Abstract

Community Partnership Empowerment was implemented at SMP Negeri 2 Kemlagi, Mojokerto, East Java. The partner's problem is that there is still a lack of knowledge about the character of the Pancasila student profile based on local wisdom according to the school context. The aim of this service is to increase the knowledge of teachers and school principals in understanding the character education of Pancasila student profiles based on local wisdom according to the school context through the use of the independent teaching platform. The method of service carried out is by providing reinforcement to teachers and school principals regarding Pancasila student profile character education based on local wisdom according to the school context using an independent teaching platform in the form of training. The results obtained from this service are from the evaluation results of the participant attendance level being 100%, while the percentage increase in partner knowledge in using the independent teaching platform to increase the capacity of teachers and school principals related to strengthening the character of Pancasila student profiles based on local wisdom according to the context and needs of the school shows that the results are increasing the capacity of training participants by 80%.

Abstract

Numeracy is one of the important materials for students to master in order to learn other materials. But unfortunately learning counting material is not an easy thing for students. Many students at MI Ma'arif 1 Kota Baru Utara have difficulty in performing counting operations. To overcome this, a method is needed that can make it easier for students to learn counting material, namely the jaritmatika method. Thus, this activity aims to improve students' understanding in performing addition, subtraction, multiplication and division counting operations by applying the jaritmatika method. The targets of this service activity are grade 3 students at MI Ma'arif 1 Kota Baru Utara. The method used is mentoring that trains them to use the jaritmatika method to improve their ability to perform counting operations. The results of this activity show that students' ability to perform counting operations can be improved by applying the jaritmatika method, both addition, subtraction, multiplication and division operations.

Abstract

The focus in writing this article is Finding Harmony between Nature and Humans: A Study of Environmental Philosophy. Sonny Keraf on Laudato Si Articles 66-69 and its Relevance for the Indonesian Nation. Nature as a living environment is a place for humans to live. In addition to shelter, humans also take products from it for the needs of life. Along with the progress of the times, human needs continue to grow and humans continue to take products from nature. But lately, the destruction of nature often occurs because of the actions of humans who also exploit it excessively. The purpose of writing this article is to examine Sonny Keraf's environmental philosophy on Laudato Si art 66-69, to find the harmonization of nature and humans. The findings of this research are to restore the harmonization of humans and nature, as intelligent beings and part of nature, humans need to preserve and care for the environment as they care for themselves. Destroying the universe means destroying oneself, because humans live and depend on nature, demanding the need for sustainable sustainability and awareness of dependence on nature. The method used in this research is a literature review with descriptive qualitative.

Abstract

The socialization of scientific writing (KTI) for teachers aims to increase the competence and professionalism of teaching staff through an in-depth understanding of the importance of KTI in the world of education. This activity emphasizes various types of relevant KTI, such as scientific articles, research reports, textbooks and learning modules. Good writing techniques, including topic selection, research, abstract writing, language use, and KTI structure, are discussed comprehensively. Practical steps in compiling KTI, starting from formulating problems, conducting literature reviews, designing research methods, to writing and revising reports, are also explained. Challenges such as limited time, access to literature, and writing skills are identified, and solutions through time management, resource utilization, and training are proposed. It is hoped that this socialization can help teachers produce quality KTI that contribute to the development of knowledge and improve the quality of education. Support from the government, educational institutions and the academic community is very necessary to achieve this goal.

Abstract

The Gondosari area, located in the Susukan Subdistrict, Ungaran Timur District, Semarang Regency, faces issues in managing household waste, specifically used cooking oil and food scraps (fruits/vegetables). The accumulation of waste at Temporary Waste Disposal Sites (TPSS) leads to foul odors and creates an unpleasant environment and scenery. This community service activity aims to provide training to residents (particularly members of the PKK women's group) in the Gondosari area to enhance their knowledge and understanding of household waste management (used cooking oil and fruit/vegetable scraps). The methods applied include training on making eco-enzymes from fruit scraps, as well as processing used cooking oil into soap and candles. The outcome of the training is an increase in knowledge and skills among the PKK women's group in managing their household waste.

Abstract

The use of the internet now exists in all aspects of people's lives, the internet is here to provide a source of presentation of various types of information and multimedia. The presence of the internet has had a tremendous influence on all levels of society. So through this, it is important to know how to be wise and careful when using the internet. Because there are positive and negative impacts of internet use. The Community Service Team carries the theme of socializing healthy internet use for the people of Sairo village, which is the most important part of providing understanding to the community to be alert in using the internet so that it does not have a bad impact on generations.

Abstract

This article examines Nordic Coffee's coffee shop strategy to survive the uncertain market conditions. Fluctuating market conditions, such as changing consumer trends and economic uncertainty, are the biggest challenges facing the coffee industry today. The methodology used includes market analysis, direct observation in the field, and interviews with management and customers. This research examines the strategies of product diversification, service quality improvement, technology utilization for operational efficiency, and digital marketing campaigns. The results show that Nordic Coffee successfully increased customer appeal by expanding its product range, improving customer interaction, and using digital platforms to increase brand awareness. The implications of this study highlight the importance of adaptability and innovation in business strategy to cope with uncertain market dynamics. In summary, this article provides insights into successful strategies that coffee shops like Nordic Coffee can implement to maintain business continuity despite changing external challenges.

Abstract

Worm disease still a serious problem and is second health problem in Indonesia come after malnutrition. Cumulative worms in human body can cause loss of substances that are useful for growth. The Filariasis and Worm Worms Sub-Directorate of P2PL stated that the prevalence of worm diseases in Pandeglang Regency was 58.3%. Various worm larvae were found when examining soil samples taken at the homes of residents of Sukasari, Pulosari, Pandeglang villages. The aim of this community service (PKM) is to increase knowledge about worm diseases. This Community Service Method (PKM) uses the counseling or lecture method by the presenter. Before and after counseling, residents were given a questionnaire to measure their level of knowledge about worm diseases. Residents' knowledge increased after being given counseling and it is hoped that this can help the community to prevent the emergence of worm diseases in the future.

Abstract

The focus of this paper is to understand the function of each element in the customary boxing culture (Sudu) of the Zepe community, Ngada, from the perspective of Ralph Linton's cultural anthropology. Sudu (customary boxing) in Ngada society is a tradition of boxing matches that has a function as a relationship in strengthening social ties between individuals. The purpose of this paper is to understand the function of each element in Ngada people's sudu culture that has social meaning and value. The findings are that sudu is a culture that has been passed down from generation to generation and has the function of mutual respect and brotherhood. In addition to these functions, sudu also has a deep meaning for survival and social relations. The sudu ceremony reflects harmonious relations and friendship through sportsmanship between boxers, as well as solidarity between lives in the Ngada community. Sudu is not only a physical fight, but also a medium to express courage, honor and traditional values. Furthermore, the nelo (dance) that accompanies sudu serves as a cultural expression that strengthens identity and social bonds. The methods used in writing this paper are literature studies and interviews with a descriptive-analytical approach.

Abstract

The implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education is carried out holistically and sustainably. All processes carried out in the Tridharma of Higher Education support the achievement of learning objectives. The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Asy-syafi'iyah Islamic University carries out FKIP Expo activities as an effort to improve the quality of learning at the end of the semester, a place for alumni meetings, and to improve strategies for accepting new students. The implementation of the FKIP Expo provides enrichment from various aspects of education. This activity was attended by 97 students, 15 lecturers and 3 education staff. FKIP Expo activities consist of educational talk shows, exhibitions of works on technology and media subjects, predicted TOEFL tests, counseling services, artistic performances, and others. This activity presented three speakers, including: Rini Anita Putri, Nurul Hasanah Fajaria, and Shilmi. FKIP Expo activities involve the entire academic community including: Lecturers, Students and Education Staff. Achievement of learning quality in the Guidance and Counseling, English Language Education, and Master of Educational Technology study programs. Empowering the Academic Community at the FKIP Expo to improve the quality of learning. Based on the results of observations, 85% of participants stated that they were useful and satisfied with the FKIP EXPO activities The process of improving the quality of learning is a whole activity from learning planning, implementation, to learning assessment.
