Abstract

This research aims to scientifically describe the role of the Ainul Yaqin Santri Harmony Association Organization (IHSAN) in improving the discipline of santri at the modern Islamic boarding school Ainul Yaqin Sawah Liek Kenagarian Batagak. The author uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, because the author describes how the role of the Ainul Yaqin Santri Santri Harmonious Association Organization (IHSAN) improves the discipline of santri at the Ainul Yaqin Sawah Liek modern Islamic boarding school. In collecting data, the author made observations first, conducted interviews and continued with documentation. In collecting information, the author used two informants, namely the key informant, the IHSAN administrator and the supporting informants, namely the IHSAN supervisor, the vice chairman of the Islamic boarding school and the santri at the Islamic boarding school. The data examination technique is using triangulation. The role of the IHSAN/OSIS organization is very important in improving student discipline, namely: 1). IHSAN acts as a forum for students by using a deliberation forum to discuss. existing disciplinary regulations. 2). IHSAN acts as a motivator and driver, namely by providing motivation and appreciation to students who are diligent and have high disciplinary values. 3). IHSAN acts as a student mentor, namely providing guidance in the form of religious activities such as scheduling student worship. and congregational prayers. 4). IHSAN acts as a preventive measure, namely dealing with students who violate it with preventive measures in the form of punishment.

Abstract

Elderly is a period that is definitely experienced by blessed individuals. Elderly people should live their lives with joy and peace, something like this can only be obtained when they feel healthy both physically, psychologically, and socially. Happiness is directly related to the perception and what the elderly feel about their condition. High life satisfaction in the elderly is characterized by having a positive attitude towards themselves, feeling calm, always enthusiastic in doing anything, and far from the characteristics of individuals who are depressed or depressed. In increasing the happiness of the elderly, intervention is needed by holding constructive activities that are fun and enjoyable, one of which is by doing art therapy. This study aims to determine how the development of community counseling with the application of art therapy can increase the happiness of the elderly. This study uses a conceptual method. The results show that art therapy tends to be effective in increasing the happiness of the elderly with the characteristics of not being depressed, anxious or lonely.

Abstract

TikTok as a short video-based social media platform has become a global trend that affects various aspects of life, including student behavior. This research aims to analyze how the TikTok application contributes to changes in student behavior, both from the positive and negative sides. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview methods and content analysis to understand TikTok usage patterns. Research results reveal that TikTok plays a role in encouraging creativity, changing communication patterns, and influencing student lifestyles. However, this application also has a negative impact, such as the emergence of dependence, decreased productivity, and exposure to inappropriate content. This study emphasizes the importance of digital literacy to maximize the positive impact of using TikTok and reduce its negative impact. This finding is expected to be a guide for educational institutions and the community in responding to the development of social media wisely.

Abstract

According to Ibn Khaldun, a great thinker in the social and economic fields. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive analytical approach. In this study, the author examines the main concepts in Ibn Khaldun's thoughts related to the distribution of wealth, such as the theory of "asbab" (cause and effect), "umran" (civilization), and "al-'amal" (work) in economics. This study also explores Ibn Khaldun's views on the role of the state, society, and factors that influence the inequality of wealth distribution in society. The results of the study indicate that Ibn Khaldun identified economic inequality as a result of social injustice and structural factors in society. In addition, Ibn Khaldun emphasized the importance of equitable distribution of wealth to achieve the welfare of society as a whole. This study contributes to understanding the concept of wealth distribution within the framework of Islamic economics, as well as its relevance in dealing with contemporary economic and social problems. This study aims to analyze the distribution of wealth from an Islamic economic perspective.

Abstract

The population of group VII of SMP N 7 was taken from group VII.1 227 years ago. The technology may be an example of adding data to data that you can no longer access and use. Imagine experiencing norms and homogeneity. The instrument in this study used was a documentary film. The number of numbers obtained was 35,248 then 2,0395. This number can be increased to a higher level in Google Class Room if you simply use the simple PAI path for Google Class Room a class VII student at SMP N 7 Bukittinggi.

Abstract

The ratification of the Affirmative action policy and the Zipper system in the General Election in Indonesia has increased women's participation as legislative candidates. In the 2024 election in Tegal Regency, many women are running for office through the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP). This research aims to identify and understand the candidacy process carried out by PDIP for female legislative candidates. This study uses a qualitative method with an explanatory case study approach. The analysis was carried out using the theory of Gideon Rahat and Reuven Y, "Candidate Selection Theory: Methods and Consequences" with four indicators used in the study. First, the selectorate indicator shows a tendency to an exclusive continuum. Second, the candidacy indicator also leads to the exclusive side. Third, decentralization shows that PDIP operates centrally at the national level with a focus on large sectors of social groups. Fourth, regarding voting versus appointment, PDIP uses an appointment system to choose candidates. The candidacy of female legislative candidates in PDIP prioritizes women who come from the party structure.

Abstract

Islamic banks play a strategic role in providing financial services that comply with Islamic principles. Their business activities include mobilizing and channeling funds through various contracts, as well as developing innovative financial products. The primary difference between Islamic and conventional banks lies in the underlying principles of their operations. While conventional banks focus on financial returns, Islamic banks emphasize justice, sustainability, and social responsibility. The business activities of Islamic banks aim not only to generate profit but also to contribute to sustainable economic development. By providing inclusive financial access, Islamic banks play a crucial role in empowering communities, particularly in the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector. This research aims to explore the role of Islamic banks in the Indonesian economy and their comparison with conventional banks.

Abstract

Visual technology has become an integral part of the user experience in today's digital era. The use of visual technologies, such as images, videos, and graphics, has influenced the way individuals interact with digital content, products, and services. In the context of consumer culture, visual technology plays a significant role in shaping preferences, shopping behavior, and brand perceptions. The implications of the use of visual technology on consumer culture are seen in changes in people's consumption patterns, increased expectations for consumer experiences, and the evolution of more visually oriented marketing strategies. In addition, visual technology also has an impact on individuals' digital identities, where social media and online platforms become a place for self-expression through images and visual content.

Abstract

Penelusuran alumni Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia FKIP Universitas Alkhairaat bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana pendidikan yang diterima oleh alumni relevan dengan dunia kerja dan untuk mengidentifikasi keberhasilan, tantangan, serta kontribusi alumni dalam berbagai sektor, terutama dalam bidang pendidikan dan bahasa. Penelusuran ini juga bertujuan untuk memperoleh umpan balik yang dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan kurikulum dan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelusuran menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar alumni telah berkontribusi secara signifikan di sektor pendidikan, baik sebagai pendidik maupun dalam bidang lain seperti media dan penerbitan. Alumni juga menilai bahwa kompetensi yang diperoleh selama studi cukup memadai meskipun ada beberapa tantangan terkait pengembangan profesionalisme dan kesempatan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran, disarankan agar program studi lebih menekankan pada keterampilan berbasis teknologi dan memperkuat hubungan dengan dunia kerja untuk memfasilitasi penempatan alumni. Penelusuran alumni ini juga memberikan wawasan penting dalam membangun jejaring alumni yang dapat memperkaya pengalaman akademik dan profesional mahasiswa serta memperkuat posisi Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia di masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that cause Surabaya students to prefer using digital money as a substitute for cash. Although the use of digital money has not been able to completely replace cash payments, the use of digital money is increasing every year. The study uses a quantitative research method using a survey. The results show that convenience, security and efficiency have a significant effect on increasing the use of digital money. Students are one of the large populations that use digital money, because students easily accept technological developments, especially the development of digital payments. Surabaya is a big city whose population uses a lot of digital money and there are many universities.
