Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran produk pembiayaan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) dalam mendorong pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Manggala, Kota Makassar. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya UMKM dalam mendukung perekonomian nasional serta berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi, terutama dalam hal akses pembiayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode fenomenologi untuk menggali pengalaman subjektif pelaku UMKM dalam mengakses pembiayaan KUR BSI. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam kepada lima pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Manggala yang telah menerima fasilitas pembiayaan KUR dari BSI KCP Pettarani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk KUR BSI memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan usaha, seperti peningkatan omset, penambahan aset, dan perluasan skala usaha. Selain itu, proses pengajuan KUR dinilai cukup mudah dan aksesibel, meskipun masih terdapat kendala administratif seperti kelengkapan dokumen dan waktu pencairan dana. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembiayaan KUR BSI berperan strategis dalam memperkuat ketahanan dan pertumbuhan UMKM, khususnya di wilayah yang memiliki potensi ekonomi tinggi seperti Kecamatan Manggala. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi masukan bagi pihak bank dan pemerintah untuk terus menyempurnakan layanan pembiayaan berbasis syariah guna mendukung pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang implementasi e-litigasi dalam menyelesaikan perkara perdata di Pengadilan Agama Makassar Kelas 1 A. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah agar mengetahui proses pelaksanaan persidangan secara elektronik (e-litigasi) di Pengadilan Agama Makassar Kelas 1 A, disamping itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman masyarakat terkait (e-litigasi) di Pengadilan Agama Makassar Kelas 1 A. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif serta teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam serta analisis dokumen. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) proses persidangan elektronik di Pengadilan Agama Makassar Kelas 1 A sudah berjalan sesuai dengan perma yang berlaku. 2) persidangan elektronik di Pengadilan Agama Makassar Kelas 1 A tidak efektif dikarenakan hanya tiga dari lima faktor keefektifan yang terpenuhi yaitu faktor hukum, faktor penegak hukum, dan faktor sarana prasarana.Namun, dua faktor lainnya, yaitu faktor masyarakat dan faktor budaya, masih berada ditingkat efektivitas yang belum sesuai harapan dalam penerapannya.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a valid and effective differentiated student worksheet (LKPD) on natural disaster mitigation for use in geography subject at SMAN 4 Jeneponto. The development process followed a research and development (RD) approach, involving teachers and students as test subjects. The initial needs analysis indicated a demand for differentiated instructional materials in the disaster mitigation topic. The student worksheet was designed based on specific learning objectives and differentiated learning principles. The development phase consisted of expert validation and readability testing. Expert validation results confirmed the student worksheet’s feasibility for educational use, with content, design, and language experts rating it as highly appropriate, achieving average scores of 94.64%, 90.62%, and 97%, respectively. Revisions were made based on expert feedback. The validated student worksheet was then subjected to readability testing with geography teachers and students, yielding excellent responses with average scores of 93% and 89.31%. Final refinements were implemented based on user feedback. These findings indicate that the developed differentiated student worksheet is suitable for use in geography education, particularly in teaching natural disaster mitigation.

Abstract

This study discusses theories and models of educational policy analysis with a focus on their relevance in the context of national education and Islamic education in Indonesia. The review covers various educational management theories, such as systems theory, contingency theory, and change theory, to understand the dynamics and complexity of educational institution management. In addition, this research explores models of educational policy analysis, including the rational model, systems model, and CIPP model, and adopts a critical approach to identify assumptions, interests, and the impact of policies on diverse community groups. The method used is library research with a qualitative approach, analyzing primary and secondary data from various reliable sources. The results show that management theory is essential in formulating, implementing, and evaluating educational policies to create a generation that is faithful, pious, and prepared to face contemporary challenges. Case studies of educational policy in Indonesia highlight the need for a multidimensional and participatory approach to realize an educational system that is fair, inclusive, and of high quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the pedagogical competencies of Islamic Religious Education-BP teachers in elementary school 14 ATTS Bukittinggi. The background underlying this study is that, due to the underutilization of pedagogical skills by teachers, students’ overall learning outcomes do not improve. As for the method used in this study it was qualitative descriptive, with the data collection methods being observation, interview, and documentation. The findings of the study showed that Islamic Religious Education teachers in SDN 14 ATTS Bukittinggi already possess strong pedagogical competencies, and learning is conducted very well.

Abstract

Development of Children Aged 7-8 Years Through Direct Visits This study aims to observe the development of children aged 7-8 years through direct visits to their homes. The focus of the study includes children’s cognitive, emotional, spiritual, and motor development. The research method uses direct observation and interviews with parents. The results of the study show that children aged 7-8 years show significant development in various aspects. Cognitive development is seen from children’s ability to solve problems and think logically. Children’s emotional development is seen from their ability to manage emotions and interact with the surrounding environment. Children’s spiritual development is seen from their understanding and practice of religious values in everyday life. Children’s motor development is seen from their physical abilities and movement coordination. This study provides an overview of the development of children aged 7-8 years and can be a reference for parents and educators in supporting children’s development

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate a tahsin coaching program through peer tutors in Ummul Mukminin Girls Boarding House using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The study used a qualitative approach with an evaluation design that included analysis of the program context, inputs used, implementation processes, and outcomes achieved. The data source involved participants from Ummul Mukminin Girls Boarding School lodge. Data were collected through interviews, document analysis, and observation. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and inference drawing. The results of the evaluation of the Qur’anic tahsin program through peer tutors in Ummul Mukminin Girls Boarding House were judged to be relevant and beneficial in improving the Qur’anic reading ability of students. Optimization of inputs and processes is required to achieve more maximized results. On the contextual aspect of the Qur’anic tahsin program through peer tutors is needed to answer the low Qur’anic reading ability of students coming from diverse religious educational backgrounds. The peer tutor approach was chosen because it is capable of creating a comfortable and effective learning atmosphere, as well as helping with teaching staff constraints. The resource input aspects of the tahsin program include teachers, peer tutors, Iqra’ books, and relatively adequate study rooms. Process aspects The implementation of the tahsin program goes with the peer tutor method which effectively builds interaction and learning convenience. Lastly, the product aspect will present the learners’ learning outcomes. Discussion will relate findings to related literature and theory, as well as relevant prior research.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of legal protection of the constitutional rights of customary law communities (MHA) based on Sukabumi Regency Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2024 which applies in the Ciptarasa Traditional Village. Although recognition of MHA has been affirmed in Article 18B paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution, in reality, many indigenous communities still face gaps in obtaining administrative recognition, access to public services, and participation in the policy-making process. The purpose of this study is to examine the extent to which the regional regulation is able to provide effective and fair legal protection to indigenous peoples, as well as identify inhibiting factors and solutions that can be offered. The research method used is empirical juridical, with a qualitative approach. Data was obtained through document studies, interviews, and field observations in Ciptarasa Village. The analysis was conducted based on the theory of legal protection from Philipus M. Hadjon and the theory of social justice from John Rawls. The results of the study show that although the regional regulation has provided formal recognition of the existence of Kampung Ciptarasa as an indigenous community, substantive protection of their rights has not been fully realized. The main obstacles include the lack of socialization of regional regulations, limited population administration services, lack of budget, and weak participation of indigenous peoples in policy formulation. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the role of customary institutions, integrate community-based public services, as well as budget commitments and periodic evaluations so that this regional regulation is not only symbolic, but truly guarantees the constitutional rights of customary law communities in real terms.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly transformed Islamic preaching methods, particularly in delivering legal hadiths through social media. Digital da’wah offers easier access to Islamic teachings but also presents serious challenges regarding scholarly authority, hadith validity, and religious literacy among the public. This study examines the transformation of da’wah based on legal hadiths on social platforms, including presentation styles, preacher credibility, and digital community responses. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach and literature review, the findings reveal that digital da’wah must prioritize hadith verification, message contextualization, and synergy between preachers, Islamic institutions, and the public to remain authentic, educational, and relevant to contemporary challenges.

Abstract

The digital era is creating major transformations in many aspects of life, including family dynamics. Religious counselors play a role in guiding families to maintain quality amidst the various challenges caused by digitalization. The aim of this research is to examine the role of religious counselors in improving family standards in the digital age, with an emphasis on efficient and appropriate counseling strategies. The method used in this research involves literature study and qualitative analysis from a number of relevant sources. The findings of this research emphasize that religious counselors must master digital technology in order to spread religious messages and family advice well. In addition, they also need to function as a bridge between families and technology, and provide education about the wise and responsible use of technology. In this way, religious counselors can contribute to helping families develop resilience in the digital era.
