<![CDATA[Occupational safety and health are very important things in the work environment. They cover a wide range of measures and policies aimed at protecting employees from the risk of injury, illness, or other dangers that may arise in the context of their work. This involves identifying potential risks in the workplace, training for employees, and safe use of equipment. Occupational safety and health (K3) in the welding workshop plays a very crucial role because the welding process involves various potential risks and dangers that can have an impact on workers for several reasons. After all, it can prevent and reduce the risk of accidents and injuries, protect workers' health, and comply with regulations. And safety standards, increasing productivity and efficiency. To implement the tri dharma of higher education for DIII Mechanical Engineering lecturers, providing knowledge and skills regarding the application of the importance of occupational safety and health for employees of the General Welding Workshop. This service uses a direct practical presentation method in the workshop where the chairman gives directions to the welders to use work safety equipment directly; from this activity, it can be found that most welders always ignore work safety in terms of eye protection and hand and head protection. It was concluded that there was an increase in knowledge among residents of Debong Kulon Village, especially welding workshop employees, about the importance of Occupational Safety and Health / K3 for the safety and health of both humans and the environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Feed is a vital element crucial to supporting the growth and survival of livestock. Forages, commonly known as livestock fodder, serve as the primary food source for animals and form the foundation of livestock development efforts. Sei Mencirim Village has a livestock farmers' group named "Mencirim Ayu." This group comprises 15 farmers, each raising an average of 10 head of livestock, specifically goats/sheep. The issue faced by the group is the direct feeding of animals due to the lack of a feed chopper. The proposed solution involves creating and providing a livestock feed chopper machine and training on its usage. The outcome of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity includes implementing a chopper machine with a capacity of 30-50 kg/hour. Farmers can produce feed more economically for their livestock with this machine, potentially enhancing productivity.]]>

<![CDATA[Environmental well-being is significantly impacted by public consciousness regarding waste management. Households must be conscious of their ability to effectively utilize and manage waste before disposing of it in a landfill. Tempursari Village, located in Donomulyo District, is a promising area in Malang Regency for implementing waste processing technology. This is due to the abundance of organic waste that remains unmanaged and underutilized. The technologies in question are composters and digesters. The implementation of composter and digester technology in Tempursari village results in a 55% reduction of organic waste generated by each household. Previously unprocessed trash is now directly deposited into the composter bin for processing. The application of composter technology extends beyond the management of organic waste. Nevertheless, it is currently undergoing further development as a substrate for planting. Using digester technology, it was discovered that each digester tube with a volume of 150-200 litres could produce biogas with a capacity of 500 litres. This biogas could be utilized for cooking purposes within a time frame of 60 to 120 minutes. These findings significantly contribute to the community's endeavours to minimize the utilization of LPG gas.]]>

<![CDATA[Srigonco village chip products are well known to the wider community. In the production of chips, this is done using tools that are still considered manual, either using a knife or a makeshift chopper. This is considered less effective and efficient because it requires more energy and time. The community service implementation team from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, State University of Malang (UM), answered partners' needs by providing a solution for a thin chip dough cutting machine equipped with a spring pusher. To achieve the goal of service, the procedures taken include 1) location survey, 2) social approach, 3) product development, 4) preparation of guidelines, 5) application of science and technology/TTG through outreach activities, the introduction of tools/TTG and training; 6) follow-up through modelling and mentoring; 7) monitoring and evaluation: presentation of progress and final report, and 8) fulfilling external obligations. This tool has the benefits of 1) increasing the productivity of MSMEs so they can produce more and faster, and 2) maintaining employee safety from accidents such as accidentally being injured by a knife.]]>

<![CDATA[The quality of vocational school teachers is seen as needing to be improved. This is shown by the high number of vocational school teachers who do not yet have teaching or skill competency certificates. Educator certification indicates that the teacher has been declared to have met the requirements and passed the competency test to become a professional teacher. On the other hand, a skills competency certificate indicates vocational school teachers who are experts in their skills competency in terms of concept and knowledge structure. The problem is that not all teachers have the opportunity to take part in programs/training organized by the government or private sector to improve their mastery of scientific concepts and structures. The community service implementation team from the UM Automotive Engineering Education Undergraduate study program provides training specifically for automotive engineering teachers at vocational schools to transfer the latest knowledge related to automotive advanced, namely CAN Bus, to increase teachers' mastery of concepts and structures. Training methods include site surveys, formulating training materials, making schedules, preparing tools and materials, and training instructors up to evaluation. The CAN Bus training was held offline in accordance with health protocols, and the result was an increase in teachers' mastery of concepts and knowledge structures as evidenced by the mean posttest score (70.29) > mean pretest score (62.11), and the difference was real Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 at 0.05. Apart from that, from the resource person's explanation, the teacher knows how to teach CAN Bus to students.]]>

The project-based learning process at SMK N 1 Alian Kebumen has been implemented by involving class X, XI and XII students to directly participate in teaching factory workshops to handle consumers. Students' filling out the tracer study form has experienced a significant increase of 100% after the mentoring process and the number of partner industries carrying out teaching industry activities has also increased by 100%.]]>

<![CDATA[In Batu Bara Regency, North Sumatra, Indonesia, significant economic transformation has occurred by developing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on chili agriculture. Lubuk Cuik Village, one of the region's largest chili producers, has become the focus of economic empowerment through MSMEs. The community service program "Tiktok and Shopee Live: Solutions for Marketing Transformation and Competitiveness Enhancement of Kacang Intip MSMEs" was conducted by Muhammadiyah Kisaran College of Economics and involved interns and accompanying lecturers. This program aims to increase MSME sales, especially the Kacang Intip product, by utilizing digital marketing on platforms like TikTok and Shopee Live. Training and mentoring were combined with socialization on the importance of digital marketing management, collaboration with local influencers, and product visibility enhancement. The service results show an increase in the effectiveness of digital marketing, proving the importance of social media in expanding market reach and increasing sales. The study also identified challenges like limited time and the number of MSMEs involved. In conclusion, using digital media is critical to enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs in Batu Bara Regency, especially in the chili industry.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the Small and Medium Enterprises in Palembang City is the Kelempang Tunu Mak Imam Business. Kelempang Tunu Mak Imam business has been established for more than 10 years, but even though it has been established for quite a long time, based on observations, this business still has several weaknesses, such as the lack of promotional facilities to increase sales results. This lack of promotional facilities is allegedly the reason why Kelempang Tunu Mak Imam business has not developed as expected. This community service activity aims to provide outreach regarding the importance of promotional tools to support business continuity and increase sales results. This community service activity uses primary data sourced from the results of primary interviews and observations with business actors as well as secondary data in the form of documents/studies related to service activities. The data analysis technique uses field studies, namely an analysis process that emphasizes the involvement of actors in service activities in various business activities of Kelempang Tunu Mak Imam. The activity stages include pre-activities, core activities and final activities (evaluation). The results of the activity concluded that the Tunu Mak Imam Lelempang Business has several weaknesses and threats such as the unavailability of promotional facilities, not yet keeping financial records (income and expenses) and the threat from similar products. However, Kelempang Tunu Mak Imam also has strengths and opportunities such as superior product types and flavors as well as open opportunities for collaboration with both banks and collaboration with other business actors. Apart from that, Kelempang Tunu Mak Imam business needs promotional facilities to increase the number of sales, one of the promotional means which is classified as economic which can be done is by making brand labels on the packaging.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning the Koran and teaching it is a principle that must be instilled from an early age. An educator must also know the methods that can be used in the learning process. This research aims to determine the application of the Sabaq, Sabqi and Manzil methods as the ability to memorize the Al-Quran in Utsman Bin Affan Islamic Private Elementary and Middle Schools. This method of community service was evaluated using this research in the form of qualitative research. The data collection tools are in the form of interview guides, observation and documentation to obtain data and analyze how to apply the Sabaq, Sabqi and Manzil methods as the ability to memorize the Al-Qur'an in Utsman Bin Affan Islamic Private Elementary and Middle Schools. From the research results, there is an increase in the ability to read the Al-Qur'an using the Sabaq, Saqi and Manzil methods at the Utsman Bin Affan Islamic Private Middle School, this shows that the majority of Utsman Bin Affan Islamic Private Middle School students enjoy studying the Al-Quran using the Sabaq method , Sabqi and Manzil so that they are able to memorize the Al-Qur'an well and correctly.]]>

<![CDATA[The potential use of workshop tools is often not in accordance with the SST and is related to speed work in work which includes servicing the carburetor, fuel system, steering system, electrical system so that in workshop work there are often delays in dealing with customers such as tune ups which should be handled quickly but with a lack of tools the work becomes late. Providing knowledge about existing equipment in workshops, providing skills in using multifunctional tools for repairs, improving the quality of human resources, especially mechanics. This service uses a direct, practical presentation method at the workshop where the chairman gives directions to customers and surrounding mechanics to take part in the training using multifunctional key tools. From this activity it can be found that in the workshop, when repairs are busy, customers really complain about how long it takes to repair their motorbikes because the equipment does not comply with operational procedures, and there are no SST tools. With community service activities at the Rita Motor Pesurungan Lor workshop, it provides knowledge, understanding and innovation regarding efficient and multi-functional workshop tools. Speed up employee work in service with this multi-functional tool so that customers are satisfied with its performance.]]>
