rayap, hilang, mudah tercampak dan terbakar, dan banyak lagi resiko yang ditimbulkan akibat pengarsipan yang dilakukan secara fisik dan juga akan kesulitan dalam hal pencarian dokumen yang disimpan dengan mencari dokumen-dokumen yang lama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode penelitian library research atau dengan kajian pustaka dengan mereview penelitian yang telah terdahulu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana teknologi dapat dikembangkan dan membantu pekerjaan manusia dalam pengarsipan surat. Abstract

Manajemen kearsipan mencakup semua aspek yang digunakan atau terlibat dalam proses pengurusan fungsi-fungsi, seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penyusunan personalia, pengarahan, dan pengendalian atau pengawasan arsip dan sumber daya pengurusan kearsipan, serta sumber daya keuangan yang digunakan untuk membiayai kegiatan kearsipan. Administrasi adalah kumpulan tindakan yang dilakukan oleh kelompok orang secara sistematis untuk menjalankan misi organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data untuk memahami dan mempelajari teori dari berbagai literatur yang relevan. Pengumpulan data ini menggunakan metode mencari sumber dan menkontruksi dari berbagai sumber, termasuk buku, jurnal, dan penelitian sebelumnya. Untuk mendukung proposisi dan gagasan, bahan pustaka yang dikumpulkan dari berbagai referensi tersebut dianalisis secara kritis. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kearsipan adalah solusi digitalisasi yang dapat digunakan oleh sekolah untuk meningkatkan Administratif dan membuat sistem administrasi seragam kantor. Sistem pengelolaan penyimpanan yang menggunakan perangkat elektronik dan digitalisasi model penyimpanan membuat proses administrasi menjadi mudah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan korespondensi dan persuratan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan administrasi di Smk Swasta Nurul Amaliyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu pendekatan penelitian yang berfokus pada pemahaman fenomena berdasarkan perspektif subjek yang diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prosedur pengelolaan korespondensi dan persuratan di Smk Swasta Nurul Amaliyah dilakukan secara teratur dan rapi. Setiap surat masuk dicatat, didistribusikan ke pihak terkait, dan diarsipkan. Surat keluar disusun oleh tata usaha, disetujui kepala sekolah, diberi nomor urut, dan diarsipkan. Semua surat diarsipkan manual dan digital untuk memudahkan pelacakan.

Abstract

Tata persuratan atau tata naskah dinas merupakan proses penciptaan dan pengelolaan materi komunikasi resmi di lingkungan instansi pemerintah. Dalam era digital, surat elektronik (e-surat) menjadi alternatif utama dalam komunikasi resmi, yang memiliki banyak keuntungan seperti efisiensi waktu dan biaya. Namun, implementasi e-surat tidak selalu berjalan lancar karena beberapa hambatan, seperti perubahan mindset, keterbatasan SDM, ketergantungan pada jaringan internet, dan kurangnya peralatan pendukung. Meskipun demikian, e-surat memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, keamanan, dan akses informasi dalam pengelolaan surat. Lebih lanjut, aplikasi persuratan digital, seperti e-Office, juga memberikan manfaat tambahan dalam meningkatkan koordinasi dan kinerja dalam suatu organisasi atau lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian literature review atau kajian pustaka. Sumber data yang diambil dari penelitian ini adalah karya ilmiah yang sebelumnya yang terkait dengan tata persuratan digital, seperti buku, artikel jurnal, artikel internet dan tulisan lainnya yang masih terkait.
