Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar—Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy provides flexible learning opportunities in higher education through learning experiences outside of study programs, including field practice and interdisciplinary collaboration. In this context, physical education plays a strategic role not only in developing physical fitness but also in character building, sportsmanship, leadership, and teamwork relevant to 21st-century learning outcomes. This study aims to describe the perspective of physical education in the implementation of the MBKM program in Indonesia. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through literature studies, policy document analysis, and research findings related to the implementation of MBKM in the field of physical education. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and thematic conclusion drawing. The study results indicate that physical education within the MBKM framework contributes to strengthening students' pedagogical, professional, and social competencies through activities such as the Teaching Campus (Kampus Mengajar), teaching assistantships, and humanitarian projects based on physical activity and health. Furthermore, the experiential learning approach encourages students to integrate health literacy, character education, and sports learning innovations contextually. However, program implementation still faces challenges such as limited infrastructure, curriculum synchronization, and institutional understanding of the flexibility of the MBKM scheme. This study concludes that physical education has a strategic position in supporting the transformation of experiential learning in the MBKM era, thus requiring strengthening institutional policies and adaptive and sustainable implementation models.

Abstract

The Kampus Mengajar (Teaching Campus) program is part of the Merdeka Belajar–Kampus Merdeka (Freedom of Learning) policy initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia as an effort to transform learning in Indonesian higher education. This program aims to provide contextual learning experiences to students through direct involvement in strengthening literacy, numeracy, technology adaptation, and educational administration in primary and secondary education units. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Kampus Mengajar (Teaching Campus) program in Indonesian higher education, identifying achievements, challenges, and its implications for student competency development. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. Data were collected through searches of national and international indexed scientific articles, proceedings, and official policy reports relevant to the period 2020–2025. The analysis process was carried out through the stages of identification, selection, quality evaluation, data extraction, and synthesis of findings. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Kampus Mengajar has a positive impact on improving students' pedagogical, social, leadership, and digital literacy competencies. In addition, this program contributes to strengthening the profile of adaptive and collaborative graduates. However, several obstacles were identified, including institutional readiness, coordination between universities and partner schools, and administrative and technical challenges in the field. This study concludes that Kampus Mengajar (Teaching Campus) is a relevant policy innovation in promoting experiential learning in higher education, but requires strengthening the governance system and ongoing evaluation to improve its implementation effectiveness

Abstract

This study investigates how work values operate as identity-anchoring mechanisms that shape turnover intention among career women employed in microfinance institutions (MFIs). Rather than treating work values as static motivational preferences, the study conceptualizes them as identity-relevant cognitive frameworks that stabilize employment decisions in purpose-driven financial settings. A cross-sectional survey was administered to 800 employees working in microfinance institutions, 99.5% of whom were women. Work values were operationalized across three domains—personal, social–cultural, and organizational. Turnover intention was measured using multi-item Likert scales. Descriptive and comparative analyses were conducted to determine value salience and withdrawal cognition patterns. All work-value domains were strongly endorsed, with sociocultural values emerging as the most salient. Despite respondents’ relatively short organizational tenure and early-career status, turnover intention remained low. The findings suggest that socially embedded work values may function as identity anchors that mitigate withdrawal cognition in relational, mission-driven financial contexts. The cross-sectional and descriptive design constrains causal interpretation. Future research should test mediating mechanisms—such as meaningful work and identity integration—using longitudinal or structural modeling approaches. Retention strategies in microfinance organizations should emphasize purpose alignment, relational leadership, and structured identity development rather than relying predominantly on economic incentives. This study advances work value research by integrating identity theory with value congruence models and specifying gender-sensitive mechanisms within a female-dominated service sector

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) in analyzing public sentiment from YouTube comments related to the 2024 Indonesian Presidential Election. A total of 1,800 comments, collected from November 2023 to March 2024, were analyzed to test these models. The results show that SVM, with the highest accuracy of 76.33% and precision and F1-Score of 75.29% and 72.67% on the 10% test data, outperformed NBC, which recorded a highest accuracy of 72.19% under similar conditions. These findings highlight the importance of using more sophisticated methods in sentiment analysis to understand the complex and diverse dynamics of public opinion. This study provides valuable insights for stakeholders in developing effective communication strategies and offers a foundation for advancing sentiment analysis methodologies in political contexts.

Abstract

The internationalization of higher education represents a paradigmatic transformation that requires the integration of global dimensions into the implementation of the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi). This article analyzes the internalization of education and teaching, research, and community service through academic collaboration, industry partnerships, and global community empowerment from the perspective of Indonesian higher education law. This study employs a normative juridical approach through the analysis of statutory regulations and academic literature. The findings indicate that the successful internationalization of the Three Pillars necessitates legal certainty in cross-border cooperation, protection of intellectual property rights, strengthening of contractual governance, and harmonization of global academic ethical standards.

Abstract

In Indonesia, sustainability reporting has shown an increase thanks to regulations that require companies to report on their social and environmental responsibilities. However, despite clear regulations, there are still a number of companies that have not fully fulfilled this obligation by presenting sustainability reports. Out of 46 companies, only 11 consistently publish sustainability reports. This shows that there are still many who have not met the standards despite increasing socio-environmental awareness and regulations. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of stakeholder pressure and company activities on sustainability reports. Stakeholder pressure is the pressure exerted by public stakeholders who demand communication regarding corporate social responsibility activities in the form of reports, while the company's activities reflect the level of success and failure in implementing activities in accordance with the established policy programs. This research uses multiple linear regression methods with a sample size of 11 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022, and the sampling technique employed is purposive sampling. This research shows that companies facing higher stakeholder pressure will improve the quality of their sustainability report disclosures, while high company activities do not affect the sustainability report, as these activities are not directly related to the disclosure of the sustainability report

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui keterampilan proses sains siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran project based learning berbasis STEM oleh siswa fisika. (2). mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran project based learning terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa fisika berbasis STEM. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa fisika dalam ranah psikomotorik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni model penelitian pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model yang disusun oleh Thiagarajan yaitu model 4D. Model ini terdiri dari 4 tahap pengembangan, yaitu pendefinisian (define),perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop), dan penyebaran (disseminate).

Abstract

In the modern digital era, technology and social media are crucial in supporting businesses, including the laundry business. This business falls under the category of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that operate in the service sector. Xilaundry, located in Serang Regency, Banten Province, exemplifies how MSMEs utilize technology in their operations. Xilaundry uses social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook for marketing and promotional strategies. Two payment methods are available for customers: conventional (pay on the spot) and digital (ATM, mobile banking, OVO, and Gopay). Xilaundry implements a SWOT analysis for its business strategy development. The results show that Xilaundry's business is feasible to run. Xilaundry's finances record a monthly turnover of IDR 6,570,800 and a cash expenditure of IDR 2,890,000. This generates a net profit of around IDR 2,743,800 per month. Thus, Xilaundry can generate a net income of approximately IDR 34,680,000 in a year. In the SWOT and social media context, Xilaundry can leverage its strength in using social media for marketing and promotion (strength). However, they must maintain service quality to avoid weaknesses in service (weakness). The opportunity that Xilaundry can take is the increase in social media and digital payment users (opportunity), while threats can come from competitors who also use social media in their marketing strategies (threat).

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) led by women constitute a fundamental pillar of inclusive economic growth in Indonesia, particularly in Banten Province. This study analyzes the strategic contribution of women-led MSMEs in strengthening local economic resilience and examines how digital transformation and financial inclusion serve as key drivers of sustainable development. Despite their significant contribution to job creation, poverty reduction, and household income stabilization, women entrepreneurs continue to face structural challenges, including limited access to formal financing, low levels of digital literacy, restricted managerial capacity, and minimal integration into formal value chains. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review and secondary data analysis derived from national statistical publications and international development reports. The findings indicate that digital transformation—through the adoption of e-commerce platforms, social media marketing, fintech services, and QR-based payment systems—enhances operational efficiency, financial transparency, and market reach. Furthermore, financial inclusion initiatives significantly reduce vulnerability to economic shocks and improve business sustainability. This study proposes an integrated empowerment framework that combines digital capacity building, inclusive financing policies, institutional mentoring, and cross-sector collaboration. Strengthening women-led MSMEs should be positioned not only as an economic policy priority but also as a strategic instrument for gender equality, poverty alleviation, and long-term regional resilience.

Abstract

Pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh salah satu kebijakan pemerintah dalam menanggulangi pandemi ini adalah PPKM dalam perjalanan pendidikan di sekolah. Tujuan pembahasan hal tersebut adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh penerapan PPKM terhadap pendidikan di sekolah dengan mengajukan pertanyaan terkait kepada beberapa siswa dan kemudian menyimpulkan hasil dari sampel yang digunakan yaitu pelaksanaan PPKM sangat mempengaruhi keberlangsungan pendidikan di sekolah, tidak hanya siswa tetapi guru juga tidak diperbolehkan datang ke sekolah sehingga kebijakan ini tentunya sangat sulit untuk semua kegiatan di masing-masing Bidang.
