Abstract

In running its business, a company cannot avoid the existence of important problems in a company that disrupt the level of business health so that it will automatically disrupt the continuity of the business. The purpose of the researcher is to determine the effect of cement prices and income levels of the brick industry on cement demand in Selong Village. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The sample in this study was taken using furvosive sampling, by determining Selong Village as a sub-population with the consideration that Selong Village has quite a lot of brick industry businesses, and the analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The calculation results provide a regression equation for the brick industry: Y = 0.00466 + 0.00001587 X1 + 0 X2 + e Thus, if there is an increase in the price of cement, it will cause a decrease in demand for cement by -1 sack / month, assuming that other variables are constant or ceteris paribus while the income level variable increases by Rp. 1,000 then there is no increase in demand by 0 sacks / month. The results of the study also obtained a description that the average net income level of brick entrepreneurs is Rp. 14,042,883 per month. The results of this study suggest that efforts should be made to suppress sales in full capacity, meaning that sellers should not work half a day but rather try to sell out the bricks they print. In addition, development is also needed so that it can be an example for other small entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Accounting is a service activity that provides quantitative information, especially financial information, about economic business entities in determining appropriate choices among various alternative actions. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) Cooperative Learning Model on the Independence of Accounting Learning of Class XII IPS Students of MAS Ar-Rusydiny NW Segaet. The type of research used is experimental research. The population is all students of class XII MAS Ar-Rusydiny NW Segaet totaling 93 people spread across three classes and the sample is class XII IPS II totaling 31 people. The determination of the sample uses cluster sampling, namely random sampling, the required clusters are taken by randomization. The research instrument used is a questionnaire with a total of 20 valid and reliable items. The results of data analysis show that the mean pre-test of student learning independence is 38.45 and the mean post-test is 40.32. This study uses the Chi-Square formula (χ2) to test data normality and the test results are then compared with the χ2 table. χ2 count for data normality test for control class of student learning independence is 5.80 while for experimental class is 9.69 with χ2 table is 11.10. Because χ2 count <χ2 table then the existing data is normally distributed. χ2 count for data homogeneity test is 0.34, while χ2 table for significance level of 5% is 3.84. Because χ2 count <χ2 table then the data is homogeneously distributed. While t count for data hypothesis test is 3.13 and t table for significance level of 5% is 1.67. Because t count> t table then the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of using Cooperative Learning Model Type TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) on Accounting Learning Independence of Class XII IPS MAS Ar-Rusydiny NW Segaet Students.

Abstract

Each company carries out various designs, even revolutions carried out in forming competitive advantages by competing in all lines of management, even to the investor factor, in order to realize quality watch products at the lowest prices. This study focuses on finding the competitive advantage of companies engaged in the bottled drinking water (AMDK) business. Specifically, the objectives formulated are to determine and analyze the assessment criteria of consumers of each brand of bottled drinking water (brands Narmada, Aqua and Neutral) for the differentiation produced as an effort to create competitive advantage and to determine the differences in the assessment of each consumer on each differentiation that exists in each brand of bottled drinking water (brands Narmada, Aqua and Neutral). This study is comparative. The analytical tool used is the Kruskal Wallis test, by first describing the findings of each respondent's assessment of the seven competitive advantage factors. The results of this study are that the highest assessment of competitive advantage was obtained by PT. Tirta Investama with the Aqua brand of AMDK product. This has implications for relatively guaranteed market control at PT. Tita Investama in the Masbagik village market, compared to other brands of AMDK. There is a significant difference in the respondents' assessment of the competitive advantage factors (product, service, personnel, channel, image, price and promotion) created by PT, Narmada Awet Muda, PT. Tirta Investama and Harum Manis company.

Abstract

The teaching and learning process in the classroom is the main means of achieving student behavioral transformation, both in intellectual, moral, and social aspects. In this process, the teacher acts as a manager of interactions between students and the learning environment through various strategies that are designed systematically. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the use of animation-based learning media impacts students' understanding of what they learn in class X IPS at MAN 1 Medan. This research applies an associative quantitative method with a survey approach through the distribution of structured direct questionnaires to understand the impact of using animation-based learning media on the learning comprehension of students in class X of the MAN 1 MEDAN program. The total population in this study includes 35 students who were selected using the total sampling technique. The validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the quality of the measurement tool, and the results showed that the validity met the standards and the reliability with a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.955. Data analysis through simple linear regression indicates that the use of animation media has a positive and significant impact on students' learning comprehension, evidenced by the t-value of 2.134 being greater than the t-table value of 1.69236 and the significance level of 0.040 being less than 0.05. This shows that animation-based learning media has a positive impact on improving students' understanding. Students find it easier to understand the lesson material when using animation-based learning media.

Abstract

Previous studies have shown that the Scrabble game is effective in improving reading ability and student engagement in English learning. However, there is limited study on its effectiveness in enhancing reading comprehension, particularly of descriptive texts. Moreover, few studies have explored the use of the Scrabble game in the context of the Kurikulum Merdeka and among first-grade senior high school students. Therefore, the aim of this study was to find out whether the use of the Scrabble game can improve students’ reading comprehension of descriptive. The design of this study was classroom action research. The writer took 35 students as the subject of the study. The data was obtained through observation, test, and documentation. The study used qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results showed an improvement in students’ comprehension through the use of the Scrabble game. In the second cycle, the data indicated high scores, with an overall mean of 83.79. This means that all students surpassed the minimum passing score of 70, as set by the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). Using the Scrabble game made students more active and engaged in the learning process, helping them to memorize the subject matter more easily. They only required a small amount of motivation.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, many Muslims still cannot read the Quran. This is due to unfavorable circumstances and the inability of those studying the Quran to choose an effective reading method. The objectives to be achieved in this study are To find out how the implementation process and what are the challenges with the Iqro' method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an of early childhood in Mentari Kindergarten. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a survey research design. In this study, researchers used three data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique that has been used is descriptive analysis technique with components of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the study, it can be concluded that 1) The process of implementing the Iqro' method involves the stages of selection, identification of abilities, explanation of materials, talaqqi sessions, interaction, and reinforcement inside and outside the classroom; 2) The application of the Iqro' method has a significant positive impact in improving the ability to read the Qur'an of early childhood in Mentari Batu Nampar. This method not only improves reading skills and tajwid understanding, but also motivates students to be more active and enthusiastic in studying the Qur'an. These impacts create a learning environment that supports the spiritual and academic development of children; and 3) The application of the Iqro' method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an of early childhood children at Mentari Batu Nampar Kindergarten faces a number of challenges, namely difficulties in understanding tajwid, lack of family support, limited time, and the need for variation in learning.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in developing the quality of human resources, and it can also support the achievement of national development. Achieving national development through education requires the empowerment of qualified human resources. This study aims to determine the influence of teacher presence on student learning interest. This type of research uses quantitative research using an expostfacto approach. The sample of this study was 66 students of MTS Raudlatul Wathoni Taman Sari consisting of three classes, namely VII, VIII, and IX with a total population of 66 students. In collecting data, researchers used questionnaires and documents as instruments. The data analysis technique used a descriptive data analysis method carried out with the steps of normality testing, homogeneity testing, and hypothesis testing. After collecting and processing the data, researchers found that the hypothesis test showed r count = 1.284 and r table = 0.224. Thus, the initial hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the alternative hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between teacher presence and student learning interest at MTS Raudlatul Wathoni Taman Sari.

Abstract

One of the educational problems in Indonesia that is often discussed is the low quality of education, which is reflected in the low average learning outcomes.  The purpose of this study is: to determine the effectiveness of cooperative learning model type TAI (team assisted individualization instruction) on social studies learning outcomes in economics subjects of class VII MTs NW Selebung Ketangga. This study uses experimental research with a randomized control group design with prerequisite tests and pre-tests before treatment, as well as post-tests afterward in the control and experimental groups, data collection techniques using objective tests. From the results of the analysis, it was found that student learning achievement increased from the average value of learning outcomes from 64.29 to 70.60. The conclusion of this study is that the cooperative learning method is effective on student learning outcomes MTs NW Selebung Ketangga.

Abstract

In today's era of globalization, business competition is marked by major changes in the global economic system. Business competition is becoming increasingly fierce, technological advances are becoming more dynamic, and consumer tastes have fundamentally shifted, which in turn are causing socioeconomic changes. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on purchasing intensity in the tofu industry. The population in this study is the total number of customers who shop at the tofu industry in Lenek Village, Aikmel District. While the sample is 94 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used Accidental Sampling and to obtain data through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis consisting of the f-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination test. The test was carried out using SPSS 15.0 for Windows. The data used are primary and secondary data. Based on the results of the study above, it can be concluded that the quality of service should be improved, especially regarding communication, attention as a learning community. In addition, the industry also needs to establish good relationships with customers so that customers remain loyal to the industry's products.

Abstract

Islamic financial institutions are increasingly providing financial services and products based on Islamic law, and their growth is rapid. This study aims to answer the formulated problem, namely to identify how Islamic financial literacy influences public interest in using Islamic banks in Burau District, East Luwu Regency. This study uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this study was through the distribution of online questionnaires to respondents. The respondents referred to in this study were residents of Keruak District, East Lombok Regency, which has been limited by the author to people aged between 20 and 40 years. The population used in this study is the residents of Keruak District, East Lombok Regency. In this study, the author only used the community, because in this age range, they already have ID cards and are categorized as adults, who certainly already have knowledge about money management and this age range has the most interaction with financial issues. The analysis used in this study was a simple linear analysis using SPSS statistics software. The methods used were classical assumption testing, simple linear analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination testing. The results of data analysis indicate that Islamic financial literacy influences public interest. The independent variable exerts a 39.5% influence, while other variables outside the study contribute 60.5%.
