Abstract

The Sexual Violence Law (UU TPKS) which contains important and strategic legal politics and is a breakthrough in legal renewal and protection of the community, this regulation is expected to answer various problems of sexual violence that continue to occur in various modes. The results of the 2021 National Women's Life Experience Survey conducted by the Ministry of PPPA, the Central Statistics Agency and the Demographic Institute of the University of Indonesia found that 1 in 19 women (aged 15-64 years) had experienced sexual violence other than their partners. Of course, with the existence of these regulations and regulations, it is hoped that it will be able to be accepted by the community, especially among young people as the spearhead of the civilization and progress of the Indonesian nation, especially the youth group in the Sukasari village environment, this is an encouragement so that young people in the Sukasari village environment understand and are able to be protectors for themselves and their closest environment about the latent dangers of sexual violence so as not to become victims of this crime, Of course, with this purpose, the method that will be applied is to socialize the newly legalized laws and regulations regarding the crime of sexual violence, and to assist pinyitas and form an integrated service post for assistance to youth and the community. From this effort, it is hoped that youth groups and the community will have an understanding and increase knowledge of laws and regulations related to sexual violence, on the other hand, the existence of an integrated service post is able to accompany the community and youth who are victims as well as the community can be actively involved as a moral movement for the prevention of sexual violence. this is certainly a great hope for the community to be able to implement it in daily life in the community.

Abstract

This study discusses Indonesia’s diplomacy through the field of education in Indonesia-Malaysia bilateral relations in the Introduction to School Field activity integrated with the International Real Work Lecture held at the Indonesian School in Kuala Lumpur from July to August 2022. The purpose of this activity is to find out how diplomacy the public through education can play an important role especially in reducing the negative perception between the two parties. Diplomacy is also a means for Indonesian students to cultivate a sense of love for their country, so that the children of migrants know and appreciate the original culture of Indonesia, as well as being able to increase the number of Indonesian students in Malaysia. On the other hand, public diplomacy in the field of education is the right step to promote Education Institutions. The method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques are done through documentation and interviews. The result found in the activity of Introduction to the Field of Education integrated with this International Real Work Lecture is that the Kuala Lumpur International School becomes a container of educational diplomacy for Indonesian migrant children in Malaysia. In the service process at the Indonesian School Kuala Lumpur, several problems were found related to the requirements to enter the school, such as the lack of documents, which resulted in some children being forced to study at Sanggar Belajar under the auspices of the Indonesian School Kuala Lumpur as a measure to equalize education as well as educational diplomacy for migrant children. Abstract

Pejaten Village is one of the villages in Kediri District, Tabanan Regency, Bali Province which is famous in the clay craft sector. One of the industrial products is press brick. From the results of the research conducted, press brick products should be more widely known outside the island of Bali to foreign countries, but because the marketing techniques used are still conventional, namely word of mouth marketing, making brick press products less well known to the wider community. Based on this potential, the researchers implemented training and mentoring strategies for MSMEs in Pejaten Village, namely at UD. Diamond. The purpose of training and mentoring for SMEs in Pejaten Village is to introduce the press brick industry more broadly. From the results of this study, a solution emerged in the form of an invitation to press brick craftsmen to find out more about the right marketing techniques using social media.

Abstract

Manage data and store information (data storage) practically and efficiently. In today's digital era, computer-based information and communication technology has influenced various aspects of life, including education, it is undeniable. This community service activity aims to provide assistance to participants of the ROEMAH TAWON Foundation in applying Microsoft Word. With this activity, it is hoped that it will make it easier for students to do word processing and make useful presentation media to facilitate the learning process. The method used in an effort to achieve the planned target or goal is the explanation of the material, practice (performance) and question and answer. The trainees are divided into groups. Each group was accompanied by one of the university students. To find out the success of the program activities that have been carried out, an evaluation is carried out. Evaluation is done by giving practical exams to determine the level of understanding of students regarding the material and training that has been provided. The conclusion of this activity is that community service has succeeded in increasing students' knowledge in the application of Microsoft Word. The students of the ROEMAH TAWON Foundation felt helped by the training that was carried out so that they could use computers or laptops in doing school assignments well, such as making papers to facilitate activities. Students gave a very positive response to the activities carried out and considered this activity very useful

Abstract

Hotel Galuh Prambanan adalah Hotel Resort yang terletak di Prambanan, tepatnya JI. Manisrenggo KM. 1, Desa Tlogo, Kecamatan Prambanan, Kabupaten Klaten, Jawa Tengah. Hotel ini menawarkan berbagai paket dengan harga terjangkau. Agar dapat bersaing dan terus eksis, serta mempertahankan pangsa pasar dari hotel-hotel sekitar yang ada. Disini kami mendapatkan bentuk permasalahan terkait dengan media promosi yang belum maksimal dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada para pengunjungnya. Dengan permasalahan tersebut maka kami mendapatkan ide awal untuk mengembangkan media promosi pada Hotel Galuh Prambanan Yogyakarta. Dengan melakukan perancangan ulang (redesign) pada media promosi, dengan tujuan agar dapat mengoptimalisasi media promosi. Redesign adalah kegiatan untuk mengubah dan menyegarkan identitas suatu merek atau produk agar tetap berada di depan para pesaing. Redesign diperlukan untuk membuat sebuah brand atau produk mencapai level yang lebih tinggi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam laporan ini diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat membangun brand dan digunakan sebagai media promosi jangka panjang yang akan meningkatkan minat masyarakat, pengunjung dan calon pengunjung.

Abstract

Abstract- This service was done to help the Election Supervisory Agency of Indonesia (Bawaslu RI) in compiling the Manual Book of Community Satisfaction Survey. The Community Satisfaction Survey is necessary effort to improve the services provided. The preparation of this manual book is very urgent because the agency has the responsibility to accelerate bureaucratic reform as mandated by Presidential Regulation number 10 regarding of the Grand Design of Bureaucratic Reform 2010-2025. Based on an analysis, the results of the assessment of bureaucratic reform including public services within the agency have not obtained maximum results despite an increasing trend in recent years. On the other hand, the Election Supervisory Agency of Indonesia doesn't have a technical guide yet to measure the performance of services that have been carried out. The results of community service focus on the preparation of the Community Satisfaction Survey Book. This book is very helpful for the Election Supervisory Agency of Indonesia to improve the performance of public services through the implementation of the Community Satisfaction Survey which will be carried out within the agency's environment at all levels. The results of this service activity can of course be a reference for all election supervisory organizers throughout Indonesia, especially in relation to how to carry out the duties and functions of public services for the community in a measurable and sustainable manner.

Abstract

Science learning is related to experimental and observational activities. Learning media is needed in the preliminary phase to increase students' motivation in studying science learning. The caliper is a physics measuring instrument that is widely used in the classroom. Measuring instrument is an instrument used to compare measurement parameters with a predetermined standard. Things that need to be considered in the use of measuring instruments include specifications, types and functions of measuring instruments. The use of dimensional measuring tools such as a caliper has a function to measure the length, thickness, length, inner diameter, outer diameter and depth of the workpiece. Each measuring instrument has a different accuracy and precision. MA Almaarif Singosari is one of the private schools in Malang Regency. This school has a science laboratory for practicum for its students, but the existing equipment is not sufficient to meet the number of students, so the practical experience of the students is still lacking. One of the tools needed is a caliper measuring tool. The purpose of this PKM activity is to increase students' knowledge about measurement techniques using a caliper in theory and practice directly on the learning media that has been provided. The caliper used in this PKM activity has a precision of 0.1 mm and 0.05 mm. The measurement test object is a cylindrical workpiece with dimensions that represent various types of measurements using a caliper. The stages of this PKM activity include field surveys, making measurement objects, procurement of caliper and training on the use of caliper. The results of this training activity proved to be able to increase students' knowledge and skills in using caliper quickly and accurately. So that it can support students' abilities while working or continuing to study. In addition, the school also received additional facilities in the form of calipers and measurement aids so that they could improve the quality of science learning at MA Almaarif Singosari.

Abstract

Along with the continuous development of the times, Islamic boarding schools are currently facing developments not only as Islamic learning institutions but are also required to follow the flow of developments in science and technology (IPTEK). This makes pesantren experience a paradigm shift from an institution that is only centered on deepening religious knowledge, but also becomes an institution for developing economic potential. The concept of the role of students in the development of Islamic economics is very interesting to discuss, because students who are busy every day with learning activities or the Koran both in Islamic boarding schools and in formal schools. By nurturing sharia economic cadres from an early age in Islamic boarding schools, it is hoped that many students will engage in sharia economics, both in the realm of Islamic finance, Islamic entrepreneurship or Islamic philanthropic institutions such as amil zakat, infaq, sadaqah and waqf institutions. The method used) is through guidance in an effort to improve Islamic Economic Literacy in students of Al-Ishlahiyah Islamic Boarding School, Singosari, Malang. Through five stages, namely observation, collaborating with Al-Ishlahiyah Islamic Boarding School, making preparations for sharia economic guidance, implementing sharia economic guidance, and evaluating. The material contains a basic understanding of Islamic economics and an overview of lectures in the Islamic economics study program. The service activities carried out resulted in increased knowledge about Islamic economics and the interest of students to continue studying in the Islamic economics study program.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health is very often ignored by small-scale industry players, either because (1) lack of knowledge about the causes of work accidents and (2) because of limited capital to obtain adequate work safety facilities. They think that these two things are problems that cannot be solved. To anticipate this incident, it is necessary to make efforts to prevent work accidents that can overcome the two problems mentioned above. Implementation of the theory of Occupational Safety and Health to prevent accidents at work is the best solution. The formulation of the problem: (1) is there a change in safety behavior towards workers after Occupational Safety and Health training (2) is there a change in K3 knowledge of workers after Occupational Safety and Health training, (3) Is there an effect of age on safe behavior towards workers after training Occupational Safety and Health (4) Is there an effect of age on the knowledge of K3 for workers after the Occupational Health and Safety training? The research method is Quasi Experimental. The number of samples is 31 workers. The results of the study were that there was no change in safety behavior towards workers after Occupational Safety and Health training, (2) There was a change in K3 knowledge of workers after Occupational Safety and Health training (3) There was no effect of age on safe behavior towards workers after Occupational Safety and Health training. and (4) There is an effect of age on the knowledge of K3 for workers after the Occupational Health and Safety training. Suggestion: it is necessary to do more research with a longer time.

Abstract

Tempe is one of the original foods that are much favored by the people of Indonesia. Malang is famous for having many tempe-making businesses, which are spread both in the city and district of Malang. MSME Sanan Sejahtera is one of the tempe producers located in Malang Regency, precisely in Watugede Village, Singosari District. The process of producing tempeh for SMEs is still done traditionally. Although this business has been running for quite a long time, this effort cannot be separated from various problems faced. The problems faced are the production capacity of tempe which is still very small, the price of soybean raw materials tends to rise, and the marketing of tempe is still not optimal. The purpose of this community service is to help increase the production capacity of tempe and tempe sales turnover. The solution to overcome this problem is to provide a soybean peeler machine to increase production capacity and provide knowledge about marketing through social media to increase sales. The results of this community service activity are proven to be able to increase the production and sales capacity of tempe, so that the welfare of the community can increase. The implementation of this PPM is carried out with the stages of field surveys, tool making, tool installation, and training on the use and maintenance of tools.
