Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MANAPI) with ISSN 2964-6863 is a forum for educators, academics, researchers and practitioners to share ideas regarding practical approaches in improving the quality of problems related to education management, education administration and Islamic education management. and published by the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MANAPI) is published twice a year; in May and November. The manuscript will be reviewed by at least two reviewers prior to publishing. It is a double-blind review process. The first edition of Manapi will publish in 2022.

Abstract

Teachers play a central role in creating students who have good quality. The problem that occurs is that there are still some teachers who have low work enthusiasm. This can be seen from the way teachers teach which is less innovative, less attention to students and less disciplined so that it affects their performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic on teacher performance at the Al Mumtaaz Karawang. This study was conducted with a quantitative approach using a correlation survey. The sampling technique used random sampling. Data analysis techniques were carried out through simple linear analysis, coefficient of determination and t-test. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant influence between work ethic (X) on teacher performance (Y). This can be proven through the t-test with a t-count value of 9.131> from t-table of 2.001. The results of the determination coefficient test (R Square) of 0.586 means that the influence of the independent variable, namely work ethic (X) on the dependent variable, namely teacher performance (Y), is 58.6% and the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other factors. This means that there is a positive and significant influence of work ethic on teacher performance at the Al Mumtaaz Karawang Islamic Charity Foundation.

Abstract

This study explores effective conflict management strategies to transform tension into learning opportunities and educational success. The research employs a qualitative approach with a literature review method to analyze various strategies such as negotiation, mediation, and collaboration. The findings indicate that well-managed conflicts can enhance learning quality, build interpersonal skills, and foster innovation within educational settings. This study provides new insights into the importance of leveraging conflicts as catalysts for learning and organizational development in education.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar is a new policy from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture, which was conveyed by the Indonesian Minister of Education and Culture, the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet. According to Nadiem, the essence of independent thinking must be instilled in teachers first before being applied to students. Without the translation of basic competencies and curriculum, no learning will occur at the existing teacher competency level. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The data collection methods used in the research were observation and interview techniques. The results of this research reveal that: implementing the independent learning curriculum at madrasas in Tanah Datar Regency, of course there are opportunities, challenges, threats and obstacles that occur. Among the forms of opportunity obtained is the support from the head of the madrasah, the curriculum development team at the madrasah in Tanah Datar Regency, teachers and parties involved in implementing the independent learning curriculum, in its implementation there are also several challenges that must be faced, these challenges lie in madrsahs and the readiness of educators as learning leaders. Madrasas in Tanah Datar Regency must be ready in terms of facilities and infrastructure, renewal/innovation, and teachers who do not master technology are required to be able and master technology in order to support the learning process.

Abstract

Pendidikan di sekolah tidak hanya sebatas sarana dan prasarana dalam menimba ilmu, lebih dari itu berkaitan dengan keselamatan, keamanan dan kesejahteraan siswa. Laporan hasil penelitian ini menyajikan persoalan mengenai mitigasi risiko sebagai strategi penting dalam hal mengelola potensi kecelakaan yang bisa terjadi dilingkungan sekolah. Inti pembahasan mengenai potensi risiko dan Langkah yang diambil dalam upaya pencegahannya. Mitigasi risiko ini diterapkan agar terciptanya suasana lingkungan belajar yang aman dan meminimalisir kemungkinan terjadinya kecelakaan. Diharapkan pemahaman dan penerapan strategi mitigasi risiko ini dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan siswa dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar di sekolah yang aman dan tentram, tanpa khawatir akan potensi risiko kecelakaan.Kata Kunci: Mitigasi, risiko, kecelakaan, sekolah

Abstract

This research examines how to manage the facilities and infrastructure found in school. The aim of this research is to determine the use and maintenance of educational facilities. This research approach is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data sources in research these are school principals, facilities and infrastructure managers, teachers and students. Data collection technique through observation of research results and discussion it can be concluded that school facilities and infrastructure Very influential on student learning outcomes, if the facilities and infrastructure available at the school complete, then learning will run optimally. Educational facilities include classrooms, media learning, tables, chairs and others. Meanwhile, infrastructure is an indirect facility functions to support learning activities such as courtyards, roads in schools. The existence of facilities and This school infrastructure is a tool to support the success of the process carried out by the school as an effort provide services to the public, because without suggestions and infrastructure in schools, the learning process will fail teaching teachers and students cannot run well and the expected results will not be achieved. The facilities and infrastructure at MSI 19 Kebulen come from government assistance channeled through Department of Religion, community assistance and foundations. Abstract

AbstrakDalam dunia akademik, dosen yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional dan pelayanan yang baik siswa dapat Berikankontribusi positif pada tempat kerja. Seorang dosen harus mampu melaksanakan tugasnya secara efektif sesuaidengan Tri Dhamma Perguruan Tinggi dengan tetap mengelola pekerjaan sehari-hari dalam rutinitasnya. Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi model yang menjelaskan bagaimana kecerdasan emosional dosenmempengaruhi motivasi belajar mahasiswa MPI di UIN KHAS Jember. Variabel-variabel dalam model penelitianmempengaruhi kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi belajar dosen. Sebanyak 75 responden mengisi kuesioner; darijumlah tersebut, 35 orang adalah responden perempuan (atau 25,33%) dan 74,67% responden adalah respondenlaki-laki dengan usia yang sama. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar mahasiswa MPI UIN KHASJember dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan emosional pengajarnya. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu menentukankebijakan yang dapat menopang motivasi belajar program studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam UIN Khas Jember.Kata Kunci : Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Motivasi BelajarAbstractIn the academic world, lecturers who have emotional intelligence and good service to students can make positivecontributions to the workplace. A lecturer must be able to carry out his duties effectively in accordance with theTri Dhamma of Higher Education while still managing daily work in his routine. The aim of this research is toevaluate a model that explains how lecturers' emotional intelligence influences the learning motivation of MPIstudents at UIN KHAS Jember. The variables in the research model influence lecturers' emotional intelligence andlearning motivation. A total of 75 respondents filled out the questionnaire; of this number, 35 people were femalerespondents (or 25.33%) and 74.67% of respondents were male respondents of the same age. This researchconcludes that the learning motivation of MPI UIN KHAS Jember students is influenced by the emotionalintelligence of their teachers. It is hoped that these findings can help determine policies that can support learningmotivation for the Islamic Education Management study program at UIN Khas Jember..Keywords : Influence of Emotional Intelligence and Learning Motivation

Abstract

This research aims to describe (1) The disciplinary conditions of female students at the TPA, (2) The efforts of the head of the TPA to instill a disciplinary character in the students. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this research were school principals, teachers and students at the Mustaqim Mosque Batusangkar TPA. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the theory of Miles and Huberman which is carried out by (1) Data reduction (2) Data presentation (3) Drawing conclusions and verifying. Checking the validity of the data was carried out by extending observations and triangulation. The triangulation used in this research is source triangulation which is carried out by checking data that has been obtained through several sources. The results of research conducted by researchers show that (1) Students lack discipline in carrying out rules, students often make noise during lessons, there are students who disturb their friends while studying, students who go in and out of local areas during lessons without the teacher's permission, students who go to toilets without the teacher's permission, and students who deny the teacher's orders, and students who often criticize their fellow students. (2) The efforts of the head of the TPA as a leader in the school are in the form of (a) Providing continuous coaching in terms of modeling, (b) Teaching, and (c) Strengthening the good character of teachers. and TPA students. Keywords: headmaster, Santri, TPA, Disciplinary Character

Abstract

 Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) di lembaga pendidikan merupakan aspek kritis yang mempengaruhi kesejahteraan seluruh anggota komunitas pendidikan. Artikel ini menjelaskan pentingnya analisis manajemen risiko K3 dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan. Melalui pendekatan sistematis, risiko-risiko yang terkait dengan kegiatan akademis dan non-akademis diidentifikasi, dievaluasi, dan ditangani. Penekanan diberikan pada peraturan perundang-undangan terkait K3 dan dampaknya terhadap aspek moral, hukum, dan reputasi lembaga pendidikan. Konteks global yang dinamis menuntut adopsi pendekatan proaktif dan adaptif untuk menghadapi risiko-risiko baru seperti keamanan digital dan pandemi. Manajemen risiko K3 bukan hanya sebagai tanggung jawab, melainkan juga sebagai investasi jangka panjang untuk kelangsungan operasional dan citra positif lembaga pendidikan. Analisis ini memberikan pandangan mendalam tentang bagaimana manajemen risiko K3 dapat membentuk lingkungan pendidikan yang aman, sehat, dan kondusif untuk pengembangan seluruh stakeholder.

Abstract

Penelitian yang di lakukan di MAN 1 Kota Padang Panjang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahap yang digunakan serta tingkatan produk dalam bauran produk pemasaran jasa pendidikan dalam menarik minat siswa baru di MAN 1 Kota Padang Panjang. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data kepala madrasah MAN 1 Kota Padang Panjang, wakil kesiswaan, wakil humas, ketua PPDB 2023/2024, orang tua/wali siswa, dan siswa/i MAN 1 Kota Padang Panjang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa langkah-langkah yang dilakukan MAN 1 Kota Padang Panjang dalam bauran produk pemasaran jasa pendidikan adalah menentukan jenis produk, menentukan varian produk, menentukan kualitas produk, menentukan kualitas produk, dan melakukan inovasi produk. Selanjutnya ada tingkatan produk yang digunakan MAN 1 Kota Padang Panjang, yaitu nilai manfaat inti, produk dasar/umum, produk harapan/ekspektasi, nilai tambah produk, produk berpotensi. Faktor yang mempengaruhi siswa/i mendaftar ke MAN 1 Kota Padang Panjang didorong oleh faktor internal (motivasi, pengalaman, dan kepribadian), faktor perasaan dan emosional, serta Faktor motif sosial (motif ingin berprestasi).
