Abstract

In general, this research aims to develop the love of Balinese people for Balinese literature. Specifically, this study aims to analyze the intrinsic structure in Novel Biyar - Biyur ring Pasisi Sanur. In this study, it can be concluded that the intrinsic structure analysis of the novel Biyar - Biyur ring Pasisi Sanur is the theme of heroism, with characters including I Wayan Sadia, Luh Renji, Kwee Tek Tjiang. With the characterization of this character, Wayan Sadia is diligent, Luh Renji is right about his promise, Kwee Tek Tjiang is cunning. The flow used is a straight line (progressive) with a background in 1904 and a place in the village of Sanur. Abstract

Karya sastra dijadikan inspirasi dalam melahirkan karya seni lainnya. Seni pertunjukan misalnya sering mengambil lakon-lakon dari karya sastra. Alih wahana dari karya sastra ke karya seni pertunjukan lumrah adanya. Kidung Sri Tanjung merupakan karya sastra bahasa Jawa Kuna yang kemudian dialihwahanakan ke dalam bentuk drama turgi. Proses transformasi ini melibatkan bentuk dan fungsi teks Kidung Sri Tanjung yang mendasari penciptaan naskah drama turgi Sri Tanjung karya Kadek Suardana. Teori interteks dari Riffaterre digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menunjukkan teks yang menjadi latar penciptaan karya baru (teks hipogram) serta teks baru yang menyerap dan mentransformasikan hipogram (teks transformasi). Kata kunci: transformasi, kidung, drama turgi, intertekstual

Abstract

This research examines the Satua (story) of I Glijah. This elder tells the story of a people who come into conflict with a king who likes to oppress the people. The people succeeded in killing the king in various ways. Finally the people were appointed to be the new king. This study uses Van Dijk's critical discourse analysis theory. This research will look at the form of treason, and its context. As a result, this story depicted a hidden form of treason with the king. This story context is a form of protest against closed social stratification.Key words: story, text, context

Abstract

The implementation of education during the current COVID-19 pandemic has its own challenges for teachers all over the world. The pandemic requires students to study at home, which has its own obstacles for teachers in teaching. Internet-based distance learning has become a trend to carry out online learning. To give students a passion for learning, teachers can provide interesting learning using interactive game-based learning media. Interactive game applications such as Quizziz, Kahoot and Wordwall are applications that provided free of charge and very easy to use. Learning Balinese language at SMA Negeri 3 Amlapura applies the application. As the result, the motivation of students to learn Balinese language has increased and the teachers who teach Balinese language also get a positive response from the students.Keywords: interactive games, learning Balinese language

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) listening learning (mirengang) "Satua Bali" assisted by audio visual media for mentally disabled students, and (2) implementation of listening learning (mirengang) "Satua Bali" assisted by audio visual media for mentally disabled students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research design. The subject in this study was a teacher who taught retarded students in IIC class SDLB Negeri 1 Buleleng and the object was listening to learning (mirengang) "Satua Bali" assisted by audio-visual media. The data collection method uses the method of documentation, observation and interviews. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that (1) the teacher was able to design listening media (mirengang) "Satua Bali" assisted with audio-visual media through YouTube videos and the teacher told stories with the help of pictures. (2) the implementation of listening to (mirengang) "Satua Bali" assisted by audio visual media is effectively carried out by the teacher. This is evident from the conducive learning situation, and there is an increased interest in student learning. Keywords: audio visual, listening (mirengang), mental retardation

Abstract

The discourse on women's emancipation essentially refers to two concepts of struggle, is name the physical and psychological struggle between the struggle of the world of reality and the world of ideas and ideas in the form of fiction. The movement to liberate Adam's power over women was marked by the emergence of women's groups or organizations in the west to Indonesia, then through a literary approach, the birth of literary works and even women writers to voice their rights to freedom of expression without any shadow of legitimacy. man. Especially in Bali, the presence of women's work is very helpful in efforts to polarize women's duties and functions in life. The balance of life has basically been formulated in the process of creating past living things by God Almighty, for the purpose of social survival. The culture of the colonialist education system has taught people to think broadly in addressing the existence of women. Even male writers have implicitly acknowledged the existence of women through the work of the Balinese unit, Satua Ni tuwung Kuning.Feminist literary criticism is a response from academics regarding gender interrelation. Emphasis on trichotomy, social, political and economic. Abstract

Socio-cultural aspects of education in Balinese language subjects, which can improve students' abilities and skills, namely material about discourse sambrama. The Covid 19 pandemic has made the quality of education in Indonesia seem to be decreasing every day. The Covid-19 pandemic forces education actors to also pursue and develop themselves so as not to be left far behind. This obstacle causes a decrease in the ability of students to understand the values of discourse, both in the realm of theory and practice, this is obtained through the number of 34 students, but only 20 students complete and the rest are incomplete. This shows that classically only 58.82% of students completed. This teacher or educator must be able to design a lesson that can truly equip students with both theoretical and practical knowledge. One of the alternative answers to the above problems, the teacher can choose the Inquiry learning method with Classroom Action Research which strongly supports the program of improving the quality of learning in schools, which results in improving the quality of education whose reliability allows teachers to identify and formulate hypotheses convincingly, develop strategies which can be applied to situations in class XI SMAN 1 Baturiti.Keywords: Pandemic Covid 19, inquiry method, sambrama wacana, education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis tiga iklan susu anak Bebelac menggunakan model aktansial dan model fungsional A.J. Greimas. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga seri iklan susu Bebelac periode tahun 2017-2019, di antaranya: (1)  Iklan Susu Bebelac 3 berjudul “Kiki the Kitty” pada tahun 2017, (2) Iklan Susu Bebelac 3 berjudul “Lapangan Bulu Tangkis” pada tahun 2018 dan (3) Iklan Bebelac 3 berjudul “Peduli” pada tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ketiga iklan susu Bebelac tersebut memiliki keseimbangan cerita dalam peranannya dari enam skema aktan, yaitu pengirim, subjek, objek, penerima, pendukung, dan penghambat. Sebagian besar hasil skema aktan digerakkan oleh tokoh utama pada masing-masing iklan untuk mencapai tujuan akhir. Struktur alur dari model fungsional dari ketiga iklan susu Bebelac terdiri dari tiga tahapan, yaitu situasi awal, transformasi, dan situasi akhir. Seluruh tahapan fungsional tersebut tercapai di setiap iklan susu yang dianalisis. Masing-masing cerita pada iklan berisi satu peristiwa. Keberhasilan tokoh utama dalam mencapai tujuannya dapat dilihat pada situasi akhir.Kata kunci: iklan, narasi, model aktansial, model fungsional

Abstract

The development of children's behavior is influenced by intellectual development and reasoning. Children have not been able to optimally apply abstract principles concerning right and wrong, as well as other moral and social orders. Therefore, training is needed for them on how to behave morally in certain contexts. Cultivation of morals in childhood with a variety of moral behavior is accepted and supported. Such planting is precisely done through stories. Stories are very effective in influencing the way children think and behave because they enjoy listening to stories even though they are read repeatedly. Repetition, children's imagination, and the value of the closeness of the teacher or parent make stories effective in influencing their thinking.            This study aims to determine the effect of the storytelling method on the behavior of group B children in Kindergarten Widya Shanti Kumara.  The data collection methods used in this research were observation, interview and documentary. The method of observation that is carried out directly makes observations which include all activities of focusing attention on an object by using all the senses or by using other aids. Interview method, which is to get information by asking the respondent directly. The documentary method is a method used to find data on matters in the form of notes, magazines, newspapers, and other books. The results of data analysis resulted in the effect of the storytelling method on the behavior of group B children in Kindergarten Widya Shanti Kumara. Keywords: Storytelling Method, Child Behavior

Abstract

The Balinese language as a major regional language should always be considered in terms of its resilience to face the dynamics of the times that tend to erode cultural elements. The Balinese language has also experienced marginalization due to the orientation of the people who tend to prioritize foreign culture as the influence of the uncontrolled tourism world. Thus, foreign languages are more in demand by modern society today than Balinese. Attention to this phenomenon was born from observers and activists of the Balinese language who feel that the Balinese language should be preserved and maintained as a mother tongue. These observers began to raise the Balinese language in the realm of social media "Instagram" as the most popular media, especially for teenagers. The preservation of the Balinese language as an idea that should be cultivated and studied continuously reflects the close relationship between language and social life. Moreover, social media as the latest communication trend dominates people's behavior patterns. An assessment of the preservation of the Balinese language in the realm of "Instagram" social media includes a discussion of the use of Balinese language forms and the social aspects underlying the use of the Balinese language. the forms of Balinese used can be distinguished between the Balinese Alus and Kepara languages both at the vocabulary and sentence levels. Then, the social aspects behind the use of the Balinese language as an effort to maintain it are cultural aspects, educational aspects, entertainment aspects, and social aspects.Keywords: Balinese language, Instagram, defense
