Abstract

This study aims to use a quantitative approach to the phenomena that occur in the Performance of Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus at the Inspectorate of West Aceh Regency. The Data Method used in this study is purposive sampling with a Sample of 50 Employees working at the Inspectorate of West Aceh Regency. The data used are Primary data and Secondary data. The data analysis techniques that will be used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Testing using SPSS22 Software and Determination Coefficient. The results of this test state that the Influence of Human Resource Development has an effect on the Performance of Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus at the Inspectorate of West Aceh Regency.

Abstract

The historical facts of the long journey of the Inkarus Sunnah group, ultimately must be responded to with two approaches, namely using sociological analysis and historical analysis. Sociological analysis is intended to trace the social impact of the emergence of the Inkarus Sunnah group on the integrity of the Muslim community. While historical analysis is carried out to explore information about the journey and influence of the Inkarus Sunnah group on the development of Islam from time to time. Based on this study, it can be concluded that Inkar Sunnah is a school of thought that rejects the hadith or Sunnah narrated by the Companions, either in their entirety without considering the degree of its Sunnah, and or rejects certain hadiths on the grounds that the hadith narration is not from their group or contradicts the doctrine of the school. Its emergence is due to several things, namely to better maintain the sanctity of the teachings of the Qur'an, because of differences in school of thought, because of the hypocrites, heretics, Zindiqs who pretend to convert to Islam, but actually want to destroy Islam from within as the orientalists did, and because of a lack of studying and understanding Islamic law. Denying the Sunnah is part of the slander against Islam besides the story of apostasy during the time of the companions and false prophets. In addition to continuing to study the sources of Islamic law teachings and history, Muslims must also continue to pray so that they are always on the right path, straight according to the guidance of the Qur'an and Al Sunnah.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to describe the values contained in the local wisdom of "sesenggak" both in terms of form, meaning and function of sesenggak, and its relevance to character education. Thus, through this "sesenggak" we can instill good values in character education based on local wisdom. The methods used to achieve these goals include data collection methods and data analysis methods. The data collection methods used are the participant observation method, interview method, and documentation method. The observation method is used as an initial mapping to determine the problem. In the data collection stage, the observation technique used is participant observation with the aim of obtaining a real picture so that the validity of the data can be accounted for. Meanwhile, the documentation data analysis method is used to obtain data that supports primary data. Data analysis is carried out by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the discussion contain several sesenggak values that are relevant to character education, including social care character education, honest character education, democratic character education, communication/friendship character education, and hard work character education.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the application of the rhetorical techniques of Ta'kid Al-Madh Bima Yusybih Al-Dzamm and Ta'kid Al-Dzamm Bima Yusybih Al-Madh in conveying the meaning of praise and blame, with a focus on its use in the Qur'an as an example main. The aim of this research is to reveal how these two forms of rhetoric function in deepening meaning and their impact on reader understanding. This research focuses on the application of these techniques in the verses of the Koran to see their role in enriching the moral and spiritual message. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, by analyzing verses from the Koran which contain examples of the application of these two techniques. The research results show that these two rhetorical techniques not only enhance language structure, but also increase in-depth understanding of the message to be conveyed, whether in the form of praise or blame. Overall, the conclusion of this research shows that Ta'kid Al-Madh and Ta'kid Al-Dzamm in the Al-Qur'an play an important role in strengthening the message and motivating readers to better understand the moral values contained therein.

Abstract

This research is based on the application of punishment in improving students' morals, this is marked by the morals of students who like to come in when the teacher is explaining the lesson and also students who like to talk to friends when the teacher is explaining in front of the class, if this continues to be allowed then students will not understand the importance of having good morals, researchers feel it is very important to conduct research on the application of punishment in an effort to improve students' morals. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, key informants are teachers and students and supporting informants are the principal. Data collection methods are observation and interview methods. Data analysis techniques used to examine all data, data reduction and data display. This study shows that students who come in and out when the teacher explains the lesson and talk when the teacher explains the lesson in the actions that the teacher will give to students are through notifications, reprimands, warnings and the last action taken by the teacher is to give punishment, and there are also forms of student morals that show the nature of lying, arrogant, betrayal, arrogance and envy with this the teacher will give punishment to students so that they can improve student morals into good morals by giving this punishment the teacher hopes that students will understand the importance of having good morals.

Abstract

The significant influence that Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers have on students' character development in the classroom will be discussed in this article. One of the most important components of education is character education, and PAI teachers play a key role in implementing this goal. The purpose of this study is to look at how PAI teachers influence students' personalities, the approaches they use, and the real-world applications of their teaching in the educational environment. Data were collected through observations in schools, interviews with PAI teachers, and literature review. The research findings show that by teaching religious principles, moral guidance, role modeling, and constructive relationships, PAI teachers play a strategic role in shaping students' characters. The practical implications of this study include the importance of increasing the involvement of PAI teachers. The practical implications of this study include enhancing the role of PAI teachers in character education, improving their credentials and competencies, and promoting collaboration between PAI teachers, schools, and parents in an effort to shape high-quality student character. Data were collected through a literature review.

Abstract

This study aims to explore pregnant women's perceptions regarding the use of postnatal contraception at Klinik Dr. Sunedi. A quantitative research design with a descriptive analytic approach was employed, involving 30 respondents selected via purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using univariate methods to describe demographic characteristics and respondents’ perceptions, as well as bivariate analysis to examine the relationships between demographic variables and the perception of postnatal contraception use. The findings indicate that most pregnant women hold a positive perception of the benefits of postnatal contraception, although some challenges related to knowledge and access to information were identified. These findings are expected to inform the development of educational programs and improvements in reproductive health services at the clinic.

Abstract

Pancasila, as the foundation of the state and the way of life of the Indonesian nation, plays a central role in maintaining unity and cohesion amidst diversity. The values contained within the five pillars of Pancasila Belief in the One and Only God, Humanity, Unity, Democracy, and Justice serve as a strong foundation for building national commitment. The first pillar, Belief in the One and Only God, emphasizes the importance of spirituality and tolerance among religious communities. The second pillar, Just and Civilized Humanity, highlights respect for human rights and individual dignity. The third pillar, the Unity of Indonesia, promotes an inclusive nationalism amidst cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity. The fourth pillar, Democracy Guided by the Inner Wisdom of Deliberations among Representatives, strengthens democratic values rooted in deliberation and consensus. The fifth pillar, Social Justice for All Indonesian People, underscores the importance of equity and justice in various aspects of community life. The implementation of these values not only serves as an ethical foundation for individuals but also as a guideline for public policymaking. Commitment to Pancasila as the nation's ideology acts as a bulwark against the threats of national disintegration and the challenges of globalization. Therefore, strengthening the understanding and application of Pancasila's values becomes a collective responsibility of all elements of society to safeguard the unity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). This study recommends integrating Pancasila values education across various sectors, both formal and informal, to reinforce national commitment amidst the challenges of the times.

Abstract

This study shows that an oath is a commitment to the soul not to do something or to do it, which is strengthened by something that is glorified by the person who swears, either in reality or just by belief. The pillars in the aqsam of the Koran are fi'il qasam, muqsam bih and muqsam alaih. The letters used in the aqsam are the first letter wau and the letter ba'. Oaths that use the letter wau do not need to use the pronunciation aqsama, ahlafa. An oath that uses the letter ba' can be accompanied by words indicating an oath or may not include an oath. There are forms of aqsam in the Koran that use the original form, plus the letter La, plus the words Qul Bala, plus the words Qul Iiy This aqsam from the Koran functions as an amplifier (ta'kid) speech so that the listener can easily be accepted and trusted. In qasam there are also benefits, including the news has reached the listener, and he is not the person who a priori, the news has been accepted and believed because it has been strengthened by an oath. The preacher of the news has felt relieved, because he has conquered the listener by strengthening the news with an oath.

Abstract

This paper discusses the basic concept of training (tadrib) from an Islamic perspective and its implications for Islamic educational management. This study uses a literature review method by analyzing various sources, including the Qur'an, hadith, and related literature. The results of the study show that the concept of tadrib in Islam has a broader meaning than just skill training. Tadrib in Islam aims to develop individuals holistically, both intellectually, spiritually, and socially. The implications of tadrib in Islamic educational management include improving the professionalism of educators, improving the quality of educational institution management, improving the quality of educational services, building character and noble morals, and adapting to developments in technology and educational innovation. Training and development of human resources in Islamic educational institutions is the key to achieving these goals. Thus, training from an Islamic perspective is not only relevant to improving the quality of education but also to forming a generation that is faithful, knowledgeable, and has noble character
